I went I to your store this past weekend and Alex helped me. He was saying he was throwing this in and throwing that in.When someone says throw something Im, usually it means its free. I thought I was paying for a down-payment on my phone and looked at my receipt when I got home and was appalled. I was charged for everything. He applied a screen protector without asking and now Im told it cannot be taken off of my phone.Please issue me a refund for this screen saver as I never asked for it. No one has contacted me on this issue.He kept trying to get me out the door saying my phone would finish setting itself up when I got home and that he needed to go home to feed his dogs.I am ready to return my phone for a full refund and cut services with Verizon.

Went there to set up a new phone along with a new phone line. The workers were both busy with something already but regardless I was helped right away. The worker did a very good job (thank you Aidan!), one of the workers had left, the worker helping us was doing a vey good job, I noticed it got busy throughout our visit but he handled it very well despite that, doing the job of two! Very good customer service! Thank you again! Most definitely will come back!

After wasting an hour on hold, I decided to go to the store. There was a slight wait, because they were quite busy, but it was worth it. The person that helped us did an amazing job. Took care of the issue I was having, lowered my bill, and sold me a new phone. Very satisfied with my visit.

Ty at the town center location was absolutely amazing! If I could give him a million stars I absolutely would. After a stressful day of phones being stolen 200 miles away, he stayed open after close to assist me with getting a new phone set up. Would 100% go back to see him again! He deserves a raise

Ty is an excellent representative for Verizon. If you had more people like him with people skills it probably wouldnt take as long to get service at Verizon stores.

When my chargeing port failed on my old phone, I was in a panicked because I use my phone for work every day. Zachary was very helpful getting me connected with a suitable replacement up and operational with the apps I use the most. I had no appointment and even kept him a little late. I am very pleased with his exemplary service and professionalism.

Theyre helpful with a person questions and needs

I received excellent service at the Austin, MN Verizon store but was disappointed that they had no iPhone chargers in stock.

I will never step foot in this store again and will tell I everyone I know to do the same. They have the worst customer service I have experienced. I made an appointment with someone and they were not there. Another person said they were told to help me and then proceeded to tell me that he was told I was interested in switching devices, which was a lie. Eventually the person helping had an appointment and at that point I was an inconvenience to the store. Once the managers realized someone made an appointment with me and weren’t working they became obnoxious and made the whole store know it. I felt out of place and like I was the last priority. They were very pushy on certain products which I realized this was them trying to make money. They wouldn’t answer any questions I had unless it was about what they wanted to sell me and bashed everything apple the whole time. I excused myself from the store and went to the other Verizon store to have an amazing experience.

Be patient.The wait can be long. More often than not they come through in the end. Some of the salespeople are more pushy than others. I have had WAY more good interactions there than negative ones. Knowledge is spot on. Service is top notch. Speed is the best they can do when they get hit with waves of people. Sometimes its just us in the store, others there are 4-5 salespeople and 10 sets of customers. Dont want to wait, come back a different time

Awful customer service! Bought accessories and they didnt put an applicable discount on there. Then they told me sorry we cant return these items now and put the discount on. Called the 800# and they told me that store couldve returned them but that wouldve messed with their commission. So they lied and couldve returned and put the discount, just didnt want to. Shannon from Verizon 800# was awesome and looked at the bill and put the discount on that shouldve been there. I will be driving to Rochester from now on to that store. I worked with Max and Micah

Great place, after my old phone bleeped out, I got a new phone, and an iPad for my Mom just in time for her to go on vacation. Only problem I had was how they continued to out pressure on me to buy their other accessories, such as cases, screen protectors, and wireless chargers, and while those all seemed great, I already had a plan for all of that, and I have no good place to put a wireless charger for my house. Otherwise I highly suggest these guys, and would come back every time.

They charge you more than anyone else. BEWARE!!! $10 more on the on the phone and an additional $20 on their Set up and go plus. When I asked several times can I get a read out of charges before moving forward the salesman said Its the same price you would get online but could not show me. In the end I paid an additional $30 for nothing extra but I couldnt see this till the end.The next day I went back to get a phone for my son to review their process. Not only did I have to wait 10+ minutes for them to open the safe (shows they dont trust their own employees) when I pushed back on price they tried to explain we do a lot more than anyone else. They dont!So I drove to Best Buy in Rochester. There wasnt a $10 charge on the phone or a $20 set up and go plus fee. In fact it was just the cost of the phone and I avoided the fee from Verizon for setting up a new phone through Best Buy. The time it took me to work with the sales associate was less that 10 min (the clock on Victras safe) and 4 minutes of that the sales associate was going out of his way trying to hook me up with a discount I was unaware of.BEWARE of Victra the Authorized (Should be un-authorized) Verizon dealer!

The staff here is AMAZING!!!!! They have been very helpful and THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They go above and beyond there job! I will recommend anybody to go there. Nick and the crew are hands down my favorite! Thanks again

Was here a total of 3 times just to get a new phone!! Was told to talk with the manager about a discount I saw online through verizon went back two times on the days I was told he would be there to find out he was not there and on top of it had to wait 40 minutes just to talk with someone. Did not have a good experience from start to finish and will not be returning to this store! Felt like I was lied to through the whole process.

I will never go here again, they are super pushy and ripped us off. If 0 stars was an option they would get it. Our bill was through the roof after they claimed to be getting us free stuff. Go to the Verizon in Sterling strip mall!!!!

We went in there at 9:30 and we did not leave until 1:15. We still only had 1 of 2 phones we ordered. Still waiting for the second to process. Checked back at 2:30 and it is not processed.

Buyer beware. This store is not a full fledged Verizon store. We were conned into a smart phone from a dumb phone. We were assured that if we didnt love the smart phone it could be returned with a restocking fee in 30 days. My husband hated the smart phone and the sales guy said he would never promise 30 days. They were rude after the sale and will never grace their door again. I contacted Verizon by phone and was told this store operates by its own set of rules and they were also not able to rectify the verbal promise made to us.

Kyler has always been extremely helpful.... I like to change phones quite often and he is always so patient and walks me through everything I need to know.... Recently though.... He set me up with the hum...... Amazing!!! Dont know how Ive lived without this amazing device.... It is on star and AAA times 10..... I got in my car and it told me exactly what is wrong with it without the check engine light being on plus makes my car Bluetooth...... Thank you Kyler.........
