Ive worked with Christian and Convict Hill Flooring twice now for major flooring projects. I have zero complaints! Both experiences have been as good as it gets. Christian hires great workers who are dependable, professional, considerate and know their stuff! I would have no hesitations hiring Convict Hill again!

All aspects of the crew from demo to completion were professional and took pride in their work. We entrusted Christian and her team with a large remodel and quick turn around time as we were eager to move in. The remodel included, among other things, replacing all the flooring, painting the whole interior, closing off an office, redoing the stairs with wood, redoing the master bathroom (with a cast iron tub and gorgeous shower, and a complete redo of the kitchen. Christian was very open and honest in all of her communication, provided us with detailed timelines, helped us make design decisions, which we are SO thankful for, and she was right on budget. Her subs were all very professional and any issues that arose were quickly and professionally resolved. They also finished the project on time and we were able to move in on our originally planned date! I highly recommend Christian and we cant wait to start our next project!! Christian and her team do way more than just floors!

This is the second project I have had completed by Convict Hill Floors, after being referred to them, and both the tile and wood installation were done exactly as promised. The work is perfect - and I am picky. The crew went above and beyond on my latest floor install to give me exactly what I was looking for, even though it was harder and made the install much more complicated. Christian responds to questions promptly and does what she says she will. Quality and selection is great. Highly recommend.

She came out promptly with mask to measure, and was very quick to give us a quote, as well as some less expensive options that we had asked for. Her workmen were efficient, on time, and worked hard to get the work done in one day. Overall, this was a very good experience for me and my family.

We met with Christian, during Covid times, by appointment at the store. We didnt feel rushed as we looked over samples and asked plenty of questions. We selected a LVT and made the arrangements for having it installed.The installation went very well. All of the installers that worked at our house wore masks and kept everything clean. The results were fantastic. We are very pleased with the entire process and look forward to working with Convict Hill Flooring in the near future.

This is the third project Ive done with Christian Gribble. As previously, it was an entirely professional job. Her workmen are efficient, on time, personable and easy to have in your home. The entire crew takes pride in their work and does it right the first time. A day-by-day schedule was provided and a daily text was sent letting me know when to expect workmen to arrive. Convict Hill and its owner, Christian, were recommended to me by my ex-wife, who had recently purchased new carpet from them--and was very pleased with the carpet and installation. I liked Christian instantly when I dropped in on them because she was helpful but also gave me plenty of time to shop their many products on my own. I felt so comfortable with her that I simply provided a key to my place so the installation could be done while I was working out of town. Christian turned a 1907 yellow house into a great new production office for Frontier Bank of Texas. I appreciate very much her responsiveness. We had a few small things and big things to tackle, and she tackled them with professionalism and speed. Her team took extra care to refinish antique features in the house, including the original door bell door knobs and hinges. As CEO of Frontier Bank, I would highly recommend her firm, and we will use her again in the future.

Excellent service, prices and quality products.I love the selection of tile and carpet.I needed carpet quickly to get a home ready to sell asap.Brad was able to come to the house that day to measure the rooms and he helped me pick the perfect color carpet. The installers were on time and very professional. They did an excellent job and you could tell tell take pride in their work. The carpet looks and feels great. This is the first time Ive ever had a big project in my home (floor tile-4 rooms). I was told the correct amount of days for completion of work, and everything was pinpoint and precise. Convict Hill Flooring Covering replaced all of the flooring in our home. The craftsmanship of their subcontractors that installed wood-like tile planks, carpet, and baseboards was very impressive. They take pride in their work and made sure it met our expectations. There are many considerations when buying flooring and it is a major expense so you have to choose the flooring company carefully. Were glad we chose Convict Hill Flooring Covering for their expertise, advice, and cost.

I recently contacted Convict Hill Flooring to rip out the tile floors in my newly purchased 8 year old home. I installed hickory, and they look wonderful. While visiting with Christian, I mentioned I wanted to add some crown molding - she was able to contract that out for me and have it painted as well. I mentioned I wanted the master shower converted to frameless, and she made that arrangement, too. While we were at it she changed out the shower/tub tile and added a beautiful niche over the master tub. Bottom line: Christian was able to coordinate all the projects, and stayed on the timeline we had set. Her installers were polite, unobtrusive, and meticulously cleaned up every day.

Convict Hill Flior Covering did a great job. The owner was flexible and accommodating in scheduling time to do an estimate, found my exact wood to match existing floors and was easy to work with. The installation crew was respectful, efficient and thoughtful in matching the new wood floor with the old at the doorway so it was a seamless transition. The room looks amazing- I will definitely use them again!

We hired Convict Hill Floor Covering to replace carpet in four bedrooms and lay down tile in a hallway and bonus room. At this point, over half the flooring in our house was replaced by them, and I expect to get them to replace more in the future. They did a fantastic job on both the carpet and tile work, and worked with us when we had some odd situations come up with damage to the house (not our or their fault) that had to be repaired in the same areas where they were working. The work was done quickly and very well. The installers were very polite and professional. The staff and owner are very honest, professional, and responsive via email and phone. I would recommend them highly.

Several years ago, we hired Christian and Convict Hill Floor Covering to do a kitchen remodel and new wood floors and tile, and they did an outstanding job. Christian personally made sure her contractors were up to snuff, and even helped solve a problem personally that came up after most of the job was done. We were very satisfied with her work and she was really fun and easy to work with.

Christian and Convict Hill Flooring are AWESOME!! It is a real ordeal to get all new floors in a house (with lots of chipped tile coming out) while living in the house with three kids but Christian and her crews made it as painless as they possibly could and did great work in the process. The workmanship is excellent and the floors look amazing!! Christian visited the job site every morning to make sure the crews knew what needed to be done or if there were any special instructions to accommodate for that day. Another huge benefit we found to be very helpful is that Christian is also a GC so you are not just getting a company that is coming in to pull floors out and put new floors in you are getting soup to nuts, start to finish execution which believe me, you want. You dont want to be tracking down your plumber after the flooring guys have left to get toilets and sinks re-installed (just one minor example). Wed highly recommend Christian and her team and well be using them again for sure when we get to the upstairs.
