Throughout the entire process, Brazos constantly kept me up to date on the progress and responded to all questions quickly and professionally. The installation went smoothly and it was obvious that close attention was paid by his installers to the smallest details to ensure everything was built to last. The final product looked great! We worked closely with manager Chris Campbell and the designer to get the hardwood floor we wanted. It was a great experience from start to finish. The floors (Hermitage Chianti) are beautiful now that they are in. The install team was professional and did an amazing job! I highly recommend Designer Showroom of Texas.

I worked with Design Showroom and Summit Stoneworks on a renovation project. The project consisted of replacement countertops in 128 units at a fully occupied student housing apartment community. A schedule was created and they did an excellent job of completing quality work in a timely manner. The quartz they installed looks magnificent and the installers were very professional, leaving the apartments in great condition. The countertops in these units were rather large with huge islands and the installers worked really hard to make sure everything was completed perfectly and on time. The rep I worked with was Sam Roberts and he maintained professionalism throughout the project and kept in contact as often as possible. In addition, one of the owners personally stopped by to check on the progress of this project. I was very impressed and would highly recommend their services. If I ever do any renovation projects in their area again I would use them again!

The facts are that I spent $56K on flooring and tile for my new home build on Lake Travis. I found that the staff was friendly and helpful in the showroom, but then the trouble started with installation. I asked to make a very minor change to the tile design in my master shower, really just adding a single row of accent tile to the existing rows of accent tile already designed and chosen.They came back with nearly $1K charge to tear out the tile and redesign the master shower-the problem was they had not even laid any tile in the master shower yet, so how could they justify this charge??? I called and they became very defensive and told me they had done me a favor already by not charging me for some mickey mouse design change charge. Are you kidding, Im spending nearly $60k on tile and flooring and they want to nickel and dime you for work they didnt do.Then there is the quality of the workmanship-I was assured that the tile guys were professionals and did exceptional work.Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Update: Its been a little over a year and we still love our flooring and countertops! I was reminded of this today when my husband related a bad experience a co-worker had with another company. Our experience was amazing. Installation took 3 days for both floors and countertops and weve had zero problems.Original post: What a great experience! They recently installed new LVT floors in my living space and new countertops and floors in my kitchen. The sales staff, Mariah in particular, was friendly and very helpful in the decision making process. They provided excellent communication during scheduling and installing. The install staff was fast, efficient and did quality work. The whole process went smoothly and I’m loving my new space.
