Excellent service. Salesperson found the appliances we wanted and held them until we needed them. Refrigerator came afterwards and waived delivery fee. Also, they quickly set an appointment service to correct a cosmetic defect on the refrigerator. This is the second time we buy all appliances from Tri-Supply.

We built an addition outside/upstairs and shopped for lighting, mirrors, and ceiling fans - their showroom is beautiful! Karla Urbina was there for us every time 100% and helped make our experience very enjoyable. She researched LED lighting choices for us, responded to emails/phone calls immediately, and was always positive and enthusiastic. Our painters ladder caused one of our ceiling fans blades/hub to break and Karla worked with the rep and the front desk and was instrumental in helping us get it replaced. Shop Tri-Supply and ask for Karla... she will get the job done!

I ordered three exterior doors from this company a few years ago. I was in need of a replacement door and wanted to order the same one. So I contacted Juan Balderas the person in charge of doors. He took my information and said he would get back to me it’s been over a week. I’ve called twice left messages no return phone call. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from this point on. Y’all might want to think about working on your customer service... not really sure how Juan keeps keeps his job?

I ordered an exterior door that that was not in stock and had to be manufactured. I paid $40 extra to receive the door in two weeks from a manufacturer that could deliver the door in two weeks instead of 4-5. Unfortunately, two weeks turned into a little over four weeks. I don’t think the sales representative was honest regarding the availability of a second manufacturer or timeline. Don’t expect to ever receive a returned phone call from Anthony. I will never order or purchase another product from this company. They definitely have a culture of not returning phone calls. I spoke with three different people and they never returned a single phone call as promised. They should not tell a client that they will call them back if they simply have no intention of ever making the call. Note, each person stated they would call me back. On the positive side, the door was received as expected.

Nikki was our sales agent and was great and patient as we looked and decided what we wanted. David and Eric delivered our furniture and took great care in putting it together and arranging it for me. Very happy with the service and the furniture.

It has been stressful. I had to install the wrong door and wait to receive the one we purchased. It took all day and at the end of it; I was happy the manager tried to help. But it is still not the correct one.

This place is huge and stocked. Everything is on display and very enticing!!! Unfortunately, the customer service is horrible.I tried buying interior and exterior doors to update my house. I physically went to this store twice and was shuffeled around to several different employees who could help me. I was then told to call back to finish the details on the project but when I called no one could help me. Eventually I learned no one had written down anything about my project!!Bottom line I tried to give them business; and I cant determine if my project wasnt big enough for their book of business or if they were that unorganized to realize they lost my business...

Nice variety of hardware to choose from. Very poor customer service. Maybe my order was too small to get any attention. Whenever I called and actually spoke directly to my sales person to find out when my order would arrive, l would get a litteny of excuses. I never received a simple apology followed by an explanation. Promises to follow-up with me were never kept. Customer service training is desperately needed.

Our front entry doors are about 20 years old and feature a custom lockset that was manufactured by a company in France. We have worked with a locksmith several times to get the door functional, but we were finally at the point where we needed to either replace parts or replace the entire lockset. I spoke with Jesse Montez whos able to not only identify what brand our lockset is, but also able to find parts for this even though the company has been bought out and everything has changed since our lockset was manufactured 20 years ago. Jesse came to our home in Wimberley, measured, ordered the parts, and will be replacing them soon. We do not have to replace the entire lock set which is a huge cost savings. I could not ask for better customer service!

Courteous professional can do approach to finding a replacement green egg cover that no one in Houston could find. Highly recommend!

In a panic, we were trying to find a kitchen appliance package at the big box stores but none were able to find in inventory and deliver until late October. Covid-19 had hammered the supply chain... I found Tri-Supply with a Google search and was blessed to have Aleigh help us in finding an affordable package and available within a few days with inexpensive delivery. Aleigh was a saint, patient with my frantic phone calls as we were prepping our townhome in Austin from our home in Colorado Springs. We received a great deal, and the delivery team went the extra mile when the entry fob went missing from realtor box. The driver actually asked permission to wait for another resident to enter or exit the gate so we could receive our appliances for installation. Im convinced Aleigh completed hostage negotiator training before joining Tri-Supply. Great deal, great service and friendly staff.

We had a great experience with Juan at TriSupply. He helped us pick the right door in the style we really liked. Pricing was favorable compared to similar doors from other sources. Delivery was prompt, door is in great condition! It will be installed in the next month or so, and I can’t wait to see it in place. Even our construction manager commented on how nice it is.

I requested quotes from maybe every major company that sells doors in Austin for a simple exterior door with a somewhat unconventionally-sized window. I was almost ready to order the parts myself based on initial quotes (not to mention the companies that said it wasn’t even possible), when Tri-Supply (specifically Gary W.) confirmed they could do it at a fraction of the other estimates. Ordered a sliding glass door through Tri-Supply and unable to get a tracking number nor any clarity on delivery timing. We dont even know if the door has actually been made at this point. The door is 5+ weeks late at this point and still no answers.

I purchased a GE PT9200SL dual oven from Tri-Supply May 2020. I love the oven, however, within 3 weeks of installation the oven failed (F9 and other random symptoms that pointed to a possible controller problem). I attempted to work with GE Service to get it repaired. Starting with a technician who came to my home unprepared to troubleshoot (I had to use my own equipment to prove to him that ground was connected), his prognosis didnt match the symptom and the parts he ordered were most likely not going to fix the oven. GE Service said those parts were not in stock and I was told there was no way to get an ETA (parts finally showed up several months later). In frustration, I contacted Tri-Supply manager Aaron Valdez for help. Aaron jumped on it and ordered a replacement oven for me even though GE normally requires 3 service visits to warrant a full replacement. When the replacement oven arrived at my home, I learned that GEs oven packaging does not protect the glass front of the oven which was shattered. Aaron got another replacement to me within 2 weeks and Tri-Supplys crew installed it. I have had a working oven since July and love it. I highly recommend Tri-Supply for excellent customer service. I can also recommend the GE oven but thumbs down to GE Service.

Amazing selection - they have everything from lights to doors to kitchens to outdoor. Everyone was very nice and it was easy to get help. However I’ll warn you they are pricey. We found the same light fixture on build for a fraction of the price and we wouldn’t have even checked but for TriSupply charging us a delivery fee on lights even though we had to come back to the store to pick it up. Yes you read that right- they will charge a delivery fee and still make you come to the store to pick up your stuff. They don’t keep a lot in stock.Updating. Need to return an unopened light fixture that was in stock. I called just to ensure I was within the time frame for return . After holding for 5 minutes I was told a lighting specialist needs to call me back -really?? That should be a quick answer. What’s your return policy? Period. Everyone here seems to be totally clueless.

Exceptional service! Laura W. was extremely helpful in assisting me with the selection of the right appliances for our kitchen. She then followed up by coordinating the installation process. The installers were very courteous and professional and even stayed after hours to get the job done. Everything looks great, and I am very pleased. Highly recommend this company.

Their staff is 10/10 on being helpful, researching for us, communicating and delivering. THeir products are excellent and I cant wait to spend more money with them. As a business owner I know how hard it is to differentiate my business, they absolutely blow everyone else away in product selection and staff.

We recently built a house and used tri-supply. All of our hardware was miss labeled. We had to go through every room and match each knob, pull, etc.After we moved in I ordered additional pulls. The sales rep was responsive when it came to the sale, but didnt respond 4xs when I asked the status of the order. The sales rep told me the order just arrived 7.20, however the shipping information on the box reflected 6.24.

Awesome customer service! First dealt with Nikki who helped me with a warranty on my LBGE and sold me my XLBGE with the accessories I needed at a fair price. Also the delivery guys were great as well and very friendly with great attitudes. When they put my XL together they realized they forgot the thermometer and they had someone at the shop hot shot it to me. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you!

First off let me say the showroom is impressive and beautiful. We already had one big green egg grill and went to Tri Supply to purchase a Challenger grill table and a second big green egg. The purchase went smoothly and the problems started afterward.Because we already had the other grill we made sure to ask our sales person Nicky if the delivery people would put our other grill into the table with the grill we purchased and were assured that would be no issue.Because of Covid we were staying at our home in Houston and had planned a special trip back to the Pflugerville home to take delivery. The delivery guys showed up and the casters for the table were missing and they didnt put the grill in the table before they left.I called Nicky pretty irritated because for the money we spent, we expected a higher level of customer service. She told me the casters would have to be ordered and that when they came in Tri Supply would work on our schedule because of the mistake.Fast forward to the day the casters were in we were supposed to have delivery around 9-11 am. I called the store at noon, left a message that was never answered, called again at 1. I thin they finally showed up at 3 and got the table put together properly with the grill. The delivery guys were fantastic and I attribute all the mistakes to management and the salesperson not following through. I spoke to the manager in Austin and all I got was excuses and sorry. Again, when you are spending money like that you expect more. If Nicky earned a commission on our sale, it sure wasnt earned.Severely disappointed and wont return or purchase from again.

No pressure, easy to browse for appliances, lighting, doors, windows, outdoor furniture, etc. Not super convenient for us, but depends on the part of town youre coming from. Easy to compare multiple brands of merchandise.

They have a nice store and they seem to be a good company. However, I can tell you.. they are extremely unorganized and their staff is incompetent. I placed a large order through them and they completely messed the whole thing up. Their delivery had the wrong material, even though the driver who delivered it wrote down that they had delivered everything correctly. Then after at least 20 phone calls and a FEW weeks.. Some of the missing material showed up at the store and STILL it was not all of the materials. As of today, its been at least a month since the first delivery showed up and I STILL dont have everything.Basically, their logistics suck and they have a lot of improvements to do. If youre buying a small order such as 1 door, youll probably be fine but if you need to place a larger order please find somewhere else if you want to avoid the headache.

My Hispanic in-laws went into this store today and a employee walked up to them and told them that they were in the wrong store before my in-laws said anything. My in-laws said we know what we’re looking for and the employee walked away and never helped them. They racially profiled them the second they walked in I’d give 0 stars if I could I’m still going to reach out to corporate too.Edit: Aaron did reach out to me to apologize to my in-laws but strongly believes his employees did not say this

Pretty good home supply store: fixtures, doors, windows, trim, etc... Lots of things you cant get in a local box store, especially trim options. Juan always takes care of me even when there is an issue. They do a good job of calling back, and going the extra mile when theyve made a mistake. Good selection, good quality, and above average customer service. And, knowledge of their products, which unfortunately you cant get everywhere.

Love this place. GREAT inventory for your next home remodeling job. They carry many options(in stock or special order) for lighting, fans, doors, appliances, cabinet and door hardware, and more. Its a great place to buy, pricing is good, and quality will beat out the big box stores every time. I bought framed in solid wood doors for $135 each, when all I could get at the big box store was a hollow core door for $100. AMAZING. But even better than their inventory is their customer service. No matter who helps me, I get exemplary service, attention to detail, and great follow up. If you are looking for options for your next remodeling project, or items for your custom build, you will be glad you gave this place a chance. Ask for Chris or Juan...both are awesome. I tried to return some pulls that I did not like and they do not accept any returns so beware. Not happy. Also, could find the same items I wanted to return at other retailers online and they were CHEAPER and they ACCEPT RETURNS.

Customer service was great. Was met immediately by a sales rep who let me browse without “stalking” me. When I was ready to interact, her support and assistance was top notch. I’ll definitely go back to Tri-supply for my trim, doors, and appliance, lights, and hardware needs.

We were in desperate need of a washer and dryer to be delivered the next day. HD let us down because they postponed our order without notifying us. I contacted Tri-Supply and they said if they had it in stock they could do it. We rushed over and found what we needed and they delivered the next day. The whole transaction took about 15 min. We also ended up with a better deal than HD gave us. They have such amazing products we ended up purchasing more items while we were there and they delivered those the next day as well. Every sales person was attentive and easy. No up sell. Great experience and we were thankful.

Tri-Supply always tries their best to work with me. I feel like we’re on the same team whenever a difficulty comes up. Since I run a business also I understand how some things are too often outside our control. Tri-Supply always stays on it and there’s no lack of effort on their part. Best store ever ... BGE fell over in storm and they sold me replacement parts. Every other BGE store was much more difficult to deal with. Most genuine and nice people I have dealt with in this business. If you need appliances, outdoor furniture, or hardware it’s definitely worth the visit.

I visited twice to select appliances for remodel. The first was for research. The associate was pleasant but not very eager to assist. I returned with husband a month later. Another associate was initially helpful, but as we narrowed our decision other customers became priority. We wanted to purchase with TriSupply because of reputation, but after feeling snubbed we left. We were not bargain shopping, had a very sufficient budget. Very disappointed. I believe it is really based on taking care of their builder accounts which is understandable.Thank you for following up. We remain perplexed as we let it be known we needed to make a decision that day as electricians and plumbers were waiting. We were weighing Wolf, Meile and Thermador. After further research, I found a supplier in Fredericksburg and purchased a Thermador suite. I really appreciate the follow up, it makes a huge difference.

Our builder uses Tri-Supply for appliances in his houses, so we spent an obscene amount of money with this company when building our house last year. Given how much we spent, I certainly expected more in regards to customer service. The fan for our vent hood NEVER worked properly, from the moment it was installed. After a few minutes, and sometimes immediately upon turning it on, it makes a horrendously obnoxious sound.I reported the issue to our contact promptly upon discovery, but no technician ever came to fix it. Rather, to my knowledge our builders superintendent obtained another fan from Tri-Supply, which the GC installed... And the problem still persisted. Reminder: This is a brand-new custom home, so naturally we expect everything to be in proper working order. I again advised my builder and our contact of the issue, but it was never re-addressed and therefore was never fixed. Time passed and (shame on me for not forcing the issue sooner, but I lost my mother figure and had my first baby in the interim), I contacted Tri Supply recently in an attempt to hopefully remedy the issue once and for all - But I was shuffled off to the manufacturer (Broan), who took ZERO responsibility for their faulty product and just passed me off to a local service provider. The local service provider then advised that Broan informed them that the vent fan was no longer under warranty (the damn thing never worked from day one!!), so there was nothing the service provider could do for me. They requested all of my email documentation from last year to try and prove up that the issue actually existed from the start. My builder was kind enough to send out his GC to try and remedy the issue - The fan worked fine for him (go figure), and fine for me that evening he came to evaluate it - But then a few days later started making the obnoxious noise yet again.At this point, Im so tired of trying to get help from my Tri-Supply contact (Im sure she has the emails I need to prove up my case, and I have them on a flash drive somewhere b/c I kept all that documentation) -- That I guess I will just throw in the towel and consider the vent hood fan a lost cause at this point. Such a shame that this company passes their (high paying) customers off to various other parties instead of doing all that they can to assist them and remedy issues with the products they sell. VERY disappointed in the entire process -- Awful customer service -- Had my contact followed up with me about the issue from the start when it continued to persist, I wouldnt have had to screw with it this late in the game.

What a great company. I was actually trying to find a different business when I stuck my nose in their door asking directions. I had no idea they also sold what I was looking for, which was just a small amount of trim and baseboard. Chris, their salesperson, said he wasnt going to tell me how to find the other place unless he couldnt help me himself. So I said ok, told him what I needed, and he proceeded to not only provide it, but spend a lot of time and energy for what amounted to a tiny sale. Im so impressed. I will definitely return to Tri-Supply for any future needs for my house and encourage everyone else to give them a chance too! What an absolute delight to find not only good products, but actual friendly, helpful customer service in this day and age. Very unusual. Very appreciated!

I cant say enough good things about Tri-Supply! I needed a new back door with a dog door in it and didnt want to pay $500 at Home Depot. I went to Tri-Supply and was greeted by Chris. He showed me the door that they have with the dog door built in that runs around $400. I wasnt a huge fan of the dog door that came built in to the door, so he said we could order a door (at $300) and I could purchase and bring a dog door of my choice to have it installed. Definitely solved my problem at a fraction of what Home Depot wanted. Chris also communicated with the company that did the installation to make sure the door was cut to the exact measurements that I needed. SUPER HELPFUL. The door was delivered on schedule and was a perfect fit. Thanks Chris and Tri-Supply!!
