Called to see if the iPhone 12 Pro gold was in stock. Guy says yes. Get there and they only have the max. Sells me the max after assuring that I can make the exchange within 14 days if I still wanted the smaller version. Go to make the exchange and am denied. Claims that because they are an authorized realtor they do not have to follow Verizon rules. It’s a complete scam. Currently trying to get ahold of management.

Im so glad I ran into Allan yesterday at this store. My phone had been destroyed and I had been mailed a new one. I thought reprogramming the thing was going to be a nightmare but he took me through the operation step-by-step and I was once again operational by the time I left the store. Ever since Sprint and T-mobile merged my service has been scream worthy. I paid $100 a month for unlimited to have literal dead zones everywhere I went. I mean my internet would just go out not just slow down and I can’t be having that when I constantly rely on my GPS for work. Matt and Saul hooked me up with the same plan, free phone upgrade and better service all while keeping me entertained for 4 hours while we transferred all my old stuff over and downloaded one hell of an update. Very happy with my purchase and in store experience. I also watched them calm down a gentleman that came in LIVID from his experience at the Apple store and these guys had him excited by the time he left. Very talented and great with people. 👌

Go with mint mobile. Been calling the customer service line and it says youve reached us outside of our normal business hours. Its 9:54 am central time and they state their hours are 8 am EASTERN time. Been trying to close my account and keep getting the run-around. WORST customer service ever after Ive been a loyal customer for 17 plus years.

I went to do the switch over from my existing carrier to verizon and the person there told me he did not know how to do that and only the manager. What a shame!

Went to the mall to buy an iPhone and the Apple store had a line that lasted forever. Verizon however was OPEN and less busy. Right away the sales team Cody, Affan, and Cassidy worked hard to make sure we had an above satisfactory experience! We walked out with a new iPhone and a free promotional tablet. Well be coming back here the next time we need anything hoping this sales team will still be there. Check out for yourself if they will not work to win over your complete satisfaction here!
