Worked with Chuck on the sales side and had a good experience. We got another quote from Home Depot, and although the price was a little cheaper we decided on Carpet Now for the better customer service and the ability to support a local business. The crew was fast and friendly. They moved all of the larger furniture out and back in as needed. Very happy with the results. Only feedback would be to provide larger sized samples for us to hang on to for a couple of days to consider color options.

I have put carpet in two houses now. I wouldnt go anywhere else. The installers are super efficient and the carpet looks great after installed. They moved all the heavy furniture and put it back in place. The sales reps are professional and get things done as quickly as possible. You cant miss with this company.

I have called 3 times and left messages and nobody bothered to call me back. 20 minutes after I posted this review someone Miraculously called me .Btw. In response to “the owner’s ” reply to my post …I have the proof on my phone logs of the calls that I made and the messages that I left .A salesman by the name of Chuck came to take the floor measurements. His measurements were 25% higher than 3 other estimates that I got from reputable companies and 40% more expensive ( for the same Carpet and pad by Mohawk). I kindly asked the sales rep in person and by email to send me the cost of installation only ( they do install only as well) but he never replied ( that was 9 days ago).

I left instructions with the sales person to knock on my door first (A side of duplex) and that Id walk to the B side door with the installers. I got a text when they were on their way, but thats all. When they arrived they went directly to the B side and started working, not even letting me know they were there! The installation work was fine, you should just make sure that your installation crews pay attention to instructions from the salespeople.

Carpet Now sent someone to my home and measured the rooms I wanted carpeted. The salesman was on time wearing a mask and was very personable. He went to his truck and pulled multiple samples in the price range I was interested in and then left the carpet sample board of the carpet I liked best so I could select a color. He was helpful and informative. There was no pressure to buy from Carpet Now and he did not try to sell me a more expensive carpet. Once I selected a color the order was placed and an install date and time was scheduled. The installer arrived at 8:30 and diligently worked room by room and completed the work by 4:00. He clearly had many years of experience installing carpet. The new carpet looks and feels great. Carpet Now was a great choice.

Had a great experience with Carpet Now! Chuck came out and measured our house, we picked from the samples then, and know the full price (plus our measurements) before he even left. The other places that quoted us wouldnt be able to tell us our sq ft before leaving and would take ~1 week to even get a quote back. We were able to install pretty quickly after the consultation. The installers were great and worked with us on making it easy. We have four pets so work on the house is usually a huge hassle. We were able to stay locked in our office with the four animals until they had finished the master and then we switched locations. Install was all done within a day, with time to spare!

Didnt charge to measure like home depot, all costs are simplified and rolled into cost per sqft. They were cheaper for better quality then home depot. Home depot took weeks to order and didnt know who is installing. Carpet Now process was quick and we had carpet in less than a week. The installers Jerry and his brother Victor were professional and the house looks amazing.

I can’t believe I went this long without getting new carpet! I thought it would be a pain, but on the contrary, it was super easy and affordable. We did 1.99 per square foot for instal and carpet and it is really beautiful and soft. They got to my house exactly on time, and we’re out in 6 hours time. (We had a large living room, hallway, and three bedrooms, 5 closets done).The two men that did the work did it while we were home and were very quiet and efficient. They also moved all the furniture for us and took all the trash and old carpet with them. Not a single piece of trash left behind.One day later, I’m already recommending them to friends who have nasty carpet in their homes so they can move on to clean beautiful carpet ASAP!

Yeah, so this was the best decision we made for our home this year, even more so than the new deck we had built. In the hellscape that currently makes up the Austin contractor community, it was a huge blessing to have gone with Ben and his team. Easy to schedule, easy selection and quote process, easy pre-install instructions, and then came the actual install. Two dudes came and installed 1000 sq feet of carpet in our house in something like 5-6 hours. They moved all the heavy stuff. They did a perfect, and I mean perfect job. They were clean. They were Covid-safe (which was super important with my pregnant wife.) They were courteous. 10 stars y’all.

Only slight mishap was they left some of the removed carpet on the driveway. When notified about this manager responded quickly had it picked up. I would recommend them and would use them again.

This put me a week behind schedule with 2 weeks to go on selling my home.I found Carpet Now after a quick google search and was able to schedule a measure within 2 business days. Not only did the quote from Carpet Now come in well below the big box store, they were also able to come the next week.The workers arrived right on time and completed my job in 4 ours. Frankly, Im glad they moved furniture (saved me a big headache), but some pieces were scratched. When informed about the damage, they covered the cost of repairing the damage.
