I’m really tired of these tricks these websites put on honest customers. I was teased into looking at product with “FREE SHIPPING” and then I place an order and it automatically puts EXPRESS SHIP $9.00 on my order even after I applied the FREESHIP49 code at checkout. It embarrassed me as a Longhorn that my own University would rip me off! No phone # or even contact info on the website?? I had to Goggle to get it. Opens at 10 a.m. so now I have to wait and call in to either get the bogus charge removed or cancel the order. Probably my last order online with them. I can do without the inflated priced goods that you have to watch your back on when ordering. Terrible experience and not the first, but will be my last. Very unsatisfied with a store I thought was supporting us that support our Longhorns. Terrible!

I almost never leave negative reviews but the staff was not helpful, didnt look up from their cell phones other than to tell us they were closing in 10 minutes. Skip this place and go to the co-op. Legit, the only unfriendly service during our entire vacation in Texas.

Couldnt find a place to park

Not a bad experience at all. I found meter parking pretty close to the front. I was looking for a black Texas cap and too my surprise they had quite a few choices. The staff was great and they had so much more than what I expected. Its definitely worth visiting as there is a good chance you will find more than what you expect.

Visited on a quiet afternoon - I was the only person in the store. There was a decent amount of merchandise, but I didn’t feel welcomed. The store clerks did not offer help let alone acknowledge a customer, and I had to ask to be served at the register.

Nice apparel available here. Im a Michigan State Spartan visiting Austin and was impressed at the selection of clothing.

Showed up and was told store was already closed. It was before six and was told the store closed at 5:30 by an employee who looked pained to have to look up from her phone. Website and door says the store closes at 6. After fighting traffic to make it there we were definitely disappointed.

Great food from appetizers, to meals, to the awesome chocolate cake. Big portions at a reasonable price.

They have everything you can ask for when it comes to UT swag but bring your big wallet because this place is high dollar.

Best place for me to buy official Longhorn T-shirts and momentos. When in Austin this where I come.
