Ive been used Advanced Automotive and Tire for 10 years. Chance and his crew do an excellent job! Their customer services is more like that of a 5-star hotel than an automotive shop. They communicate well, give me options, education me on the situation and deliver on their commitments. I dont shop their prices because I cant imagine another shop beating them on customer service.

I was looking for a shop to look at my moonroof that had started leaking and was recommended here from Nextdoor. They are beyond awesome. Chance took my car in and first told me what was needed with the moonroof and then called back the next day saying they could fix without a complete replacement for more than 1/2 the price. I also got some maintainance items taken care of. They made taking care of my car worry free. Give them a try!

Its hard to find an honest truth worthy mechanic and they exceeded our expectations. They have a nice waiting area inside and out with water restrooms and drinks if desired. This place is great! So great that even after I moved to the other side of town I still go all the way up to them to take care of my car. They are always honest, helpful, and great at prioritizing what I need done on my budget. A recent loud knocking sound turned out to be something that needed to be tightened. They did it fast and for free! Theyre always incredibly nice, I highly recommend!!

Highly recommend this place! Very reasonably priced services and excellent customer service. No reservation required and they always finish my car the same day I bring it in. Also, they worked within my tight budget and helped me prioritize what needed to be done first on my car. They gave us military discount which was very much appreciated. Great service. My sprinter van is over 9ft tall and they were able to put it on there lift when few of the other shops I called could. Price was fair and they saw me the same day I called. Also, the shop and waiting area was VERY clean. They had Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer everywhere. I appreciate their effort to keep their customers safe. These guys are awesome.

These guys have great prices compared to other companies such as Firestone, but go more in depth on diagnostics and repairs. Their staff are competent and get work done quickly to get you back on the road. Chance is a down to earth guy who will tell you how it is with the things needing to be done.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I need my CV joint replaced and he quoted me over the phone at about $400. Well the after market part did not fit my car and he had to get it from the dealership. The part cost him $395! So he did not charge me for the labor. The customer service is amazing and I will definitely go here if I need anymore work done. Thank you Advanced Automotive &Tire you guys are amazing.

Excellent service! Both people I spoke with on the phone were very friendly and polite. Chance took the time to explain to me everything they looked at in addition to doing a 4 wheel alignment on my car. They even let me know there was a slight coolant leak that I didnt even know about. And the best part is the service was less expensive than initially quoted! These guys seem like genuinely honest, nice people who know what theyre talking about. I would absolutely go back again for anything steering/suspension related. Highly recommended!!

Had Advanced do a pre-buyers inspection on a vehicle we were looking. Very courteous, polite and fast. Watched them interact with several customers while we were there and they were professional and accommodating with each one.

Best mechanic in North Austin! Honest, quick and competent. They do quality work without trying to add in unnecessary things. They are mindful of your time if you are waiting instead of just dropping the car off and update you on the progress. I have never had to go back to refix anything they did. I only wish I had found them earlier!

Been to this place on many occasions for a couple different vehicles. Best and most honest service you can find. I moved 2 hours away and still refer back to them when trying to figure out how to get an issue solved. They tell you like it is and give you your options. Wish there were more places like this near where Im at.

I had a desperate need for a tire replacement as I was on a 7 month road trip and coming through Austin for a little over a week. Unfortunately, my run flat tires were not available anywhere in Texas. But Chris took care of me. He found the tire in Alabama and had it shipped in. When I only had one day left to get the tire before leaving town he had someone drive the final 50 miles to pick the tire up so I could get it installed the next day. Amazing customer service. These guys do whats right and stand by their work. Not for repeat business (since I am an out-of-towner), but because it is simply the right thing to do. So lucky to have found them.

Went in for a state inspection and was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I went to 8 different auto shops about a hole in my tire. Most of them turned me away, some said they could fix it, but when I would arrive, they would suggest me buying a new tire instead. The tire I have is not even 6 Months old, so I was not going to pay for a new one. I came here expecting the same treatment, but instead I was greeted by a friendly face and kind words. They said that they could at least give it a look( which is more than what every other place has told me) and two hours later I am set up with my repaired tire. They didnt even charge me. This is my new auto location and next time I go there, I am bringing them a few pizzas.

I visited this shop yesterday, at the recommendation of a family friend, and I am so happy that I did. That morning, my car has started making a terrible rattling noise, and I automatically assumed the worst. I showed up in the middle of the afternoon without an appointment and they were willing and able to get me in right away, even though their garage was already full of cars. I worked with Chance, and he took the time to listen to the recording I made of the sound (it would be just my luck that the sound would stop when having a professional look into the noise), and then he went to see if the sound would reproduce itself in the car itself. Upon hearing the noise, he quickly deduced that the sound was an exhaust rattle and then took the car back to look into it further. He was right on the money, my exhaust heat shield had fallen and was rattling around. He secured the heat shield for me and took the time to educate me not only on the purpose of the heat shield and what it looks like, but also gave me some information on another sound I had been hearing from my car on occasion. I was out of there in less than 20 minutes and am so grateful for their service. I will definitely be back for all of my automotive needs.

The folks at this store are great. I run a small business here in town and my trailer light went out while one of my employees was towing it. Although my guy had very little experience and was a little panicked, the staff at this Advanced Auto helped get him back on the road in a matter of minutes. I called them ahead and told them that I had a trailer with a panicky musician and a bad tail light. They seriously had him on the road in less than 10 minutes.Way to go Adv. Auto Team. 4 Star for now because Ive only had one experience with them, but that one experience was great.My wifes car had been having AC problems due to a burned out cooling fan motor which was discovered to have burned out because of a bad relay and a bad temperature sensor... so after I took care of all that myself, I was finally at a point where I could get the refrigerant level checked (for which my house garage doesnt have the tools or the EPA certification to do).As it had been without AC for a month or so and I dont know how long the fan was in semi-working mode, I requested a full test of the cooling system before doing anything else.These guys did a full test, flush, and refill for a very reasonable price (quite a bit less than the ridiculous quote I got from another shop nearby). They didnt try to upsell me on other junk and I even overheard them telling a customer to take their car to the dealer and try to get something fixed under warranty rather than paying them. Thats service!Next time my house garage cant handle something, this is where Im sending my cars.Thanks guys!
