He provided good recommendations. His team worked within my move in time-frame and finished the work within 3 days. All this within a competitive price. Clement personally inspected before handover and provided 2 years warranty.

These guys totally dropped the ball this time. Our pipes burst this past freeze, and our wood floors were ruined. They came out to give an estimate and take a measurement. They said theyd drop off the samples the next day and never showed up. No call. No show. I called two different numbers and left voicemails. Nothing. We REALLY need floors, and this company just cant deliver. Dont waste your time here, very disappointed.

After 6 months, the carpet is still very soft and we could not be happier with the choice. Clement goes above and beyond in terms of customer service - He worked around our work schedule and even provided a lock box so that we didnt need to be home to open the door. I cant begin to express my DISAPPOINTMENT with this horrible company. It was a NIGHTMARE experience due to the lack of communication and terrible service overall. The installers are never on time to install the hardwood floor in my house. The work was done very quick with many mistakes. I CANT TRUST them ever again!
