They moved from the brick and mortar store to a mobile service (Mobile Mobile Service 😆). My screen had some damage from liquid from a chlorox wipe getting into the power button I think and the display just kept blinking out - making streaks and double vision and sometimes the colors were inverted, etc. Since ATX was driving around from a different client, we decided that I could meet him at a business parking lot nearby and I brought my phone over to his mobile van and he fixed it in less than 15 minutes. Awesome service and they did a great job and it was a reasonable price. Excellent service. Very happy with ATX Cell Repair.

Im not sure what happened here...but I had a cracked ipad pro gen 1 and they came to me which was pretty cool, but both screens they tried to replace it with would not work and I got it back in worse condition (you could at least see an image on it before, now its just colored lines). I understand they werent planning on putting the screen back on so they werent worried about keeping it in good condition, but it still felt weird to be handed back a worse-condition device.They didnt charge me, obviously, and I ended up taking it to a brick and mortar that is working on it now.Friends have said they have had good experiences tho.

My phone was totally disabled for an extended time. I really did not want to invest in a new phone since there was really nothing wrong with the functionality of my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge prior to me crushing it on the workout bench. My battery was no longer performing and I didnt want to upgrade my phone so I thought I would give getting a new one installed. I looked at how to do it online and it required doing things I was uncomfortable doing. These guys did it quickly and for a fair price. Terrible service. Took my phone in with a cracked screen they repaired it only to have the screen literally fall off the phone days later. Had to try and press the screen back on and it shortly stopped working after that. Had to buy a another phone and the whole ordeal ended up being more expensive had I just not gone and tried to have them repair the screen. The “repair” that was done barely lasted and was a faulty repair. Do not recommend.

Look...the guys at ATX are the bomb!!! They have saved me and my family from so so many frustrating experiences.They are fast, they are good, and they know how to fix!! So just took my iPhone in because it was not making or receiving calls. They did a soft reset with volume buttons and power button and DONE!!! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and no charge.I can not say enough about ATX cell repair on Mesa. And they are in my hood. 20 minutes from home to home and phone is fixed! Professional, fast service and the price was right.Scott was recommended from another cell phone repair shop. Not many places do soldering work but he had no problem replacing the power button on my Nexus 5. It was done in under an hour. Scott was courteous and professional despite me being a little pushy when I came in.

All-atound, top-notch experience

I have an android that was unable to charge due to the usb connector port being faulty. I called all around town and no one wanted to mess with that kind of job because of the tools required. I brought it to Scott and within an hour he was able to fix my phone with no issues. He even stayed after hours to help other customers. If you ever have an issue with your phone, this is the only place to go for competent and convenient service.

This is a great place. They replaced the battery on my phone when it would not hold a charge. No problems. Later, USB cables started falling out. I thought the connector would need to be replaced. Instead, they cleaned it on the spot. No charge.I strongly recommend ATX Cell repair on Mesa Drive.

Got a battery replacement here in july. A little over a month later it started acting up and wouldnt charge for a few days. Now, as I am typing this, my phone is plugged into a charger but it is not charging. In fact, all day my phone has been shutting off every 5 minutes. When it turns back on it says 1% even if it was just at 100% before it shut off. I cant use my phone at all because it keeps dying at full charge and it still dies when its plugged in. The battery is swelling, which is common in old batteries. However, that shouldnt happen 5 months after I supposedly got a new battery. It also ruined my screen and caused discoloration since its bent from the battery swelling so much.Update: Yes, I am 100% sure this is the right store. I remember I parked right outside of Mesa Alterations just a few stores down. I also just pulled up the transaction in my bank account that says ATX Cell Repair - $42.22 on July 27.

Dont quote someone for one price, then give another price in person. When I challenged the price, showing the quote, the person I dealt with said I wasnt specific enough with the phone model in the quote, and charged me $10 more than quoted. From the moment I asked about the quoted price the service person was very uncourteous.When I got my phone back, the glass was way heavier than the original, there is a very noticeable difference. I hopefully will never be in the situation again, that I would need to repair my screen, but I will definitely never return.**Update: the phone screen cracked not even two weeks after the repair. I got it fixed at uBreakiFix, and the screen (and service) is lightyears above what I experienced at ATX Cell Repair. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

Scott has fixed my phone TWICE from fatal damage according to my network provider. He completely repaired my phone this time for a fraction of the cost of the replacement and he takes the extra time to provide free advice for people like me who want to get 60 6 away from the nearest brick wall and see if they can break 100 mph in the cell phone throw.

We have a Motorola model that people do not usually want to mess with and we were in a bind with a charge port destroyed. Scott made the whole families Christmas in 2016 by helping us get an 11 yr old all her games and music back for the Christmas holiday.

I came in with my broken Samsung Galaxy s6. He estimated that it would cost over $200 to fix it, but instead of cashing in, he suggested that I try talking to AT&T about replacing my phone for free. He even gave me directions to the nearest support center. If I ever need work done again, this is definitely where I will go.

I am on the same Samsung pad for quite some time recently I dropped it and shattered the screen instead of using my warranty insurance from my cell provider I was able to find this place on Google. At first I was not very happy to see when I received my pad back from repair the front screen was not installed properly. I called them back to let them know that due to improper installation my screen cracked while trying to push the home screen button because it was sinking in and I was pressing on the glass. They asked me to bring it back in I asked him to warranty it but because of glass was broken they were willing to only charge me half for a new one. Their service is about 1 hour long they were able to reorder another one. This time the second glass they put on they informed me that due to the negligent shipping the inside of the screen is scratched. Now they were ordering a third glass and despite of the improper installation the first time they were able to get this one in correctly and now they were having to have the new glass shipped. This time the shipping process and the duration of time that I had to wait a little bit longer needless to say they worked diligently until I was completely satisfied with not only the installation but the time that it took to get this resolved. Currently I am still having issues with the touch part of the screen and they are keeping a open line of communication to continually work toward a resolution.

Got my phone screen fixed here, when i recieved my phone there were several white spots on the screen. Days later it was lightly dropped and it shattered, the cracks surrounding EXACTLY where the light spots were. I came in to ask if the warrant covered that and it didnt.
