Zach was super helpful and the whole process of buying a fridge went smoothly. I placed the order Monday afternoon and the fridge was delivered Wednesday morning, less than 48 hours later. Thats ridiculously fast compared to Home Depot, especially considering that Home Depot often cant even meet the promised date. I also enjoyed having a dedicated, responsive salesperson who I could call for updates and questions. Shop at Harway and support a local business. Ill be looking here for all of my future appliance upgrades.

Terrible customer service! We purchased a range recently and the range is great but the sales rep Karyn not so great. I called to discuss our experience and never received a call back. The griddle for our range was on back order and once it was in we’ve been waiting for it to be delivered for several weeks. No updates other than they have it.

I have to admit to being disappointed by the service at Harway. The showroom is beautiful and the salesman was very informative. But, we were given an expected delivery date that was far from our purchase date. We accepted that, given the current demand. But, after hiring an installation company, we were just told last week that it will be another two months before we can get our oven. No suggestion for options (except after I had to ask), no alternatives. Just, sorry, you have to wait. Makes me wonder if my oven went to another, more important customer? Or, do they just not have any pull (or take the time to exert any influence) with the manufacturer? Maybe I should just have bought from Lowes (they say its in stock) or Home Depot (who say they can have it in three weeks)? Actually, Ill add to my first sentence. Im also frustrated and angry with Harway for their lack of support or concern for their customer!

Excellent service from the sales person, Sean, To the delivery of the washing machine. Sean was knowledgeable and helpful during the sales process. It is refreshing to deal with sales personnel who know what they are talking about and are experienced. In addition, when the machine was delivered I had decided to install it. The delivery person was extremely helpful giving me explicit directions on what I needed to do and those directions paid off well and made the process so much easier for me as a homeowner. They were on time and efficient. Bye-bye Home Depot, Best Buy etc. for the purchase of appliances.

I just purchased 2 speed queen washing machines on Saturday. It was an emergency situation as the units at my Assisted Living has stopped working. When I called I was highly impressed with Lauren on the phone. An Intelligent and professional young lady beyond her years. After meeting her in person I was even more impressed and her only flaw would be her choice in colleges, as she plans to attend that school in Austin and not Texas A&M.As impressed as I was with the beautiful Lauren, Zach S. took it to the next level. He knew his products in detail and was spot on with the inventory on hand. He went out of his way to help me, going into the warehouse to pull the units himself. Heck he even loaded the 2 washers in my F250 truck. I can’t say enough about this guy and his professionalism! You really dont know someones character until you go though hard times. I purchased a BlueStar gas oven from Harway Appliances over a year ago. It has been a tough road with many oven issues. But even now, Harways has helped coordinate repairs. They are a good bunch.

Ryan Bozzelli helped us buy a fabulous German refrigerator during this pandemic. It was effortless; we love the product. Ryan could not have been more competent or helpful. All in all, a great experience.The frosting on the cake was the two delivery men, Tyler & Mick. They were delightful & went above & beyond their duties.Im not going anywhere else when we need an appliance.

If you are looking for appliances like a stove, refrigerator, or dishwasher in Austin, look no further. We had originally bought a Bosch dishwasher through a big box store only to have the installation pushed back twice and then find out the product was backordered with no clear re-supply date. The people at big box stores are not helpful and they are impossible to reach due phone cues and long times on hold. So, we called Harway Appliances and we immediately got someone on the phone who was very knowledgeable about the product and they could install it in a few days. I had a question about the installation and they immediately handed me off to the person in charge of that. Their communication day prior to installation and day of was way better than the automated systems and it feels personalized. Their installers were quick, thorough, and well trained. I am a big fan of Harway Appliances now and plan to use them when we remodel our house for other appliances.

I worked with Ryan Bozzelli on our Bosch appliances. The prices were great but I was thoroughly impressed with his customer service and follow through in the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with our best options. We didnt use their install technicians because our contractor told us they could do it (mistake). After about 6 months the top mounting bracket broke on our refrigerator and it would fall forward when both doors were open. I called Ryan and he had a new bracket shipped to us the following week and is following through with us to help get it installed properly.

This company and there representative Lindsey are the absolute worst, The company had sold me a Miele washer and dryer after I had explained to Lindsey of my scenario of how we have a baby and a teen boy in the house we were moving into from Washington. When the appliances were delivered the driver took them out of the packaging and brought them into our home. When I seen them I had made a comment that they were extremely small and this is not what I wanted. They said I had to call my Lindsey to set up an exchange so they left without taking the appliances. When I did speak to Lindsey she advised me they were going to take a 40 percent restocking fee even though I had purchase a new set of washer and dryer. They kept 1700 dollars of my money because they we never explained to me or let me know of how small they were. Never took a minute to say 👋 since you have a family and live in a 5000 Sq Ft house you may need a bit bigger units. Just rushed to get the sale from me. After months of back and forth Lindsey contacted me and said they would be sending me my refund of 1700. This was back in June. After multiple calls and text I have receive no respionse.I just want everyone to know the type of company this is and how they supposedly tell every one how there a local business and are there to support local clients. Obviously that is false. Beware everyone they are quick to take you money but will make promises of refunds but obviously will not follow through and keep you money.I have tried for month to get this resolved but this company must think they are better then the clients that keep them in business. We are very happy with the team at Harway Appliances. From the initial meetings at their location we were impressed with the customer service and the time and attention Ryan provided. From ordering our appliances and even dealing with a back ordered hood, they kept us in the loop and made sure that we knew what to expect. Install had a bit of an issue but when I called at 5pm on Friday, they had their lead installer come over right away to resolve the issues. I was impressed that someone would come out that late on a Friday. If you are looking for more than the average big box store, this is the place to go.

Ryan at Harway made my life so much easier while I was dealing with trying to buy new appliances for a new condo we had just purchased while living in another city. He did research beyond belief to make sure that whatever we purchased would fit and was of the best quality for our money. He actually came and installed on of appliances himself since the install crew was too busy. I have never ever had such incredible service from a company. I wish they were in Chicago too! We recently built a new home and outfitted it with a full range of appliances (Wolf range, steam oven & microwave, Sub-Zero refrigerator and separate freezer, Bosch dishwasher, Zephyr hood) from Harway. We worked with Lesli and the entire experience was wonderful! Harway and Lesli met or exceeded our expectations in every way. It can be a complicated process to purchase and install so many appliances in a new home and it takes good communication. Again, Lesli was terrific. She was clear in what she told us, met all the deadlines and gave us a great price. We could not be more satisfied!Six years ago we outfitted our prior homes kitchen with a similar suite of appliances from one of Harways competitors. That experience was entirely different and we were really disappointed - which led us to Harway this time. I would recommend Harway (and especially Lesli) to anyone.

So impressed with the first round of quotes Ive received from Harway for my new kitchen appliance package. Everyone is friendly at Harway - from Cathy at the front desk to the knowledgable sales agents on the floor right on up to the owner of the company!!! Perfect showroom with beautiful, top of the line product offerings. You can mix and match the top brands and best in class products for a customized look here. I caught a glimpse of one their crews returning from an install and they all looked very professional wearing uniforms and looking smart and clean cut. I bet they do a great job installing these products. Fingers crossed I picked the right pieces! I know I picked the right store... Its a big decision but I have the confidence to go forward with people like Michael helping me out!

We just had an undercounter wine cellar installed from Harway and had a wonderful experience. The quote was fast and easy. The price was great, and the install team was very professional.The install team came on time, answered all of my questions, and even though I had a tricky spot under my counter they were able to get it installed and looking great in a short time.Start to finish, we had a very easy time with everything. Highly recommend. Go see them!

We wanted information on the induction range top so we drove an hour to the show room to ask questions and get an idea on what would be best for us when we start building. Unfortunately we walked around looking for about 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. Finally a gentleman came over and apologized and told us someone would be with us soon. Waited a while longer but decided to leave. They were busy and every employee was with a customer.

Harway Appliances is quite simply the best. The best selection, pricing and customer service that wont quit-even if one of your appliances does!We had a bum refrigerator unit. Harway worked with the manufacturer to get it replaced. Unbelievably, the same malfunction happened with the new unit. Time to face it- the model was just bad.Once again, Harway went to work for me, and in fairly short order, we were offered a full refund. Time to get a new refrigerator, and Harway helped me find it, arranged for timely delivery and removal of the old one.Harway Appliances is the only place Id shop in Austin, TX. Set an appointment, work with the great staff, and watch it all come together in all the best ways.

I found on Google, Harway after having some bad luck with other local appliance stores. I walked in and the staff was absolutely wonderful, I didnt think they would have what I was looking for which were used/scratch and dent kind of washer and dryer. Although they were not a scratch and dent place, they were able to help me with GREAT prices and GREAT customer service!!!!!! From the first person to greet me to the delivery guys, it was a seamless transaction!!!!!

Hi! Lesli and the showroom staff are extremely knowledgeable and gave great advice on layout and appliance choices, as well as general appliance operation. I ended up buying a Bosch suite, including cooktop, vent, dishwasher and oven. I originally gave a lower review because the brand new Bosch oven didnt work and the remedy was treated as a routine service call. It turns out we have to blame Bosch for that. Lesli and her team could not have been more responsive or more energetic in getting that whole thing resolved. Now everything works great and looks great, and I dont think another team could have done any better. I heartily recommend Harway.

Never had a house fancy enough to step into a place like this but Zach was fantastic and made us feel at home. If you like awesome expensive appliances- this is the place b/c after you pay that much, you need service and that is what the provide. Mr. Slusher was worth every penny and Tracy designed our doors- FANTASTIC! If I knew how to upload photos, I would. I will go to them again and again as they also helped with install of other items. Great price, excellent service and Zach even showed up at 830AM on a saturday AT OUR HOUSE showing us how to work the Miele coffee maker b.c my wife wanted coffee- cool surprise, great folks!

We are four months in having our new appliances and we have had to fix the dishwasher, replace the entire microwave and fix the refrigerator door. We have a second new wolf microwave and that one broke today (same issue) and yesterday the door on the subzero refrigerator once again broke (same issue that was fixed before too). We seem to have been sold three products that have issues.

We spent in excess of $30k in SubZero, Wolf and Bosh appliances with Harway. When we noticed the hood was not working Harway just passed the buck. We wasted 5+ weeks asking them to help fix this and they insisted this was fine, yet they never came to inspect their work. They said get a 2nd opinion, so I contacted SubZero/Wolf who got their best installer in Austin to review Harways work. They discovered Harway had numerous errors in their installation. Their work was not to code! After Sub Zero / Wolf fixed the issues, Harway would not even acknowledge their mistake or apologize for the inconvenience they caused us. My customer experience with them was the worst that I have ever dealt with in my life. They broke every basic rule of customer support. On a separate note SubZero/Wolf appliances and the company are the best, they stand by their product, customers and fixed Harways gross mistakes without asking for a single penny. Happy to share my exchanges with Harway with you so that you do not have to suffer the painful experience we have been through with them.
