Representative Traci is one of the most courteous and knowledgeable representatives that Ive come across. Her customer service exceeded my expectations as she was relentless in effort to find my parts. I recommend this Parts Warehouse and ask for Tracis help if shes available. If not, the other representatives are also exceptional, but my experience with Traci was outstanding. Theyll do their best to source the part at the best price if its available to their inventory.

Very knowledgeable with their products

Parts here seem to be of good quality, parts people seem to know what they are doing. However they take 10 years to get deliveries. I mean they are less than 1 mile away. Why cant deliveries be done within 2 hours if its in stock? I just dont understand why the drivers are so slow.

Youll order a part it will never get delivered, no one will give you an answer, ull have to show up pick it up, and couldnt get a single dam person pick up phone, great service guys.....

Requested a part over the phone, representative sent photos and confirmed. Once we drove to the location the prove was way more, then the part didnt come alone. Rep clearly didnt know what was going on.

I have gone on a 30 minute drive to the north location6 times to pick up (1) ONE GASKET... Today after The counter IDIOTSwore over the phone she had finally gotten it right, I get there to find out she had miss ordered the part by (1) Number.AND ACTUALLY LAUGHED ABOUT IT.Then told me after all this BULLSHIT That the Mercedes Dealer had it in-stock for only $5 Dollars more and she could order it from them............................................. WOW .........................................
