Marwan and his team at ProTech repainted the front bumper on my MX-5 and I was blown away! After 60k+ miles and many long trips, the white bumper had been peppered with rock chips (those are all chips, not bugs in that photo) and somehow he was able to match the pearlescent color perfectly.It feels like I have a new car all over again!!!Oh and his price was amazing too. Talk to Nour or Marwan and they will treat you right!

They were super friendly and did an amazing job with my car! More than what we initially agreed on. I hit a deer and the right side of the signal light and fender were damaged. Without insurance cover, I can only afford fixing parts of my car. Besides fixing what we agreed on, they also painted and cleaned my car inside out. They were excellent! Highly recommended. (As you can see the huge differences on the right and left side of my car)

Scummy business practices, leaves notes on random peoples cars with no hail damage to try to trick them into receiving services they dont need. Do not patronize this shop and encourage this kind of predatory behavior.

Great family run business. Ive gone back for different bumps and bruises on misc cars many times. Its the only shop Ive ever found that meets my standards 1rst try every time. They ok know what they are doing, even on tough pearl paints.

Ahhh what can I say about ProTech Body Shop? They seriously provide the best honest service any body shop can offer you. Marwan and his family are a complete pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable in all aspects of mechanical engineering and bodywork. Let me tell you, this owner Marwan saved my baby. I had a somewhat minor accident with my 11 Benz C300 sport where my insurance company absolutely refused to repair it. Dealing with my insurance company took 45 days to get the car back in my possession as a total loss when in fact it was not a total loss at all. I ended up settling the claim as a total loss just to get my call back. A nightmare of an experience working with my insurance company to get my car back in my possession. Once I got it back, everything started flowing smoothly. I am super grateful to have found ProTech Body Shop and Marwan in particular. He saved my car. I had my car towed to his body shop and got it back within 2 weeks. He replaced my damaged front suspension, did all the work he needed to do to fix the frame of my car, fixed my front bumper back to new condition, fixed my rear bumper by taking all the scratches out. fixed all the little dents I had on there for years, performed alignment and balancing and took initiative to clean the interior carpets. Brought my car back to looking and driving like the first day I purchased it nearly 10 years ago. I could not be more thankful and grateful right now. I love this car and I can’t believe my insurance company was trying soooo hard to get me to give it up. My thank you go out to you and your family Marwan. Protech has taken car my cars on a few occasions now, it’s never a good scenario when you have to call a body shop but Protech really takes care of their customer from start to finish.I’ve taken my cars to Protech for anything from custom work to simple fixes all the way to bullet hole removals!! Pricing is fair and the work is the best around. The nice ladies at the front, call and give insightful updates and realistic timelines. Every time my car comes back to me looking flawless, well maintained, clean, and the owner himself always comes out to ensure I am a happy customer.There are many body shops in Austin but Protech is definitely where you should put your car and money. Peace of mind is priceless.

Wonderful team with great service! They set realistic expectations on how long it would take, but kept me posted on the progress throughout, and ended up finishing sooner than originally estimated. Their work was very detail oriented and they really put their personal guarantee behind their word, even making minor tweaks days later to make sure everything was 100%.(As of Sept 20) Didnt wear masks when interacting with customers which was a bummer but they had hand sanitizer out and were very respectful overall.

Dont take your car here to get painted. Had my Porsches front end repainted. The color wasnt right and very obvious that it didnt matched. Owner was a jerk and didnt want to make it right. His family is very sweet and nice but he is NOT!

I reached out to Protech for a custom job on my BMW 4 series. I wanted to install a body kit and a few other aesthetic parts. Marwan assured me he can do it and was genuinely interested in working on the car. Not many bodyshops in Austin are skilled to takeover the custom jobs as Protech. They even helped to get the parts from my home and deliver it to the shop. Marwan and his team were very prompt in giving me feedback and updates on the installation of parts. He himself gave utmost care to my car and he is very proficient with working on BMWs. Protech did a great a job in paint matching the bodykit to my car and could not be happier how my car turned out to be. I will always go here for my future car needs. I highly recommend Protech body shop if you need any repairs or custom job in Austin area. Great service and great people!

After being rear-ended by an uninsured, drunk driver last month, ProTech was suggested to me by insurance company and I am extremely happy I went with them. Marwan, the owner, and everyone there took excellent care of me and my car. They even went above and beyond expectations by offering to touch up some spots that were unrelated to the accident for free. After getting the keys back, I can honestly report the car looks better than it did before the accident. I will definitely be taking it back to them if anything else ever happens to it again.

My brand new car got marred when some jerk swiped the front drivers side fender in a parking lot, leaving deep scratches and a major dent. They fixed my car right up, making it look brand new again. Admittedly I was skeptical of the 5 star reviews. I was referred here by Geico. Cmon, its a body shop, this must be a scam, or Geico must have some deal and have rigged the system. So I did my research and shopped around. I checked out some big players like Continental, Maund, etc and some smaller shops too. Since the insurance claim was with Geico and my initial experience at Protech was so good, I figured Id give them a try. Seriously, the experience couldnt have been more pleasant. Not to mention that the Geico adjuster, Mr C. Wong, was there on site too. It made things very pleasant. Id just bought my car 2 weeks prior to the incident and really wanted the car in as-new condition. The folks there were polite, kind and Id definitely go back. My father ran a body shop so I know a few things. Im also a car guy, so there was some great banter on vehicles, but honestly, Id refer them to folks who have little knowledge in the car space. Great job and thanks for taking care of my 16 Golf R bumper. I dont have pics of the finished job, but looks good as new

From the mechanics to the individuals behind the counter.Angle went above and beyond to even speak with the insurance company to straighten out an issue with payment and was able to get everything fixed and the payment issued to the shop. Thats superior customer service at its finest. My wife was having a terrible day and she sat down and was genuine with her and actually cared and related to her. She didnt have to do any of that but took the time out comfort her. Shes an example of professionalism at its best. Most of the reviews on here must be fake the Actual owner dropped the wrong oil in the car!!!!! Keep in mind this is a body shop nothing to do with mechanic work there was no reason for anyone to put oil in that car!! Owner was very disrespectful. Apparently, they don’t know the difference between a Diesel engine and a gas engine!!! They are only good when you want half done job

I have used 2 other body shops in the past and this had been my best experience yet.My truck was burglarized and I had a Friday appointment with protech. I was certain I would be without a vehicle for a week. The owner told me he was going to do his best to find the parts and have my truck ready by 5 and I’d be back in it the same day.When I got a call from angel at noon saying my truck was ready I was thrilled. They delivered on their word and even fully detailed my truck.

I was having trouble seeing at night, so I called about getting my headlights aimed. A quick Google search showed me that this adjustment was something that could be done at home by a novice; but not having a dark enough, level place to do it, I decided to take my car to a professional. The mechanic and staff were great. They adjusted the headlights, showed me their new heights, took the time to answer my questions, told me to give the adjustment a try and come back if I was unhappy (maybe try some LED bulbs). When I asked, “How much?” The boss said no charge and sent me on my way. I will definitely come back when I have a bigger job for them.

Great customer service. Insurance only covered 3 days for the car rental because of the estimation the insurance company made to fix my back bumper. The work took 5 days and I was supposed to pay 2 days out of pocket for the car rental. However, ProTech took responsability for the delay and they decided to pay for the 2 extra days. They are the best! No one does that. They really care about customer service and you walking out of there happy. They are great people they mean so well. Highly recommended. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

The team was so friendly, professional, communicative, and FAST! I had damage to my front bumper, grill, hood, and front left headlight. I had my Infiniti repaired a little over 2 years ago at this shop, partly because they are affiliated with Geico. My car was rear ended and I had the car repaired at cost of nearly 10,000 dollars. I was expecting nothing but the best experience. Well, if not for a recent minor bumper accident, I wouldnt know that theyve done a shoddy paint work. My car was bumped a little bit from the behind, which shouldnt cause any noticeable damage at all. Nevertheless, days later, I noticed that paint on my bumper started to crack and peel off. I ended having it repaired again. This reminded me my unpleasant experience with them in the first place. The work was late; it took about 6 weeks to get the job done, 2 to 3 weeks longer than their estimate. There were also a few uncomfortable conversations about the repair issues. I would not go back to this shop.

I took my car here after I had an accident. They gave me an estimated time that my car would be done. Marwain, the owner, let me know that my car would be returned to me brand new and better than it looked before. When I dropped it off, they were very helpful and not only that, their customer service was amazing. I was answered all my questions with very informed answers. They even gave me weekly calls to let me know the progress of my car. Once they were finished they gave me a call and even worked around my schedule. When I got to the shop the process was very simple, and there wasnt any complications. And my car really looked better than ever. I even asked if they gave other services that way I would be able to come back. I highly recommend this place if there is anyone who is iffy about other places.

These guys are great. I have used them twice now on an 09 Silverado 2500 and an 11 Hyundai Sonata. We have used them for both insurance work and personal. They are fast and do great work. I drive a Toyota Sienna. I have three small girls that know how to make a mess. With that in mind, not only did ProTech repair my van quickly, they also detailed it in and out. Hands down best service in the ATX area.

Took my Audi here last year to get fixed after a car accident, did a good job on the body but lost my passenger floor mat. Said they were going to replace it and that never happened. Then on top of that they put the wrong coolant in my car that could have allowed my engine to overheat, definitely would not recommend them to anyone after the issues they have caused and never bothered to rectify even though they said they would.

I had an exceptional experience with ProTech. I have a fairly new Audi S4, which is by far the nicest car I have ever owned. By a longshot. Well, someone scraped up the side in a parking lot pretty bad, and they had Geico insurance, so I picked ProTech out of a streamlined process list. The appointment was made, rental ready to go, and they got to work immediately. Well, a day later I go the call that they had accidentally broken a window, and I was furious ... I also had a new tint job that was very expensive, and just couldnt believe my car was in worse shape than when I dropped it off. They assured me everything would be good as new, and that the tint would be perfect, and even wanted to see the exact type, brand, and shade that I got. They wound up getting OEM Audi glass, went to the tint place to ensure a perfect match, and fixed the main paint and body damage to perfection (all in about a week, which was incredibly fast). Communication was great, the work is truly good as new, and they have earned a lifetime customer (hopefully not a frequent one, but stuff happens!). I am a perfectionist German car driver (probably called worse on the roads), and if they can make me happy in this situation, I can assure you they truly run a great business. Many thanks! Vince.

Im going to make this short and sweet. I wrecked my car then I took it here because it was the highest rated shop that was also a geico quick drop off or whatever its called. Between them, the Enterprise rep and the Geico guy it couldnt have gone smoother. I should also mention that the estimate was very reasonable. My car actually looks better than before I wrecked it, no lie! If you have the misfortune to be in a wreck but youre looking for an auto body repair shop, this is the place. The folks who work here and run the place are so kind.

I was stranded near this shop while they were closed, and Marwan went above and beyond to help me. All I hoped for was to borrow a pair of plyers, as a hard-to-reach radiator hose had slipped off. Marwan not only reattached my hose and taught me how to ensure that no air was trapped in the cooling system, but he refused to accept any compensation for his work. He saved my engine from serious damage. Very professional, friendly and helpful!

Marwan went above and beyond to touch up another area at no extra charge (on the other side) since they already had a little extra paint left over! (Where do you find that kind of service today?) He saw a need and addressed it, was courteous, honest, very friendly, and on time. Id hire Protech again in a heartbeat (if I were to need their service).

Friendly staff, professional workmanship, and quick turnaround. Took my truck to protech after getting rear ended. They fixed all damage and made it look better than new. Included new parts, matched painting, and cleaning. They were super easy to deal with and treated me with the upmost respect. Will definitly go back if ever in need.

Be aware of this place. They did a very lousy job painting my car. I showed up to pick up my car after they told me my car was ready. I was only diasppointed to find that there are numerous scratches on the hood. When I pointed out to them, they started finding all kinda of excuse, like because the paints is still wet, so they couldnt polish it. They promised to do a good job, but they didnt. Another thing, if you are referred by Geico to go to there, I would find another shop. The Geico adjuster who works there is very unprofessional. He works with this shop to minimize the repair cost for Geico, and its not good to us as customers.
