I have nothing but great words for this body shop! From the moment I arrived at this location I was greeted with the most cordial and kind attention! I was amazed by how smooth my car rides and looks beautiful! They kept me informed and answered all of my questions and were VERY patient with me the whole time! But MOST importantly these people here are some of the most genuine, kind, and sincere people ever! They truly want what is best for you and your car needs!

Very helpful and efficient

I called about 2 vans i wanted to look at the other day. I asked if anything was wrong with them & i was told what do u expect for $1200.00they did confirm the a/c worked thou.I only looked at one of the vans. Just about everything on the van was not working accept the the a/c eng & tranny. radio did not work, window tint was pealing off all thewindows, the power locks did not work, it pulled hard to the right, brakes pulsated,int. lights broken, door open light stayed on the dash no matter how many times i shut the doors,passenger side window did not work, pass side mirror broken.I was told that van was serviced befor i looked at it & I was told that was the better van of the 2. That is y i did not even bother looking at the second van.

Hit a deer, car was fixed for less than expected. Super happy with Northstar not happy with deer.
