Friendly and honest. Had our first experience with these mechanics when our Camry needed some body work done paid by State Farm and I wasnt too excited with State Farms list of pre-approved providers. Not only did Bob handle all the back and forth with the insurance company, he also made sure we got new parts rather than the used parts the insurance company was recommending. We later used Bob as a sounding board when purchasing a used new vehicle. I would highly recommend Pro Automotive to anyone who is looking for a new mechanic.

I can not thank the team enough at Pro Automotive! I made a huge mistake that needed immediate attention. I took my car to one shop who gave me a crazy amount to have it fixed. I made a few calls to see if it was necessary. I chose to have a second shop take a peek at it. I had it towed from on shop to the Pro Automotive. They acted quick and even listened to me when I said I would be going on an 8 hour road trip and looked over EVERYTHING. My car won’t be going anywhere but to these guys from now on. Thank you, Bob for not sugar coating anything and telling me what needed to be done.

When people ask me who can fix something I send them here. Honesty is hard to find. These guys can fix problems other shops cant at reasonable rates. Parts on average are greater than 50 percent of your total bill. If you are new to auto repair this is a significant statistic. If you dont know why this matters I will tell you. Labor costs at many shops constitute 75 percent of your total bill. Working in the industry myself I know how billing is done and I know when shops are under or over charging for what they do. These guys use high quality parts and charge reasonable rates. Most shops inflate parts cost to supplement or increase profits in a hidden way these guys dont and that is a really big deal. The quality of work is higher than many shops and I actually have had to send them cars dealers could not fix or would not fix at reasonable rates.

We have been taking our cars here for decades. It simply doesnt get any better. Nice people, extremely fair prices and quality work. You will never get taken advantage of if you dont know anything about cars. I just had another shop quote for $1400 for a brake master cylinder replacement. These guys determined that it didnt even need one (and if it had their price was less than half of the other places).

I have trusted Bob and Keith for all my major automotive repairs since Pro Automotive has been in business. Their location is not particularly convenient to my home, but the quality of their work makes the distance worth the effort. Over the years I have had them work on numerous vehicles for a wide variety of repair needs, including body work. In every instance I have been completely satisfied with their work. This is not a claim I could make with any other auto repair shop. What I particularly appreciate is that they will give me a choice of options as to how to handle my repair needs and their honest assessment of each option given. They have never steered me wrong (no pun intended). Their shop may not look fancy but their work is excellent. If you put an auto repair shop in your phone directory then make this the one.

Was asked to send pictures in an email and was told they would look at it and get back to me, I had to call them 2 days later and they didnt even look at it. Then told me I would just have to bring it in. Wasted my time, I cannot bring it in to every one of the 150 body shops in town just to get a fair estimate knucklehead! Felt blown off and unimportant, will never call them again!

Bob & Keith know how to find solutions to Tragedies. They go above and beyond and never over-charge. They are car sorcerers. They can make it pristine or work within a budget. They NEVER trick me or scam me or upsell me or even treat me like an idiot.I will literally never ever give my car to another mechanic again. If Im not getting repairs from Bob & Keith I am dead. I dont know how they do it but I thank God every day for their existence because they are a blessing.
