These are honest professionals. They could have made a repair and charged me for something that I asked them to do. Instead they tested my iPad and determined my battery was fine, my charger was dying. Honest businesses are hard to find these days.

My sons new LG8 ThinQ had a horribly cracked screen. I found Phone Doctor and took the phone in. It was shattered and I had little hope it could be fixed. They were able to repair it and bring it up to spec quickly.I was so impressed with there professionalism and service that I asked them if they recommended a place to replace my laptop screen. They informed me that they were able to do so and gave me a good quote.I have been in business for many years and found it refreshing to find a local, family owned business, that puts customers first.

This place is the best! I have had several iPhone screens and an iPad repaired here over the last few years. They do a great job fixing things quickly either day of or next day and they are very affordably priced. If you live out in the Lake Travis area I highly recommend this well ran family business.

I went there to repair my cracked screen, I get a email my phone is ready but he wants to know if I want to fix the back of the phone which was cracked. heres his extact words I have completed the repair and (everything looks good). All I have to do is put the new back glass on. Speaking of, would you like an Original Samsung back glass for $45.00 or a no logo back glass for $20.00? anyways i go there and i see my phone with the back of the phone cracked, I told him really and he starts to say my battery was bad, but if you read his message he says everthing looks good. so I know hes lieing to me. longstory short DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! THEY WILL RIPE YOU OFF!!!!!

They have repaired my phone more than once. At one point when there was a chance that they there have been a defective part that they supplied, they took responsibility regardless and were open-minded and provided fair compensation. When it was all said and done I felt respected and cared for as a customer.

Great management, even greater customer service! These guys go above and beyond to get your device repaired and to keep you updated throughout the entire process. They even will text you back and forth so you are in the loop with the progress. My sons iPad was shot with a bad software issue combined with a broken WiFi signal and these guys worked hard to do their best to get it resolved. They didnt nickle and dime me for all of their efforts either. Ultimately they exhausted every avenue and then were able to get my sons iPad 4 mini replaced at no cost to me. I highly recommend these guys for all your apple product fixed

Just got my phone my cracked screen repaired by Jeff and he did an amazing job! It was around the same price as it would have been through our insurance with at&t. And he told me about the tempered glass which is amazing! Definitely recommend them.

Dropped my phone at 5:30PM, cracked the glass so that I couldnt get past the passcode. Panic set in as I had a flight out the next morning. Borrowed my sons phone and called MiPhone Doctor. He agreed to keep the shop open until I got there. Arrived at 5:55PM, and the screen was replaced by 6:15PM. Phone works great. Reasonable price. Great Service. 5 Stars

After giving up trying to fix my wifes Nexus 5 phone (no earpiece sound), I Googled phone repair shops near us. Before doing this, I tried everything, including a factory reset, but nothing worked. The closest repair shop was Phone Doctor of Austin (near Lakeway), about 7 miles away. Left the house at 10:15 a.m. and was home by 11:20 a.m. with a new earpiece speaker. Not only was the service professional, friendly AND prompt, the price was very reasonable....much less expensive than buying a new phone. Will definitely use Phone Doctor again and recommend to friends and family.

I came in to see Jeff hoping he could throw and new screen on my phone and be back out the door. However, we ran into some unknown issues throughout the repair. Jeff worked with me on scheduling and price. All in all, he hooked it big time up due to some very minor issues. Great location and extremely reasonable and knowledgeable staff.

I have used MiPhone Doctor twice now after dropping my phone and shattering the screen. They are super convenient, quick (took one hour to repair my screen), and cheaper than the kiosks at the mall. I would recommend to all my friends/family.

Told me my phone could easily be fixed and would call me in a couple of hours. Days later after No call to tell me that I could get my phone. I go to pick up phone to find out it couldn’t be fixed and that my home button is missing and the screen wasn’t put back on the right way. And home button not working. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

This guy is amazing!!! My wife told me about this place after she bought a few used iPads from there for the kids which worked out really well as were on a budget and the kids dont look after there things too well! I was looking in the trunk of my car a night using my smart phone light and accidentally closed in on the phone, amazingly bending the phone but not breaking the screen!! I was gutted as I was about to trade in my phone. After calling The Phone Doctor they asked me to bring it in and theyd take a look. Within 10 minutes it was looking brand new. I went to this location after doing everything I shouldnt have done to my water damaged iPhone6. I waited 4 days after the accident, kept it on, charged it, kept trying to revive it, used the rice trick (all that did was get rice stuck in the charging port and headphone jack), damprid, silica gel packs, and a sealed container. This location only charged $99 and took one and a half business days to fix. I am confident the Apple Store would have taken longer and charged so much more. I will definitely be back for future repairs!😀

Terrible! I have been meaning to write this review since October. Went to get my daughters Iphone 6 fixed because of glitch battery. Take it in, pay the 80-90 dollars to get it fixed. Pick it up next day, she turns it on and still same issue. I bring it back to get fixed again and the place is closed on SAT. for some emergency. Fine. no problem, i take it back Monday and they look at it again to replace the battery. Get it back and now its making a noise like something is loose in the phone. I go back in personally and ask for a refund AFTER i take it to another place and they actually fix the darn thing. The battery was not even screwed in so it was moving around. The other place on 620 was laughing at whomever tried to fix her phone. I pay them 90 dollars. I go back to Phone Doctor and ask for a refund showing her my receipt. She calls owner and cannot raise him. Leaves a message to call. Never hear back from anyone. Call again and they say the owner is only one to authorize a refund. Crickets. So, not being worth my overall time to track this guy down i let it go. Maybe they had a bad few days but the Give a S*&^ factor was basically zero. Plus, they still owe me a refund.

This is the place to come if you have any phone issues. I was driving down 620 and saw their sign. Since the screen on my iphone was shattered I stopped in. They replaced the screen in 15 minutes and I was out the door. A week later my screen shattered again so I stopped by. Megan who was working, asked how my phone battery was working. My phone, at the time was constantly in need of being charged. Megan explained that I should replace the battery since it gets very hot and this is what causes my screen to shatter. We discussed several options and she worked a reasonable deal to replace the screen again and she replaced the battery. My phone works great, it doesnt get hot and it holds a charge for days now. She is very competent and knowledgeable about phone repairs. I gave them 5stars because the service and work was excellent, but should have given Phone Doctor of Austin 4stars due to the waiting area. The waiting area is not very nice nor comfortable, as a matter of fact it needs to be cleaned sometime soon.

DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR PHONE FIXED!!!!!!I went there for a simple LCD replacement on my iPhone 6. The lady who fixed my phone did not check to make sure everything worked once she finished so when I got home & tried to turn my fingerprint and passcode back on it said my fingerprint sensor did not work but it worked before then because that was the only way I could unlock my phone. Also I noticed my front camera was fuzzy. When I took it back of course the lady who fixed my phone was not there & they had no paperwork of me ever coming. The lady who was there this time said usually when the fingerprint sensor is broke there is no way to fix it but she would try to see what she could do and for my camera all it needed was to be cleaned. She cleaned my camera but did nothing for my fingerprint sensor. So I came back a third time & the lady who fixed my phone the first or the second time was hiding behind the wall they have & was telling the boy upfront what to say. I left my phone with them for two hours & when I came back they still had not fixed my sensor and they also said they didnt know what to tell me about it. No one apologized for messing up my phone nor were they any help with trying to get the problem solved. I paid $108 when I couldve just put it towards a new phone or getting it fixed elsewhere

Horrible! Absolutely the worst. They use very cheap quality parts. I was in a hurry after cracking the screen on my iPhone 7 Plus and decided to take my iPhone here instead of driving to the Apple store, BIG mistake. The replacement screen started to have touch issues after a couple days and then after a week the home button and screen both died. The phone went into an endless startup loop. Took the phone back and a different girl opened my phone and said the last tech forgot the tape needed to hold the screens cable in place so the ribbon cable on the screen came out. The girl installed a new screen but the new screen was defective and some how messed up my wireless connection. Took the phone back a third time and the girl installed a new screen that resolved my wireless issue and told me many of the screens in the last batch they got were defective. After the third screen was installed I started getting bright spots all over the screen, took it back again and the same girl put another screen on. The new screen worked good for a couple days then bright spots started appearing again. Not worth my time or the hassle to take it back again. All I can do is warn others to stay clear.Also, they are never open when they say they will be open. Twice I showed up at 10 and no one came until 11, wast of my time.

They did a great job. Quick service, great response! Replaced bad charging port on iphone. Works great now. Love that I can support local business out here at the lake. Only suggestions: I found another shop that was $30 cheaper, but not as convenient. Also, the other shop said that they dont replace the seals so it would no longer be water resistant. I was told here that they replace the seals. I decided to pay more to support local shop and have the security of the phone still being water resistant. But when I picked up phone, I was told that they do not replace the seals and it was not water resistant any more. Also, small detail- when I dropped off the phone I did not get any receipt or paperwork (although I didnt ask for anything). Glad that they took care of me, but if something happened I would have nothing to show that they had my phone. Definitely recommend them, though!EDIT: Changed from 4 stars to 5 stars. Most other shops I checked with were priced similarly to this one. My wife had taken her iphone to the cheaper shop I referenced and the experience was not nearly as good as mine. You DO get what you pay for!!! No need to really shop around. This place is great. Thank you!

I checked the website to drop my android off for repairs. The website said 9 but their front door said 10... I should have stopped right there and went somewhere else. Lyn took my phone at 10am and promised a quote within the hour - later that evening after trying to contact her over a dozen times she quotes us $200 to repair the phone and it would be a few days since she was busy. Ok.... I call today and shes not in - I get an explanation from Xander (from Waco) that a manger quit and it would be $250 to repair the phone. Nope! I picked up my phone and will go somewhere else I as recommend you do too.
