As you can see I went to tint world with a project outside of what they normally do. They were professional, quick, honest, open minded and willing to take on the project. Nadeem, the owner, is unprofessional, rude, and does answer the phone or respond to email.I had a 3pm appointment to tint the windows of my vehicle but accidentally went to the Hutto location, I immediately called Tint World on Burnet to tellThem I’d be running late but I wanted to keep my appointment and even the Hutto Tint World tried calling on my behalf. I called no less than 10 times and emailed and nobody ever answered the phone.When I arrived at 3:22pm, Nadeem immediately said as soon as I walked in, “I can’t help you, you’re late, maybe you shouldn’t be late to your appointment.” Then I said I called you 10 times and emailed. “Sorry I can’t help you” No discussion about rescheduling, not one apology.Nadeem, treat your potential customers better.And by the way the Hutto Tint World did incredible job tinting my windows and will continue to get my business.

I took my 370Z Nismo in to Tint World and worked with Nadeem on selecting my customization and protection. I ended up deciding to go with the car detailing that turned into paint correction, ceramic coating (paint protective coating), clear bra, powder coating the door handles, custom designed vinyl and a little tint work, the eyebrow.I gotta admit that I was paranoid about having this much work done all at once. I was also sad to leave new toy, err car, for multiple days to get it done, but Nadeem made it so easy. Nadeem kept in contact with me along the way, let me know the problems in the paint detailing and how it would affect the schedule, what step they were on and always replied to my texts in a timely manner. When the detailing was done he sent me a sneak peak that shocked me, I didnt know that my paint coating had metallic it in. Now I could see reflections. He even let me come to the shop a few days into the process to oversee some of the vinyl layout work to make sure his team and I were on the same page. They use knifeless tape which allowed us to move the design around until we had the custom look we all liked. His team are real pros!I’ve been waiting to post this review for the last month to see how the work holds up after some miles and a wash or two. I’m happy to report my car is just as beautiful as the day I picked it up. The ceramic coating makes washing it a breeze, the powder coated handles haven’t faded or chipped and the vinyl color is still sharp. During this waiting period I was hit by some tire debris straight on from the car in front of me. Everything protected did its job and I only ended up with some light scratching in the vinyl that Ill bring in for inspection.Nadeem and his team are very well versed in their products and application process. They are one of the highest rated shops in the area and its easy to see why. After procrastinating for longer than I would like to admit I finally set an appointment and brought my car in to have the back window tint fixed. It had what I thought were water marks running in between the tint and window and was hard to see out of. When I arrived my car was immediately taken back. Before I even got back to work I received a call that my car was complete. They told me they had been able to clean the tint and it didnt have to be replaced after all! Incredibly happy with the professionalism and honesty. Will definitely do business here again.

Cant say anything about their actual work done on vehicles since didnt get that far, but either customer service/quote process not as expected. Filled out quote form online and input phone and email and all i got back was an ad. Inquired a couple times through email and never got a direct response...just more ads.

Awesome place that does way more than just window tint! They also do detailing, wraps, stereo systems and ceramic coating.They did a clear ceramic tint on my windshield to help keep out heat and UV rays. The regular ceramic tint already does wonders in the Texas heat so I’m looking forward to the results.I asked for something on my motorcycle helmet visor and they did a ceramic coating on the outside. I’m excited for it to block the heat and give some UV protection over the summer. The gentleman here has always been very knowledgeable and kind so I highly recommend giving them your business!

They did an outstanding tint job on my 2017 Lexus RC. I later noticed an imperfection on the glass that existed previously. They offered to remove the imperfection and replace the tint free of charge. Upstanding, professional staff (management and front desk) that care about their customers and perform excellent work.

Very swift with their service. The tint looks spectacular! They also had to deal with me, who changed the appointment 3 times and then slept in to miss the final set one but found time the same day to get it done with no attitude towards me, even though I deserved it.

As a woman one of the first things I find important is how Im treated when I walk through the door of a car place. At Tint World I was greeted politely and respectfully not like a child as Im used to with car guys. I had actually been in a month prior to getting my car tinted to get an estimate and see my options and when I came back they actually remembered me! The tint only took about an hour or so to have put on and they had a nice waiting area. Overall their customer service was top notch.As far as the actual tint goes, it looks amazing! I didnt even recognize my car when they brought it back around. I didnt see any air bubbles or stuff like that (if only I could make my iPhone screen look like that). Im from Illinois originally so this Texas heat is taking me some getting used to. The tint does seem to be helping keep my car a little cooler even on these 100+ degree days.Overall this place is great, if I decide to do any other car improvements Tint World will be my first stop. I had all of my family’s vehicles tinted and detailed at this location. I honestly was laughing at some of the reviews that are posted, being that my family and I have never had better service. For those of you that do read reviews, believe me you will not be disappointed if you choose this location. Remember you get what you pay for so if you want mediocre work go somewhere else.

Yet again Tint World did a fantastic job on my Challenger! First had tint and hood wrapped... came back again to have stereo rewired and came back yet again for more work, this time new sub box and subs installed...These guys are hands down the most efficient, well priced, and professional around! Obviously or I wouldn’t have done business on 3 different occasions! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I just had my jeep wrangler tinted and upgraded with new lights. They did an insanely amazing job with it. Nadeem was so professional and awesome with helping me get the lights I want. Just got back from getting my new 2017 Passat tinted. Great service, and the finished product looks amazing. The customer service was awesome friendly staff, Kendra was very nice to work with. The customer service and skill level are off the charts here! Besides having a top-of-the-line tint job done on my Camaro, they also fabricated a customized set of backlit shark’s teeth for the grill.In fact, they’ve touched every vehicle I own! Four tint jobs, headlight upgrade, custom grill work, and a complete stereo overhaul.The stereo issue was my fault as I went somewhere else because of a gift card I got to a national chain store. Their “professionals” failed to inform me that the stock speakers, couldn’t handle the new stereo they had installed without an adequate amp. Needless to say, the entire system shorted out and smoke even came out of the new head unit.I brought it in the same day and Tint World not only fixed the speakers and got me a new stereo installed, but they took the time to ask what kind of music I liked and even listened to it in order to recommend the equipment that would complement my music choice at the best price!I’ve used Tint World to upgrade the headlights on my Tundra as well. I came in with a specific set in mind and the owner came out, invited me to the stockroom, and took the time to show me several different options that fit my needs better than the ones I’d wanted.It’s rare, in my experience, for an owner to be so involved in the day-to-day operation. Took my Tesla Model S to Tint World for wheel repairs - the process was to remove the gouges from curb smacks (ouch) to my 21 alloy wheels, then refinish them to factory color and finish specs.They beat my expectations for quality - looks great!
