Took a little longer than anticipated BUT it was well worth it. they did an awesome job stayed in contact with insurance instead of me having to do it. i am so pleased with all the staff at this establishment. my car is up to par and they were not handing it over until it was running and looking like it didon the day i purchased. I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW HAPPY I AM WITH MY CAR. Thank you to all other reviews which is why i chose this place! NO REGRETS!!! HAPPY CUSTOMER. they even text with updates!!! awesome!

U First went above and beyond in terms of customer service. Carlos was responsive and helpful from the beginning. An unfortunate circumstance lead to a huge gash in my rear door. They made it look brand new. I was very pleased with the results when I picked up my car. My car shined all over! I would highly recommend them if you need auto body repair.

Carlos took the time to patiently explain all aspects of insurance procedures, all of which reassured and calmed me down.He explained that he had a priority to build up his business to be a local neighborhood go - to body repair shop by being consistent, reliable and a great resource, with a reputation for excellent work.I never felt any pressure to give him my repair work. His estimate is very fair and when asked, he agreed to match a competitors estimate.My estimate included replacing one tire but I had in mind to replace the other 3 soon, so Carlos offered to give me his discounted rate for the other 3 tires.My car was ready before I could pick it up and Carlos offered free storage until I was able to pick my car up. On pick up day, I found my car looked better than when I first dropped it off : it was washed and gleaming . He did extras for me : smoothing out the indentations on the back fender created by the 2 small but noticeable marks from bolts of a license plate . They were all gone so the back fender is perfect and they are not part of the existing job.I would definitely approach Carlos again if I had auto work in the future. I was traveling from Kansas City to Austin and I hit a coyote. I googled places for repair and came across this shop. Carlos was extremely helpful, efficient and truly had a genuine sense of urgency to get my car fixed. He was very professional and made me feel at ease leaving my vehicle with him. I know that a shop getting all 5 stars from every reviewer seems a little fishy (No? Nobody else? Just me? Okay.), but let me tell you that U First deserves every good review given.The shop itself is a little difficult to find, but once I was there, I was helped very quickly by Carlos. I showed up without calling ahead and that did not pose a problem. They were also understanding when I let them know I would be paying out of pocket. Once he saw the damage, he walked me through the process and allowed me to view the parts needed, along with the prices, with him. If he felt the market price was too high, he called people he knew to help out and give a better deal, which felt very honest and showed a concern and care for his customers.My car was fixed quickly (in the shop a grand total of 3 days) and during that time, Carlos would send updates on how the car was doing and how the repairs were coming along.You can see that this business values people; the employees and the customers are all treated like family. I would highly recommend going to U First Body Shop for any auto body need.(Oh, and also, my car looks GORGEOUS. Better than new. Seriously, the work done on it was impeccable. Wonderful, wonderful work.)

The BEST experience I have ever had with car repairs! My auto insurance company estimated that the damages totaled to over $2,000. Carlos and his team completed all of the work on my car in just 4 days! He sent me updates on the work they were doing and stayed open late to make sure I could pick it up after I got out of work on Thursday. These guys are on point. Please save yourself the trouble and go check them out for any body work you may need.Extremely honest, beyond fair, and valuable knowledge. They are equipped to take on anything paint and body!For reference I brought in my 2019 4runner to help out with the front bumper that another shop damaged when taking off to install front end lights. The damage is just enough to warranty a bumper replacement but these guys made it look 90% better(to the point where I wont but a new bumper anytime soon), got it done in under an hour, and provided great knowledge on how the damage was done so I can share it with the shop that did the damage!

I just stopped in, in a desperate situation. Id gone for an oil change, but my hood wouldnt open (a friend had jacked up the hood/latch mechanism a few months ago). I knew my car was running low on oil because it was making a clicking sound--it was trying to pump oil through the system--and I was afraid I would run dry & burn out the engine if I didnt get oil into it.So they came out immediately, worked to get it open, fixed the latch, and sent me on my way. Wouldnt take any money.Ive gotten my car fixed here before and had a great experience. This just drove home why I would never take my car anywhere else!

They towed our car for having a flat tire at our apartments, but getting the car back from the was not a problem. They even let us call a mobile mechanic to their property and have our tire changed so we could drive it away.

I wont be taking my car anywhere but to Carlos at U First ever again! After getting a quote that was outrageously expensive for work that might fix the dent from a different shop I went to U First prepared for the worst. Much to my surprise Carlos immediately walked out and looked at where I had backed my SUV into a Jeep and assured me it was fixable. He explained exactly what needed to be done, brought me inside and walked me through each step of what they would do and how much each step would cost (1/3 of what another shop quoted me!!). He was friendly and efficient the entire process; I brought my car in as soon as I could and was told 3 days and my car was ready in exactly what he said, 3 days! He worked with my schedule on getting the estimate, dropping off and picking up my car. I Paid exactly what the quote was upon picking my car up after ensuring it was done to my liking (which it was, it looks better than I imagined it would without replacing the door!)! As if the customer service, price, and quality of work wasnt enough, Carlos also let me know there is a lifetime warranty on all the work they did! I am beyond impressed and would recommend Carlos and U First to everyone I know!

This Body Shop its off the charts, I took my car in to get an Estimate and right away I felt like I was very welcomed, the Staff were very friendly and took the time to explain how the Insurance deal works and also they looked at my car with a lot of detail to make sure that I will have my car back to how it was. Those guys... wow.So, this jerk slams me from behind on airport while texting, not realizing that theres a red light. OUCH! Poor Diablo Rojo! (thats my car, just in case that wasnt clear) He was all smashed in and the back hatch wouldnt shut right, the air bag lights were flashing, my check engine light went on, it was a disaster, yall.I called U First, after being told by another auto body chain (booooo chains!) that they couldnt possibly see me without an appointment, and they told me to head on over.We pulled in and were greeted very warmly by Carlos and his brother (could these guys be any sweeter?!), who reassured me that they would get my baby back in order and then some!They even took me to Enterprise to get the rental. :)A week later, I pick up Diablo Rojo and am just amazed! My car looked better than even before the wreck! My door handle had gotten wonky and wasnt staying right - all fixed!The paint looks amazing!I mean, WOW, yall!During the whole process, Carlos would call and update me as to what was going on, what needed to still be done and how it was all going.I couldnt have asked for a better group to take care of my care and I am just in total disbelief at how completely fabulous my car looks!If we need anything done to any of our cars body work, I wont hesitate to call U First!Thanks, Carols and the rest of the crew!Abrazitos y besitos!!!
