I scheduled an appointment with Epps for a small paint scuff and scratch on my car that I was afraid would rust if not dealt with appropriately. The front office staff were courteous, helpful, and professional. They repaired the spot there on the spot. I am very pleased with Epps for not only the speedy repair, but also for the cost and the quality of work.

I am late writing this highly-earned praise for Epps. I had the honor to work with Wayne Epps when his shop was referred to me for minor body work 14 years ago. The factory clear coat was peeling off the rear spoiler of my ten year-old car at the time. He restored it to better than new for a very reasonable price. I am returning to them, now under (new to me) ownership that I saw posted in 2011 that he hand-picked.My regular service garage of fifteen years also recommended them.I will post my next review on a more timely basis when I get my latest work done.

Just take your car here...!One of the a-pillar trim covers on my explorer broke off on the highway and I took it here to be replaced. I had also purchased a replacement billet-style grille and asked them to install it as well. It was really nice to be able to text images of the issue & work desired and get an estimate without having to go in. The estimate was more than fair so I scheduled an appointment.Though they appeared to be fairly busy when I dropped off the work was done very quickly and I had my car back the next day. Not only does the trim piece look just as it did the day I bought it, the grille looks fantastic! And the best part is that they washed my dirty arse car!!! Not sure if they vacuumed the inside too but it looked cleaner than when I dropped it off.I cannot say enough good things, just take your car here!

Epps Body & Paint has come to my rescue twice now. First, they QUICKLY ordered and replaced my brand new Jeep Wranger’s bumper. Then, they repaired a dent in my Escalade. Thank goodness for Epps. Great service. Fantastic prices. Fair and Efficient operation. Highly recommended.

This review is long overdue and I should have posted a long time ago. I have used Epps probably 6 times now. I have referred two people to them that have used them. Every single one of these instances has been perfect. My friends still tell me they love the referral.Living in the one of the worst places to own a nice car, Lakeway, TX, I have been hit twice, broken into once ($11,000 damage), had the underside of a Volvo scraped due to a steep incline, hailed on once and door dinged countless times. Epps has fixed my cars time and again. The most recent time they fixed my Lexus which got T-boned from a clueless and careless driver not watching the road. The accident left some damage that they didn’t find initially. Epps went the extra mile by redoing it until it was absolutely perfect.A buddy of mine owns an auto repair shop in Ohio where Bentley and Rolls Royce send their automobiles to be fixed in the USA. I learned from him how to spot excellent bodywork and paint work. I can tell you this, Epps is the only place I would take my car in all of Texas after seeing their work firsthand. It rivals my friends shop. There is no doubt Epps’ group stands behind their work, is proud of what they do, and yields amazing work combining it with the best customer service. The people are super friendly and Ian is probably one of the nicest straight forward guys one could have an instance to do business with.I have never had an insurance company tell me Epps is on their “approved list” (been through three insurance companies) so that is another reason I use them. It seems as though the “approved list” is often full of companies that do lesser work on the cheap without really standing behind it. The last three insurance companies gave me contact info of other companies but I told them I was using Epps. The insurance companies have to honor your request and you should fight them for that.If you are on the fence thinking about where to take your car, don’t even second guess it. These are the pros. Go there and be done with it.

I took my vehicle in today to get some adhesive taken off from the stock vehicle badges/decals. I could not be more pleased with the customer service I received and the work performed was flawless to say the least. This company deserves 5 stars and would give more if I could. Thank you again!

I recently purchased a vehicle for my son. The used car was in great condition, but had a minor fender issue on the front passenger side and a few door dings I wanted to address. So I started getting estimates from several repair shops on 620. Since these were cosmetic issues and not really needing repair, I wasnt looking to spend a lot fixing it up (only to have my high school kid inevitably create more dings!). :-) From the start, Epps was great addressing and helping me. They gave me same option of replacing entire front bumper (like all the other places), but ALSO gave me other options. The office staff was great and then they referred me to Tim who quickly took apart my front panel, added some additional retainer clips, added some 3M tape, and all while I just stared in amazement as this repair was happening in front of me. Exactly what I was trying to achieve. Professional, really worked to help me out, and having staff like Tim and the friendly staff made the whole experience a positive one. Upon leaving, I even get a tip from Ian about a firm in Austin who does pinstriping work to repair another cosmetic issue. I am glad I found this place and will be looking to have Epps perform body work repairs in the future for my families vehicles.

Good paint and body repair

My front bumper had to be fixed. They do amazing work. My bumper looks amazing. Now if the rest of my car would just follow suit!! Id have them paint that if I could. They are THE BEST.

These guys are the best! Super user friendly! The entire staff was friendly, courteous and helpful! My vehicle was in and out in a very timely manner and the workmanship was first class! They will always be my first choice for work on my vehicles and I always have at least three on the road every day.

Excellent work and fair pricing. My car looks like new. Friendly atmosphere. The only negative in my opinion is a 2% fee if you use a credit card...most businesses don’t put that fee off on the customer.

Phenomenal, all the way around...fast, courteous, even ended up charging me less than what they quoted, which they didn’t have to do & I’d never have known about if the didn’t. My BMW X1 had a hit and run. The team at Epps did an amazing job and communicated throughly about everything. I couldn’t believe that my car was fixed so efficiently and quickly.

Epps goes way above and beyond in the customer service arena. Ive had 2 vehicles repaired here after damage, the most recent being my BMW that got rear-ended. They did a beautiful job on the repair and finished in 3 days, just as they had estimated. That part didnt surprise me as Ive had amazing work done efficiently by them in the past. But, I took my car to them filthy from the rain and the front bumper/hood/windshield covered in splattered bugs. I have 3M protective film on the bumper and hood, and it takes a lot of work to get caked bugs cleaned off. Well, I got my car back looking brand new. The outside AND inside were meticulously cleaned, and they even put tire shine on my tires. Theyre always very busy as that area has been growing rapidly over the past few years, but theyre focused on maintaining the quality of work and outstanding customer service that has kept their customers loyal to them for the past 30 years. Its rare to find a business that operates this way nowadays. Great job, Epps! Im a customer for life.

Epps was amazing! My 2005 Nissan Titan looks brand new. Their service, employees, and honesty were refreshing and appreciated. Ian, Erin, and Elizabeth..... and all the employees there.... went far beyond any service I ever expected. I recommend them very highly. I am ecstatic with my experience with them. I got into an accident a few weeks back. My first one, I didn’t know what to do and where to go, but someone recommended Epps. I couldn’t have found better service. They not only allowed me to tow my car to their lot, but they helped me figure out the best options in the following weeks. Giving me a full detailed report about the amount of money and man/woman power as well as time it would take to complete repairs. Instead of trying to coerce me into getting the repairs done. They were honest with me in telling me that it would be better to just salvage the car. Giving me multiple references to take care of that. They went above and beyond what was needed and really showed professionalism mixed with compassion that is a rarity in the world we live in today. I’d rate them more if it were possible.

I cannot praise the customer service enough! From getting an estimate and having the parts ordered it was all so quick! Picking my car up was just as easy! There was no long wait, my car was even ready before the estimated date! I would highly recommend Epps!

Beware of this guy . I took my truck to get complete painted, I was quoted $3200.00 (without seeing the truck) once he saw the truck, he added another $1000.00.....ok because a lot of work, keep in mind that I brought the truck already sandblasted ready for primer, I even took the top and doors off as requested per owner. It took 5 months for him to finally get to my truck, no problem because I didnt want to rush them and then get a poor job, after 5 months, this guy decided that he wanted my truck out of his shop so they end up rushing the job anyway, resulting on a overall good job, however I got a bunch of paint drips on the sides that I will have to get fixed because they look horrible. At the end, I received a call from his office advising me to come over and pick up the truck, it was done, when I ask this guy for the grand total, he came out with $6800.00 WOW!!how did it go from $4200.00 to $6800.00?? his excuse, because it took too much preying time, more than expected. You figure that someone with previous experience on quoting paint jobs, would calculate accurately as to how much time, material, labor etc. would take, I understand a few hundred dollars extra because extra paint, materials etc. but $2600.00 extra without previous knowledge?? Cmon.After going back and forth with the guy, he agreed to discount a few hundred dollars and his final word was Do not bring me any more workREALLY??? what kind of unprofessional nasty thing to say to a client was that? I run a business as well, if I told my clients that, I would be out of business by now.Did I forgot to say that they broke one of the windshields which they knew about it but forgot to mentioned when I picked up the truck?, I later found out about it.This guy is arrogant, I wish him well but I could never refer anyone to him in good faith.PS, One star is more than generous of me. he deserves 1/4 of star.In all fairness, his painter, was great and did for the most part a great job, thumbs up to him.

I just moved to Austin and Ive already found my body shop. I was helped by 2 lovely young ladies that greeted me and help me with any question that I had and they found the best solution for me to get my vehicle back to the way it was and I really appreciate it. Epps body and paint is awesome and I would recommend there services to all my family and friends.

This shop is very greedy! Their pricing model and their estimate simply want to get you hooked up and then keep asking you for more money. They also put unnecessary hours in their estimate. I recommend everyone to stay away from this greedy shop that can extract every single penny out of you. Oh mercy!!!

I went by Epps for an estimate on a door that was somewhat jammed. They were able to adjust the door with some minor work and were extremely courteous and professional, taking the time to walk me through the potential issues. And they didnt charge me for their expertise and time (5-10 minutes)! Will definitely be back for future repairs/needs.

They did a great job on my front fender repair. It looks brand new. Everyone there was friendly and ready to help. I will be back the next time I need body work.

These guys are really responsible and proud for the quality of their work. On times when a repair would have been just fine, they have gone the extra mile to make it perfect without an extra charge. They finish the job on time. Whenever parts are needed, theyll order them for you at fair prices and no markup for them; they only charge for their labor. To top it off, they are a friendly bunch with wonderful disposition. I greatly recommend them.

Ive used Epps multiple times on several different vehicles. Always top notch and great value. Someone backed into my high end European sports car in a parking lot. As this was the first car of this type I owned, I was told I shouldnt take it to just any shop and I should go to a high-end sports car body shop specialist in Pflugerville. After waiting 2 weeks for the shop to schedule the work, I came in on the appointed day and the Pflugerville shop told me they didnt accept the insurance of the person that hit me (they knew what company it was when they scheduled me) and there would likely be out of pocket expenses.... I told them to they could kiss my fender and will never go back there again. I drove straight to Epps and they now have my 911 looking like it just rolled off the factory floor. They are an honest, professional shop who operate following top-notch business principles. If you have any mechanical needs, visit their sister shop, Lawson Tire & Automotive on HWY 290. Same level of professionalism for your mechanical needs.

It was a relief that from step one with the estimate for the insurance company, to the day I picked my truck up, the whole process was smooth and as expected. They were able to obtain the needed parts very quickly and had everything reassembled correctly, looking like new when they were finished. I had significant front-end damage from a malfunctioning gate, and I dropped the truck off on Monday, and it was ready as promised on Friday. It looked great! There was very minimal involvement with the insurance company. I also took advantage of and appreciated the free follow-up wash and wax a month after the repair, too.

My wife and I were very impressed with the professionalism of the staff at Epps Body and Paint! We dropped off our vehicle to them on a Monday and they said they would try to have it to me before the weekend. I received a call on Wednesday that everything was on schedule. They called me again on Friday afternoon to let me know our vehicle was ready. Because I couldnt make it in on Friday, Ian came in on Saturday so I could pick up my vehicle. When I got there, my Tahoe looked brand new again! I can only hope I dont need to use a body shop again, but if I do, I will certainly be taking it to Epps!

Best body shop in Bee Caves . They do some of the best body work i have ever seen. The General Manager is very helpful and the girls up front are extremely knowledgable and proficient.

Took my 15 Sierra truck in for a few minor dings/blemishes. I was immediately greeted by the staff with smiles and good mornings. Ian and Erin came out to look at the truck and saw my abuse over the past 2 years. Erin definately knew her stuff, while Ian was there as a vault of knowledge. I got a quote that was fair compared to other bids and the steering wheel was back in my hand 2 days later. Highly reccomend!

An employee of mine recently backed into a wall in one of our trucks and caused some minor damage to the back panel and bumper. I got a quote from another body shop and then got a 2nd quote from Epps -- their price was significantly less. Epps is amazing! I had front end damage as well as extensive damage to the wiring. It was at the time of SAABs bankruptcy and it was a nightmare to get parts. They did not give up and searched EXTENSIVELY to find what we needed. The personal care and attention were great! They were in constant communication with me on the status. I have had the opportunity to use Epps Body and Paint on three occasions. I commute weekly from Austin to Houston but after my two first repair jobs done by Epps I have preferred to also have them carry out the work in Austin despite that the insurance company suggested it more convenient to have the job done next to my place of work in Houston. Best Shop in town! Fast, Fair, honest.

This place had horrible customer service. They had my car for 5 weeks to fix hail damage and when I went to pick it up, they forgot replace the hood of my car. The manager also left extremely unprofessional voicemail on my phone regarding a miscommunication on their part.
