The location of this is really nice, there is an Old Navy, five below in the same plaza, all places good for gathering what one needs for home and personal use and this adds to the point value of the shop and is part of what goes into its having of 5 stars; other than that, the community seems relatively safe, and the products are standard bed bath & beyond level and quality; its pricey the items here, but you get your moneys worth here especially if you will take care of the products you purchase here, pay mind to what kind of materials it is you are buying, and before buying see if you are used to caring for that particular material, and this too goes into my scoring, the availability of both some products that I know are relatively simple to care for, and the availability of some items that are more challenging to care for, but if cared for, they will be durable, lasting lifetimes, albeit the looks for some items might be faded and will need reworking. Also the staff here were pretty friendly and helpful.

Went multiple times and they always had a decent selection of quality products in stock. For the items I needed not in stock they ordered for me and everything shipped to my house in a few days. Customer service was great for on the entire staff; and the exchange process was simple. Definitely a 5 star and well managed location!

Finally! I have been holding off on buying some home things and was glad to have them open. There was a nice surprise as well. It seems they have started to source products and store brands made in the USA. I had begun to think this was a lost art. Thank you BB&B buyers for doing this.I would also say their membership is a reasonable deal. Sure, I could probably go online and buy the things I was picking up but feel and style really needed to be seen in this case. Brick and mortar has its advantages.

Everyone was so rude. Definitely calling corporate in the morning. I came in for a pickup order. The box looked horrible and Joesph basically chucked it at me. I went to go find a different box for them to exchange it since it was a gift and looked so bad. Joseph at the pickup order counter then debated with an older man of who was going to “handle me” I just sat there while they went back and forth. Finally I said can someone please just exchange this for me. The older man came over laughing. He couldn’t do the exchange quick enough for Joseph so Joseph came over and just slid the new box across the counter to me and took the old one and walked off. I ended up just grabbing a back by myself. Joseph was so horrible for no reason. And the older man that entertained him should be just as ashamed.

Very nice and clean store with very friendly staff. Ive never been in a store with more friendly people than at this Bed Bath & Beyond. Everybody was helpful and we were able to find everything we needed.

Staff was to be desired. Asked 2 employees for an item and neither would even look up from what they were doing(tagging). Told cashier I had not received my coupon as I usually do in the mail, and I have seen them give the discount before to others before but she said she didnt have a coupon and actually didnt let me finish asking. Wont be back.

This is the Wal-Mart of bed and bath items. If you need it, they have it. The bulk of it is over priced and of poor quality. This is a place of last resort.

They was rude. We walked in without being greeted but the couple walked in after us was greeted. I refused to spend any money in the store but as we was leaving the manager didnt offer an apology or anything. I told him your location will get a bad review from me. This is just wrong period

Stood line and waited my turn and when it was my turn, I proceeded to the cash register and someone walked up in front of me. I said the excuse me, the line is back there. Yet Marisol rung the lady up and said she only has 1 item and I had 6. Awful customer service.

First time at this store i liked it .

I was charged $4 and some change to EXCHANGE a comforter THAT WAS DIRTY. I purchased it yesterday (Black Friday sale) and returned it today( next morning) and was told “the coupon doesn’t apply today”. Well duh! It’s an exchange NOT A PURCHASE but still had to pay full price for a clean one. The poor girl at the register had a coupon on her phone so she was nice enough to use it for me but I still had to pay extra to exchange the dirty comforter for a clean one. So disappointed! PLEASE CHECK ALL YOUR ITEMS BEFORE LEAVING!

This is a great place if you have money or you just enjoy shopping no matter what the price is. I think it is a little too price but still can look around and buy things that are not that expensive. Has almost everything if not all for the house.

The outgassing of plastics and other materials the products are made of makes the store an overwhelming, if not toxic, shopping space. I recommend breathing through your mouth and leaving the store as soon as it starts to hit your sinuses.Also, read the fine print carefully on the sale-price signs throughout the store. The wording and positioning often make them look like they apply to all the items on a shelf by a given manufacturer when, in fact, a specific style or model is specified in small letters.

The store was nice and clean. The staff was helpful in our return and I even saw them help unload a large return for the people behind us. It has several stores around it to shop at making it a convenient location for a day of shopping.

The unfortunate virus has put a glitch in customer service. Employees dont even know their store. Nor have time to answer questions. Sad. So disappointing.

I asked for help put hadiya g a weight scale, but was ignored. I made a selection, but days later I had to return the scale because it was too complicated and requested help again. I was definite that I would like a salesperson to help, one was called over the speaker, but did not come. I brought this to the attention of the person at the register, but was ignored again. I think this storys volume is so high, customer service away from the counter is not part of their thoughts.

About what youd expect. Staff was friendly, got what I needed and was out.

Wrong store

This Bed Bath & Beyond feels like theyre trying to squeeze too much stuff into too small a space. While I appreciate the effort to offer as many products as possible, it makes finding stuff unnecessarily difficult at times.As the closest BB&B to the UT campus, this place gets hit hard at the start of the semesters. Dont be surprised to see the cheaper towels, bedding, and kitchen supplies picked over if you come during that time.

Easy to get in and get the help you need for whatever you may need big small bizarre!! Very friendly staff too! thanks gals & guys!!!

Decent sales, great customer service

Its very dangerous for me to go into bed bath & Beyond with any cash on me. I had to go pick up a fitted sheet cama queen-size in Black I know what I wanted. But I warned my friend in the car that if I didnt come out in 10 minutes to come in and get me. Easy to spend money in there simply because they have everything or a lot of decent stuff at a reasonable price. Its kind of the go to place hardware store of the kitchen could yes there are a lot better as far as professional stuff. But this fits the bill quite nicely come on where a bunch of amateurs oh, no really we are... Dont think too highly of yourself! Lol enjoy life be happy you are what you eat... LOL

I never escape this store without buying more items than I intended. Went in for cookie cutters and came out with a dog bed and a dog toy.

I just moved and come here a lot and i almost always have to exchange something that didnt work out. They are so sweet and dont make you feel bad for exchanging. I also always bring paper coupons and Jimmy told me i couod get it on my phone (Thanks Jimmy!). Always someone there you can ask for help:)

It is the busy holiday season and I went in looking for two specific items (which they had according to their website). They did indeed have both items! One was way up high on a shelf. I returned to the front of the store to find someone to help me and the cashier indicated she would send someone. About 2 minutes later someone was there with a ladder. She also directed me to the second item. The cashier at the front let me use my two 20% off coupons in one transaction too. I had to take the time to write a review because when other stores dont have the staffing or knowledgeable, helpful staff, this one still does!
