I got my car serviced here they had the best barista with complimentary coffee ☕️ bar, car models, salesman Jeffery almost convinced me to trade in and upgrade (without any pressure) and Brian my service manager didn’t have me pay for anything I didn’t need. I had multiple problems with my vehicle after a collision place corrected all of the damage from a hail storm back in April. Every time I would drive the car I would find a new problem. I would take it back to the collision place multiple times to just listen to them tell me that theres nothing more than they could do.Finally enough was enough, I said if theres nothing more that you guys can do then you guys need to write me a letter saying that theres nothing more that you can do and I need to take this to Mercedes to have this corrected. Mercedes of Austin had my vehicle for about 5 days and they trouble shot each one of the issues separately instead of as a whole and found every issue and actually wrote up a detailed description of What was happening why and how. I couldnt be happier that I now know that my issues are corrected or I know why its doing what its doing now.So thank you very much Mercedes-Benz of Austin for actually taking the time, effort, and care to actually figure out what the problems were, And correct the issues.

Your service department is class act. From dropping the car there was an attendant immediately tells us who our service representative would be and that he would be with us shortly. He was there in a few minutes and told us what B service would include and asked if we had any concerns. The young man was very professional. He explained how long the service would take. We stayed and waited in the waiting area. Our car was done early and the rep came to get us. He explained again what was completed and escorted us to our car. He did an outstanding job. As far as I could tell the service department did excellent !.
I recently purchased a new C300 from Mercedes of Austin. From top to bottom, the experience was top notch. You’re buying the best, so you expect the buying experience to match that and it absolutely did. The staff is friendly, professional, and informative, the environment is high end - put simply it’s a place you practically want to move into. I worked with Elihu Moreno, who is fantastic to work with. He made my whole experience there, test driving, contemplating, and finally deciding, a fantastic few days. I was a bit all over the map with what I wanted, and Elihu was patient, informative, and not at all pushy. He was very knowledgeable as well and answered a ton of my questions with ease. Most importantly, he was fun to work with, a real pro who also has a relaxed and positive demeanor, which is a huge plus when you are spending a bunch of money. We were so lucky Louis was there when we took our car for a maintenance check at Mercedes in Austin, Texas. My wedding ring of 52 years had fallen down the narrow well of track of my passenger seat and I was devastated when we couldn’t reach it. When I explained our situation to Louis he said he’d try to get to it and so we went to the lobby to wait for our car. After 30 min, Louis came up to us to let us know he couldn’t find the ring and could I go with him and make sure he was looking in the right place.When we went to our car, Louis used his iPhone light and magnifying tools to take pictures in and around the area where I had dropped the ring. We spent some time on this and after a while I told Louis to go ahead and do maintenance and George & I would try to look for the ring at home.I went back to wait in the lobby and told my husband, “I guess I lost my wedding ring for good” and George said, “Don’t worry, we’ll look for it again when we get home”.After some time, Louis walked in with a big smile and showed me my ring! We were so happy and relieved!George and i want to commend Louis for his tenacity, professional courtesy and genuine care. Incredible service! Took my vehicle there with an airbag malfunction msg. Was bracing for a large bull. CJ was the gentleman that helped with the issue. He kept me abreast of the situation as it was diagnosed and it turned up to be the wire underneath the passenger seat that was triggering the faulty airbag msg. They took care of it and no more issues and no scary big bill! Will only take my vehicle to Mercedes Benz of Austin! Thank you, CJ & MBenz staff!
About a month ago, I purchased an E350 here and the entire experience blew me away. It was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. My SUVs engine light came on, so I contacted Wade Wells, my service representative. Because of the loaner car shortage due to slower automobile assembly during the pandemic, it would be several weeks before I could get a loaner and I couldnt drive my car. Wade called around for a day to located a loaner for me, had it delivered to my house and when the SUV was fixed, had it delivered back to my house. I have always been happy with the service I have gotten and Mercedes-Benz of Austin, but Wade truly went above and beyond this time.
We just purchased this amazing CPO GLS450 and it was missing the second key fob and had several other issues that cropped up soon after we brought it home from College Station. The MB of Austin dealership was amazing to deal with. The level of service Kleber, our service advisor, gave us is exactly why I have always wanted a Mercedes Benz. Thank you for actually making us believe again that there is good Customer service professionals out there.

Went in because I believed something wasnt working. I wasnt expecting anything more than a confirmation. They not only confirmed the part was bad, but then offered to change it immediately since they had one in stock. An hour and a half later everything was perfect. As always, I received the most excellent service.Mercedes Benz of Austin impresses me for their service after the sale.I am treated just as importantly now as I was before I purchased my Mercedes.Brian is my service manager and he is incredibly efficient and he makes sure that all my needs are met before I leave the premises.He is personable, professional and very adept at communicating, which is a dying art.While waiting for my Mercedes, I was directed to the waiting area where I was provided with complimentary beverages and snacks.The seating is very comfortable and dining tables are available.There is a television playing for guests entertainment and the atmosphere is very pleasant.If you like to be treated like a V.I.P., stop by and visit Mercedes Benz of Austin.You wont be disappointed, and if youve never owned a Mercedes, you are missing out.My E350 has really been a marvelous vehicle, I see it in the parking lot and I have to pinch myself to make sure I am not dreaming.I drove it all the way to Tennessee and back and the ride was so smooth, it didnt seem like work at all.I turned on some music, set the suspension in comfort mode, and my car guided me all the way to my destination with a friendly female voice.My car alerted me when it was time for a coffee break and watched my blind-spots for me.It has voice activated climate controls and a myriad of other voice activated controls so I can keep my eyes on the road and hands on the wheel.

Seldom do I ever write positive reviews, but I really have to give credit where it is due. My experience with the Mercedes-Benz dealerships in San Antonio where I live left such a horrible taste in my mouth, but Mercedes-Benz of Austin is absolutely AMAZING. Anni helped my husband and I with our purchases. She made the whole process incredibly smooth and almost effortless. Most of it was completed from the comfort of my home. She was extremely responsive, professional, kind, and accommodating. I really cant say enough about her. It was worth the drive and every penny spent. I feel like we were given red carpet service from start to finish. Every single person that works there treated us with kindness and respect. There were no surprises with either deal and we really appreciated the transparency. Not only that, I truly feel that they care about Veterans here. Its safe to say my husband and I are now Mercedes-Benz people for life and Mercedes-Benz of Austin (especially Anni) will be our go to from now on.

This time they seem to have diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it with one visit. Expensive, yes, because MB always has their own parts & its the dealership but they got it right, so far. It was hoses affecting the turbo so no oomph on acceleration. Its around 60K miles so time for hose problems. Had a wait of several days to get an appt even though we did not need a loaner car but they got it done in the amount of time they estimated.

First time owning a Mercedes and first experience at a Mercedes dealership. Always heard great things but blown away by the customer service from every person I came in contact with. Every salesman, car runner, service rep was kind, helpful, and asked if I needed help just because I was choosing to wait outside vs the waiting room. Kleber took care of my car during servicing and gave me constant communication through the process and took the time to explain terms and mechanical functions to help me be better informed during my decision making. I am a retired cardiologist as a result of a motor vehicle accident several years ago.(I was rear-ended stopped next to a school bus). Recently we were hit broadside by a young driver who T-boned our car probably distracted. We were spun around like a top and all the airbags deployed. Thankfully we did not die. We were driving a large vehicle and while it did its job, it was a bit to too large for the two of us. We wanted a safe a vehicle as possible but we are hoping to downsize just a little to navigate parking etc.We eventually made our way to Mercedes-Benz of Austin. Despite having very few cars to sell they were in a really cheerful mood, were very pleasant and treated us extremely well. Unfortunately this was not our experience at multiple other dealerships. One dealership asked us to sit in a car and within two minutes another salesperson came and told us to get out because they just sold it. I asked what the other options were and the lady said call back in August and walked away.We got to test drive a GLE but it didnt quite meet our needs it did not have a safety package. It turns out there was a car coming in that for the most part met our needs but it wasnt quite the color we wanted. We did leave a deposit because if you try to custom order one its a four-month way. This vehicle was coming in about six weeks.Paul Dillman was our salesman and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I called him several times looking at different vehicles elsewhere that had the color we wanted but just didnt have mainly the safety package that we preferred.Eventually another dealership in another city, had a car come in that met our needs almost exactly. I really felt bad and called Paul, he could not have been nicer. We have an older E350 and will be moving the service of that vehicle and the new one to Mercedes-Benz of Austin.People treating you well when youre buying something from them is to be expected. Treating you well when you disappoint them is a mark of character.We went to no less than five different dealerships of all makes and models. Most of them had on average six total vehicles for sale in inventory of all model types. Six total cars on lots that were acres in size.Mercedes-Benz of Austin were pleasant, professional and first class. This is a crazy time due to the chip shortage.I would highly recommend Paul and the team, and will be using them for service going forward.
Update 6/25/21:I wanted to come back and update my review. I can truly say Mercedes made this right for me. I truly felt my needs as a loyal customer exceeded expectations after switching service advisors. I received the red carpet treatment once I spoke with Nick. I cant say Im surprised either- his years of experience and love for the company truly were represented in his tone, empathy, and attention to detail to rectify this situation. Im so happy I gave them another chance. My butter is running smooth, the repairs were done swiftly and Im back on the road! Thank you Nick for your kindness and generosity.6/21/21Normally Mercedes Austin does a good job at taking care of me. This last time was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had in my 7 years with the company. I could chalk it up to Eddie, my normal service provider being out on vacation and Jorge Montoya stepping in to take over. The lack of empathy and concern for my car situation was just disappointing. Ive never felt like a number ever in my time with them, but to Jorge, I was just another customer.From start to finish, paying $195 for a diagnostic, then finding out I need a new alternator, you can imagine the stress on my face. But Jorge, he didnt care. He decides to call back saying I need additional things done and not offering any alternative solutions. For me, its not even about the price, because we all know Mercedes is expensive, its more about the empathy when you tell someone- hey your bill just doubled. What are ya gonna do? Like seriously, I implore Mercedes to implement more customer service training. Have some empathy and dont be such snobs. This could only be Jorge, because again Eddie normally takes care of me or at least makes me feel less guilty about forking over a couple of stacks.Resolved!
Braden the service advisor was awesome. I was stopping in the area to go to show a friend Austin and they even sent me a couple of Ubers on their expense while my oil change was being done to make sure I didn’t just wait around in the dealership.
Though i had just stopped in for oil and a couple parts, the staff was friendly, accommodating and professional.Though extremely busy when we passed through, the facility (even work bays) is spotless, and we were quickly in and out.Many dealers could benefit from following suit

Accident by Benz Austin Valet parking company employee on 2/28/2020 01:07pm.Brandon,service advisor, call me and explain what happen at 1:30pm, thank you for contacted me shortly after the accident.After phone call I went MB Austin Service and meet Nick Opinker, service director, He is very nice and gently explained car repair plans and compensation procedures.The car is ready on 3/24/2020body shop did great job and thank you Jorge,manager of continental collision body shop,After completing the car repair, Nick,service director, began to process compensation through an insurance company.In addition to insurance coverage, Nick,service director, and Rusty,owner of valet parking company, presented tires as a sign of sorry and inconvenience.In conclusion, the accident was a bad experience, but the companys accident handling process and the attitude toward customers regarding the moving accident were excellent.
Bought a vehicle a few years ago from them, it’s been great. However, I recently moved states, that’s where things go awry. I’ve emailed and called several times with one question, nobody has been responsive or replied/returned a call. Out of sight, out of mind is not the type of customer service you’d expect. Disappointing.
Great staff and service. I would give them 5⭐️, but no one is perfect and there is alway room for improvement. Maybe offering cold bottles of water.
The salesman was not interested in selling me a car. He provided me with very little information and never put his phone away. Matt, one of the finance guys, was very nice and engaging. Was told that the car was going to be cleaned and detailed before I picked it up, but alas, found trash without too much looking. Felt as though I was to be shuffled in and out. Salesman did not deliver the car. Please treat every customer as a potential new customer, because I will hesitate going here for a car in the future.

As a transporter, my experience with this location is one Ill never. The woman I spoke with prior to arrival was very pleasant and helpful. I ended up having to call the dealership again for directions and the gentleman I spoke with was very patient and exuded great customer service. The porter was pleasant and extremely helpful. Their response was timely and made it super easy for me to bring my car back in. They regained my trust and I would definitely go back again! Updating my review -Previous review:This place has extremely shady business practices.I bought in my car for service and was quoted more than 10K service fees. Our current service was done extremely professionally, with clear communication on availability, constant follow-up, having the loaner ready in advance. I was given a loaner car with 3/4 th of a tank. The agent who gave me the car told me that the tank was full . When I took the car out of the service station I noticed this. I immediately took a picture of the original fuel level.When I returned my car I discussed this with the agent. Still i was charged for the fuel! Not sure why you folks do these type of silly things and degrade your reputation and customer experience.
My experience here was awful. I purchased a car back in February and I had to come pick up licenses plate tags (which took forever to arrive). A tech by the name of JOHN ODELL was sooo rude and mean to me as soon as I pulled into the service area.. John wasn’t able to help with what I needed and luckily another tech by the name of STONE was able to assist me. John Odell then got upset and told the other tech (Stone) not to continue assisting me with what I needed. Stone still proceeded to help me and got everything I needed completed in a timely manner. John Odell walked back to my car to confront me yelling stating that they’re too busy to help me out at the moment when really he was upset that another tech was able to take care of my problem. I then asked John for his last name and he refused to tell me his last name and walked away from my car. John Odell’s attitude was so bad to the point that I regret even purchasing my car from this dealership. I’m not sure if it was a race issue because he got so upset when he saw that Stone wanted to help me. I felt like I was just another number at this location and I didn’t feel valued as a customer at all! I want to stay in the Mercedes Benz family but I will not continue to purchase from this particular location. Mercedes Benz of Austin is an outstanding dealership. It was a pleasure taking my business there. I had the pleasure of having Mrs. Anni Weis as my sales associate and I just say that she was nothing short of absolutely amazing. Anni made the sales process completely painless. My wife and I both bought cars at the same time and the process was actually enjoyable. We were coming from San Antonio,TX and dealing with our local dealerships was horrendous to say the least. We communicated mostly via text and email which included pricing of the vehicles and valuing my trade. Anni was extremely responsive with the communication even during busy days. When we came to the dealership to take delivery, everyone was extremely nice, professional, and accommodating to our every need. I have been buying cars for over 20 years and this was my best experience yet. If you are in the market for a Mercedes Benz you would be well advised to take your business to Mercedes Benz of Austin.
I needed to get my vehicle in for some unusual diagnostic testing. Experience so far has been excellent - from my initial call to Mercedes for a short-notice appointment to the Technician who arrived quickly to give me a battery jump to the Service Advisor who actually listened to my explanations.
Service was outstanding and expedient! Completed service ahead of schedule. Pick up was quick and painless.
Chris Hernandez was fantastic. He listened to what GLS we were interested in purchasing and was able to find the exact color and options we wanted. This was the easiest and hassle free car we have purchased. Thanks to Chris and the rest of the team, we plan to always use Mercedes-Benz of Austin.

Bought my AMG GTR online through WC Wright after a recommendation from a local friend, and found the process smooth given the current virus circumstances and subsequent restrictions. Documentation, questions and concerns, as well as the transportation that I arranged were all handled in a timely manner and promptly addressed. I have never bought a car without physically being there, but the process with MB of Austin went well. Ill certainly keep MB of Austin in mind going forward based on my experience, and wouldnt hesitate to reach out to my new friend WC again!

I have been a part of the Mercedes family since 2013 and moved to Austin in May of 2019. I will never drive a Mercedes again after the experience at the Mercedes Benz of Austin I am detailing below.On or about July 23, 2019, I went to the Mercedes Benz of Austin facility for an alignment repair. After two days, I returned to pick up the Vehicle and subsequently noticed that the alignment of the Vehicle was off.Over the course of four months, I continued to experience problems with the alignment, having submitted my vehicle to the service center on eight (8) separate occasions. MBA purportedly made repairs to the steering column, the front axle, brake pads, and disc pads. Yet, the alignment issues persisted.At this point, MBA gave up repairing the leased Vehicle and attempted to ensure me that nothing was wrong with the Vehicle. For instance, on or about October 7, 2019, James Tillman, MBA’s service manager, was supposed to inspect the Vehicle’s alignment and inspect the Vehicle so that a state inspection sticker could issue. Instead of taking my concerns about the alignment seriously, he condescendingly berated me and caused me to cry. My service manager Brandon Taylor apologized on his behalf stating that is just how he is. Ultimately, the inspection could not be completed because MBA did not have the specific equipment set up for her vehicle to complete the inspection.On or about November 26, 2019, after I persistently requested the completion of my Vehicle’s inspection, MBA finally agreed to complete the inspection. In conformance with its previous behavior, MBA persisted that there were no issues with the Vehicle, allowing the inspection sticker to issue. The alignment issue remained.Approximately one month later, while driving the Vehicle, I experienced a tire blow out, almost causing an accident. Due to the alignment issue, my front passenger-side tire wore out and lost all integrity, causing it to explode and almost causing an accident. The alignment issue led to extreme wear to one side of the tires. Eventually, this led to the blowout of my tire. To date, within less than one (1) year, six (6) tires have been replaced and are wearing at a 10X faster rate based on the analysis from Discount Tire. To date my car was in their shop for approximately 41 days within a 4 month period and was never corrected.The dealership, although contacted by my attorney, is failing and refusing to deal with this matter, continuing to put my life and other peoples life on the roadway at risk. I would never trust this service department to work on a vehicle. I hope Mercedes Benz Corporate will take this matter seriously, unlike the owner of Mercedes Benz of Austin, Bryan Hardeman.
