My car was hit in October. They took care of me. The repair took a couple weeks. Its been a few months and my car hasnt had a single issue since the repair. Went through the driver at faults insurance. The team was great and made me feel good about the whole thing. Mike was great.

Total lack of communication from this place. I sent them an email asking for a quote on a clear scope of work that was provided by another shop. They asked for a VIN number so they could provide the estimate. I followed up 3 times over the course of 12 days only for them to tell me that they dont provide quotes from pictures. I never sent them pictures. I literally sent them a line item scope of work for them to copy and paste. Ridiculous.

Got into a minor fender-bender with my baby. The Team at Capital City Collision were professional, prompt and communicative. When there was a minor rework issue on a complex repair, the team went the extra mile to make it a painless experience.

They answered the phone promptly, did same day drop off, made my repairs $100 cheaper than if I went through the dealership, and stored my vehicle free of charge for several days while I was out of town. Also cleaned my car before I took it off the lot! Great service.

Amazing customer experience. Went there for an estimate on a ding and they fixed it for free. Topped off my windshield washer fluid while they did it-could not believe it. I brought my Honda Accord here when someone hit me from behind. They were able to get me in the same day and I was welcomed by many when I arrived. I was offered something to drink immediately and people kept checking on me as I waited for my rental to pick me up. The Hospitality is amazing to say the least! The people at this place are so friendly and helpful. I needed to get the sliding door of my wifes van to open (it was stuck and would not unlock) before she would go out of town on a trip with our kids. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not able make my original lunchtime appointment. So I called and cancelled. Then, I called them at 4:45 and asked them if I could still come by. They are supposed to close at 5pm but they told me to come over.Matthew came to help me, he took the car, brought me a bottle of water, and after spending about 20 minutes on it, they got it to open. How much did I owe them? Nothing! He told me he hopes my family would have a safe trip.I know lots of nice people who would probably have still charged a small fee and I would not have minded paying. I really appreciated everyone I interacted with over there.

They turn a bad thing into a blessing. My car left there looking better than it did leaving the lot. They deal with the insurance people so you dont have to, they even got them to get me a rental when I couldnt.

I would definitely come here again for body work on my car. They ran a quick estimate and submitted everything to the insurance. Once insurance gave the ok they started work immediately and had my car done on Friday. They were very nice and professional. They did a great job in making my car look like it was never hit. They even helped me out by dropping off my car to me while I was at work. They seem very trustworthy and I hope I dont need there services again but if air do I will be back for sure.

I live all the way up in Georgetown but I always take my cars to Capital City Collision when I need work done. These guys are great at what they do and Ive never had any problems with my repairs. They stand by their work too. I recently was hit on the way to work, had my car towed to Capital City Collision, and they fixed it up beutifully. Over the next few days a few problems popped up with my car. I didnt know if the problems had anything to do with the accident and repairs or not, but when I called Capital City Collision they told me to bring the car in and they take a look. When I arrived they had three guys pretty much drop everything they were doing and address the issues with my car. The problems ended up having nothing to do with the accident or the repairs (and everything to do with my lack of knowledge of cars, haha), but they solved the problems and got me back on the road in less than 10 minutes. The entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, from the receptionist to the guys in the shop. I love this place! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Capital City Collision. They were fast getting me an estimate, and the price was reasonable and what I was expecting it would be. While my car was getting repaired, they texted me regular updates, and let me know as soon as it was ready for pick up. They did a perfect job, my car looks great, and they even buffed out a separate dent I had from a separate incident for free. I will definitely recommend them to anyone, and am going to continue using them for all of my car repairs.**UPDATE: I took my car in again last week for another repair. They were excellent again!! Seriously they go above and beyond. They did additional work on my car for free to make sure it looked great. I received text updates the entire time, too, and the car was clean and detailed when I picked it up. I cannot say enough good things about capital city collision!

Unfortunately I had to get my truck worked on due to folks crashing into me a few different times. With that sad, I am glad I found Capital City Collision a few years ago when they were still on Congress. Even though they have moved, they still exceeded everything they said they would do and then some. Joe and Matt are some of the most easy going, laid back, kind of guys. You can tell, no matter how bad your situation was,they just want to make you feel better by knowing and understanding the quality care that they will provide your vehicle. Yeah, that sounds like I described a Dr and a patient, but that is how they treat it. They know your vehicle means a lot and pretty much is a necessity and time is essential. Keeping you up to date with all repairs and calls made to insurances companies to make sure that they cover the proper parts is like a hot knife cutting through butter for these guys. If you decided,which in my opinion you should, to use Capital City Collision you will not regret it!

Someone dented my friends tailgate when I borrowed her truck. I brought it in and they were able to find a used tailgate when we were unable to find one ourselves. They even gave me a ride to work. My friend ended up canceling the service for financial reasons and they had already tried pulling the dent out and with success. They also refused to charge me for any labor for that. Super nice people, family owned company. I highly recommend them!

Awesome experience, I went to get a repair quote because of a few minor paint scratches on my motorcycle. They looked upon my magnificent motorcycle and proclaimed THIS SCRATCH SHALL COME OFF WITH THY BUFFER. After about ten minutes of buffering the scratch was gone. When I asked them how much I owed them the manger proclaimed FREE OF CHARGE YE KIND SIR and we all rejoiced.

I called Capital City Collision to voice my frustrations with their lack of finishing touches on my repair; I spoke to Monica (the owners daughter). I asked to speak to the owner, but was again told that the owner does not speak to customers. I told Monica that I would be happy to come down and speak to the owner in person. I was told that the owner does not meet with customers and would not meet with me. I told Monica about each and every one of the issues I had with their service and workmanship, there was absolutely zero concern; if anything, I was rushed off the phone as a complainer. Painted exhaust system, missing parts, missing bolts and screws, gas door falling off. They dont care.Capital City Collision takes absolutely zero responsibility for their poor workmanship, have EXTRAORDINARILY poor communication skills, and worst of all, they just dont care.If you are at all detail oriented and care about your car, find some other place to go.Shame on you Capital City CollisionThese reviews MUST have been written by family and friends to the business.

We have used CCC 2 times now and both times were amazing. Friendly staff that took the time to make sure we knew exactly what the process was. They worked with our insurance company and we had 0 trouble getting our cars repaired. Our cars looked totalled when we dropped them off and brand new when we picked them up. The door and panel gaps are often over looked unless you are OCD and they were perfect both times. We hope to never have a need for them again, BUT look forward to working with them again should some other terrible driver hit us again.

Amazing service. They fought with my insurance company to make sure my repairs were done with OEM parts. Very quick turn around.

Everything went smoothly at first! I was getting my cars new bumper painted and installed. Matthew and the lady at the receptionists desk were who i dealt with mostly, and they were very kind and patient. Although, my bumper was not installed properly (not all the parts were on the car, wheel liners, fender beading, etc). It was a brand new bumper kit from the factory, but at least half of the screws were missing and/or improper places. Their craftsmanship was subpar.They told me I could bring it back for them to fix on a day that was not busy. I came back 5 times to try and see if they werent busy. Long story short, today I finally talked to them (when they tried to ignore me and tell me I did not pay for the bumper installation, which I most definitely did). Result is they are not finishing it for me. So now I have to go and pay for an entire install at another body shop. smh...

I would definitely use these guys again. They repaired some minor damage on my car on the spot and could have charged me a lot, but didnt. They seem really straight up. I had the same work done at Bumpersrx but they didnt do nearly the same quality work, and they charged a lot more.

Great place to get repairs

Update December 30th. They changed oil for my Nissan Altima and now I have a msg on the screen says maientmaint filter and oil. And the oil change is not due based on milage or period !!Update No 13th 2018. I have dealt and recommended this shop for years. But my last experince was terrible. Walked in because brakes were making noises and they recommended to change all of them the entire brakes and pads I have zero knowledge on this matter so I said yes. Few days later, nothing changed, loud noise still there. Went back again, we drove my car down the street, the noise wasnt too bad. He said if I cant hear it constantly, then its not there and I cant fix it.I came to your shop for the same reason. You never asked if the noise is constant or partly. I paid close to $384.11 for nothingNow another shop is saying I need new brakes.

Did a great job on restoring my Prius.

Had a door that seemed to have been pulled/bent from the top - wind whistled when driving, door rattled and finally started leaking. I stopped by on a Thursday morning, without an appointment - they looked at the car and asked me to give them 5 minutes. Less than 5 minutes later, Matthew came back in and said the car was ready. Theyd tightened the locking mechanism and even ran a water hose over the door to make sure it didnt leak anymore. All this for no charge. Very professional. Will definitely be back the next time I need auto body service. Thank you!

These guys are really serious about customer satisfaction and indeed I am 100% satisfied! I had a $3000 insurance repair, didnt want to take it to shops on insurances list because CCC has such good reviews. Called CCC, Melanie and Matt were so friendly and helpful, explaining what needed to be done, scheduled it, dropped off my car on a scheduled date, since I didnt have a rental car, they offered me a loaner at no charge! I got a daily online update with pictures. When I picked up the car, my inspection revealed a few flaws/issues, they got right to it immediately and the next day since they needed to ordered an OEM part and asked me to keep the loaner car. when I went back there, all looked good, but after I drove off, I noticed a couple of issues with replaced sideview mirror. Called and took it back the next day, they got right to it, and after some test drive and checking, they decided to replaced the after market sideview mirror with OEM part, at no cost to me. The part arrived the next day, I took the car back and they replaced the mirror immediately. Even though I had to go back there a few time, they didnt make me wait, very polite and apologetic. At the end, what matter is they got it done right. Wow! What a hassle free experience! Will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone, and I can now say other good reviews must be true.
