Good & fast service and good amount of accessories reasonable price

I went into the store at 500 Canyon Ridge to buy a phone case. Im the only customer in the store. The young lady at the door said her greeting and ask me what I needed. After that it went down hill they acted un interested in what I wanted. She asked for my number and right away told me they did not have a case for my phone. Left me standing and walked away. I was looking at the cases on the wall I asked if I can find something for now. I was talking to air. So I walked out if the store. They were to busy looking at their phones.

Extremely unhelpful and rude. And all that thay have in store is display models that are not operable. And the store front is kind run down and dirty. You would be better served if you just went online than to come to this store!

I went three different Boost mobile store to get activate unlocked phone to Boost Mobile, they couldnt do it, then I went to this store guy name is Sam, he did it in 5 min. I really surprised. He is very honest, helpful and knowledgeable person. I would recommend this store.

One of the most knowledgeable, helpful & courteous customer service I have ever received! I was very impressed & Mr Mawani was very prompt & super efficient in addressing any mobile related issues. I will recommend this store to all my friends and family because of my experience! I hope we get to see Mr Mawani’s store in the south as well too!

Walked in Evelyn asked how could she help me. I explained I needed to activate a phone then she says shes closed. I call her boss and was told yes they had to shut store due to Evelyn having an emergency. Really because this idiot was in the back talking and carrying on. Didnt seem like an emergency. Poor customer service thanks for nothing Evelyn and Fabi! Oh and by the way not everyone that walks in your location speaks Spanish. Try to remember we live in America where English is the primary language.

They didnt let me know that the service will not let you use the internet and be on the phone at the same time which is extremely important to me seeing as im always on the road using my phone to contact customers. When I attempted to return everything two hours later. they said there was nothing they could do because its prepaid and I should have asked them about it and they would have told me.
