Sales associate was very nice didnt pressure us. But as soon as we signed contract and asked the cashier a question about payment she rudely said, dont ask me ask your sales associate delivery took longer then expected assured me measurements of missing showroom furniture would fit in my room and it didnt. Not to mention Ive called to this place with questions and either they dont answer or they answered and before they ask what your calling for ask you to call back. Poor customer service. Would never recommend them to anyone!

They took my money and never delivered! They dont greet you. The managers dont know what theyre doing unprofessional. The staff needs customer service training. And also needs to learn english. Foreigners complaining how we americans dont speak spanish and its discriminating but tgis store does not cater to bilingual. So i was approved but then refused service they put all kinds of stipulations not to deliver. Management says one thing then go back on their word. I went through all the process just to have them take my money and not deliver. And they refuse to give you owners or regional managers names i guess they dont want owners to know how they are screwing up. Some ada girl said everything was fine for delivery but then went back on her word. But im here to ask if any hispanics are having the same problems warn others. Im contacting better business bureau and i am calling operational managers too.

The customer service is quite good, they serve you quickly and they are friendly, but as a company it is terrible, they give you a deadline that is not, after the deadline expires they tell you that it will take two more months. What a horror, it is a lack of respect and professionalism.

Very bad experience with this store, not a year ago I bought this room and they had to change the cushions, but they remained the same, they are made forward as soon as you sit down, and the seams run. Today I am waiting because they take them and they will give me credit for other furniture, then I tell you how I found the grace. The price was exorbitant, but that was to buy them on credit, they raise almost three times what they cost.

Attention in the store to make the sale very good, but soon after having my furniture I realize that they have manufacturing problems and as they have a guarantee for 5 years I call them to make the report and everything is a big lie. works as they offer at the time of the sale so that you buy you paint wonders but it is a big farce, these FAMSA furniture have very poor quality. I do not recommend anyone to buy this furniture.

Employees dont respect their consumers here. They steal your money telling you to buy insurance for your furniture and when you talk to them about something they mistreat you. Sorry that my life is not perfect like those of those who work at FAMSA.But that is no way to treat your consumers. Then when you ask for a number from a supervisor they give you a FALSE number and they wont let you speak. The lady who was attending me wanted to talk about me.I will check with the BBB on this. Because when you sell me insurance that it covered everything and then tell me that it does not cover anything is a FRAUD.The employees disrespect you when you attempt to make a claim through what we were told is insurance that covered any damage. I would even consider over looking that if it wasn’t for the fact that the woman who helped us was extremely aggressive over the phone with me. She would not let me finish a sentence. I had to tell her to stop talking over me, for me to get a sentence in. Then when I proceeded to ask for a supervisors number she gave me a FAKE number.This is so frustrating because we paid extra for this coverage. We’re told that it covered everything and now it aperantly it covers nothing. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB because this to sell me something with a promise and then not delivering is fraud.

Half the mercencia and charged for delivery, then I pick it queren More ... very bad to negotiate! Please dont go here, bad service from the manager. He is very unrespectable and he care less about your needs. The service is bad, I told them that I did not know English to understand the stores policies because they explained something different to me when I made my purchases and told me that this was not their problem.
