I bought a bumper for my vehicle with the specified year, make, and model as they request upon my order. I paid cash money; to have a totally wrong bumper sold to me. The part number isn’t in their system which means they never gave me the part they sold me on the invoice. I was also explained how it’s non refundable because I bought it in December. Then was told “you have to check the bumper before you leave”. I’m not a mechanic so how would I know what I’m looking for? It’s the company’s responsibility to make sure their customers get what they’re paying for isn’t it? Thanks. I’ll never refer this business to anyone.

I had been frustrated called about 10 different local parts places in Austin locally desperately looking for my car mirror no one had it. I was about to get one shipped out of state for double price! I redirected to a local auto store since out of state wouldnt get back to me on how to get it shipped. Then walked into an auto store who also turned me down ..Luckily another shopper heard what I needed referred me to this place.
