It was a pleasure from begining to end. They were super easy to work with and the quality of the repair on my new car is outstanding. I hope I dont ever have to have to work with them again because it would mean I had another accident BUT if I do, I will be going back to them without reservation!

This place is GREAT! I couldnt be happier. I had to have repair work done after a wreck. They arranged for me to be picked up for a rental when dropping off my car, they got everything done very quickly, the work looks perfect, and the car was returned clean and spotless. Very nice and friendly staff also. I HIGHLY recommend!

Everything was fixed as promised and they went beyond that by telling me how the previous place didn’t fix my vehicle right and they made sure everything was done properly this time. I loved how they were in constantly communication with me. I’m so happy with Fix at Wreck for the amazing job they did! I would totally recommend this place!

John and his team are awesome! They took such great care of my baby! I appreciate their attention to detail, and the follow through that I received. They worked seemlessly with my insurance. Even my rental was handled, and I didnt have to wait more than 5 minutes either of the times I was there. I highly recommend Fix-a-Wreck. I will be going back for any of my body shop needs!

This place was amazing. Is amazing. My car was fixed within a week. The guys there are extremely nice. They are willing to help you and explain things to you thats you might not understand with your insurance. if you dont know something they will break it down for you like this is what this means this is what that means Etc.

I HIGHLY recommend Fix-A-Wreck! From the moment I walked in to drop my car off till the moment I left (about a week later) with a repaired car, I had great experiences with FAW. John, the owner, was communicative, patient, and thorough in his explanations of the damages & corrections that needed to be (and were done) and checked in to let me know how the repairs were coming along. They were exceptionally kind, are knowledgeable, and were very helpful. My goal is to not need to come back, but if I do—I will undoubtedly be back.Thank you!

My insurance sent me a list of car body shops and I mistakenly went to FIxAWreck. That was a bad decision, but thankfully I did not leave my car with them and ended up going to a much better place (Masters AutoCraft). @ FixAWreck, their staff was indifferent and found excuses to avoid doing the work on my scratched car. During my two visits FixAWreck managed to leave a negative impression on me. Im giving them one star because the staff demonstrated indolence, lack of responsibility, indifference, and lack of customer service passion and empathy.

John and his crew are amazing he fixed my car twice in less than a year, all not at fault. Now that someone has hit me again, he was my third call to let him know my precious baby is due for another visit. I am not going anywhere else EVER, even after moving to Round Rock.

I just got home and had to leave my review for all to see. Their work was top notch! They repaired my Tundra as covered by Progressive and it looks exactly like it did on the new car lot! Seriously! My jaw Dropped! The bodywork painter is beyond talented and the customer service was the best Ive experienced in years if not decades! Theyve not only earned these 5 stars but also my future business. Good job yall!

I was involved in a low speed rear end collision and the claimants insurance was with Progressive. The closest body shop that they recommended to me (Fix a wreck) was 26 miles from my home. I dropped off my car and John rang Enterprise for me. That was the first problem. Progressive arranged a rental car with one branch and the Enterprise guy dropped me at another branch. Enterprise then tried to charge me X amount more per day as they only had full size cars and Progressive was only offering me standard size. John rang me a day later and told me that only the bumper cover needed replacing. Around 3 days later my car was ready and I picked it up. The next day I noticed that the bumper cover didnt exactly line up on the drivers side (passenger side was perfect) I emailed John the photos and he said he would ring me on Monday, which he did and asked me to bring it in, which I did the next day. I got the impression that he already knew there was nothing he could do about it, or just maybe wanted to tell me in person. Yes, its a cheap car, but its only a year old and has 8,000 miles on the clock. I keep it clean and baby it, being the only brand new car Ive ever bought. He explained the way the bumpers clip and that theres nothing they could do about the fact that its pulled in at the front and sticking out at the back. He wanted to make sure that I was happy, but didnt really seem to offer me anything other than thats the way it is. My ex wife had the same car as me and had two replacement bumpers in the time she owned it and other body shops didnt seem to have this problem. So that is why I probably wouldnt use them again and will definitely seek out my own body shop in future.

This is the only place our family will ever take our vehicles. John and his crew do exceptional work!! With a family of 6 all driving his team has seen us more than most I’m sure! He has fixed 6 of our vehicles and done an amazing job on every single one and we are 100% satisfied with the quality and customer service we have received!! Thank you Fix a Wreck!!!

These guys are solid AF. Business ethics are A+, customer advocacy is A+. Ive been to a few repair shops in a few different states. This team is the best Ive come across. Awesome.

Do not use these guys. They are the worst. Paint will not patch. And they use used parts on your car. They have no idea how to repair a car. Progressive uses them and they are the worst!!!!!!!!! Had major body damage and instead of saying it was not fixable they tried to fix everything just for the money. Now we can not sell the car because it is considered totaled. They put it on Car FAx as a structural damage report. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
