Helpful and affordable. I’ve bought two washing machines and a dryer. Got the washer two years ago and it was great- Hoping to get as long from the new one!

They have used appliances and cats. This place was awesome. Very Austin. Good deals and they have no problem haggling to make to customers happy. They say they take cash, credit, gold, and motorcycle parts! Lol

Purchased a refrigerator in November and this is now the second time its warmed to the point that every bit of the food I had spoiled.The first time a tech was sent and couldnt find anything wrong. We let it sit empty for several days until we felt confident it would hold temperature and now its done it again and their phone seems disconnected.I get that youre researching this place to try and get a good deal on a necessary home appliance. Spare yourself the headache and either buy new or go somewhere else.

Never had any problems with my appliances. They repair all appliances that they sold with their warranty.

Edit: Still have the used washer and dryer almost 2 years later, still no problems!Bought a used washer and dryer here in Jan. 2020. They both work great! A 90-day parts & labor warranty is included, but the quality is good so I havent needed to get anything fixed.Got a great deal that included delivery the next day!(Also, love the signs inside!)

This review is for their Repairs/Service department. A stellar repairman Saul came to our house and repaired our GE side-by-side refrigerator that no one else would touch. Everyone said they don’t work on those, because the issue appeared to be in the “sealed system”. Saul replaced a few parts and the freon when no one else would. He called to make sure it was working again later. A++

Had a problem with a washer I bought from them and said they would honor the warranty, but then went against their word. Ive explained what happened, and how it happened several times from the beginning and nothing was done about for about five weeks. Everyone that worked there were not on the same page about how they will resole my issue, and Ive had enough and walked out. If you cant honor my warranty because of what happened to my washer, then PLEASE say so from the very beginning instead of saying yes for five weeks then change your mind now.

I purchased a scratch-and-dent Samsung counter depth refrigerator, and a nice used Whirlpool front load washer - both really great items and at a great price too! The washer had a small issue in the second week; they sent a repairman out within 24 hours and it was fixed in 10 minutes. These guys stand by their products! Highly recommended and Ill be back!

The service we experienced with this company, from shopping to delivery and set up (WHICH WAS SAME DAY!), was absolutely phenomenal. I bought a stackable washer and dryer. Ive had it for over a year now. Its worked great and nothing has broken. Im unsure if he was the owner or the salesman but he was very helpful and was even having a party for one of his employees. I would definitely recommend this place.

I wish I could have given then less than one star. I purchased a refrigerator from this place. They said this is a brand new out of the box unit and I believed this words and purchased it. However the guy who delivered the refrigerator said this is not a new refrigerator and all.

False advertisement. The photos of the business are not legitimate. It’s old run down crummy small house/place and not the big building they’re falsely portraying to being.On a side note, the prices are almost identical to retail. You’re better off going to a retail store and buying new with warranty.

I bought a washer and dryer set and had it delivered the same day, within 3 hours of purchasing it! The guys here were so helpful and so accommodating, Zain (I hope I am spelling that correctly) enthusiastically offered to deliver whenever worked best for me, he said he often delivers late at night, which I was amazed by. I felt awful that he had to drag a washer and dryer up three stories of narrow, old apartment stairs, but he had no trouble and was in and out within 30 minutes and tested everything before he left. Ive done three loads of laundry and everything is working perfectly! For such an amazing price (seriously, the set was less than even the cheapest new dryer I have seen), and having such a wonderful experience from start to finish I will definitely recommend this shop to everyone looking for a great deal on appliances!

Buyers BewareI bought a dishwasher and Stove. Paid cash for the items but needed them delivered and installed with a later date.Very important! If you buy and leave it for a later delivery its important to mark the item with more than the tape they give you to write your name on it. The stove I paid for and receive if feel I got the big old switch because I looked at the stove pretty good. No marks, no cracks but when I receive the stove, there was cracks, marks, lags missing on the left side.Im thinking it was one leg that was missing Im saying I can just call the company and get a leg to put it on by myself. Lifted the stove and there was the 2 legs. The case was bent so there would need more work than I wanted to deal with.The reason kept the stove was it was for a rental house so just get it fixed and everything is fine.Text the company with the number they gave me and they said they would send a tech on Monday. They text me not about saying they were on the way to fix the stove but saying the stove I bough was a gas and needed change it to propane which cost $65.There would be no problem if my gas company used propane right? My company at the house use natural gas and I tried to tell these people but they didnt want to listen.I stopped to the company and to tell them of the problem of the gas. I had a stroke so Im unable to hear. Only written and they didnt ever write anything to respond with what I was addressing. I told the older man who I bought the application that I trusted him to take care of my needs. I left after taking pictures of the company . I text the other man sending 2 photos of the gas meter and a bill with it showing my company has natural gas. Sent a link of the gas company also but no response from text.Mind you, I called then about a broken stove.I received a text from another man saying he would come by the following day. He ask me what was the problem and I told him and he was the first person I felt would listen what I was saying. His name was Saul.I told Saul I lost in trust with with this company and I just want this stove taken out of the house.The company has a replace or 90day warranty. All I wanted is to get the stove out and be done. I gave the stove away for free and decided to buy a new stove from Home Depot. Much less stress.I know in these reviews when its not what the company want hear they try to act like they really care about. I hate I had to take my time to even write this review but I had too. Beware of this company and if you decide to buy, look over it very good. Sure its a use application but they are selling it to you and I shouldve not had to deal with all of this BS.

I purchased my dryer in January and in June it got messed up. I called it was out of warranty but they fixed it anyway for free. That means loyalty to their customers.

Bought a GE fridge with a 90 day waranty. It stoped cooling with in that period. It took the service guy a week to look at it after numourse calls. They switched out the GE for a lessor cost Samsung and would not refund the differance. I was promiced another 90 days. Now, that fridge is out after 60 days and they say I bought it over 5months ago. These people are dishonest, they sell awful products and do not stand behand them. Caution !

The man helping me was very friendly and picked out the best valued set he could come up with for me for the best price.Zain delivered our washer dryer a little earlier than expected so I was late meeting him but fortunately he met my roommate and had it hooked up and running same night I ordered and he picked up the phone right away and only charged $50 for driving all the way South from the north Lamar location.Only reason for the -1 is for the fact that yep they do smoke inside, but I was in and out in about 10 minutes anyway for exactly what I came for.Bonus: badass taxidermy

People working here were very nice and helpful! I learned they do have two locations open to the public and both are on their website(recommend looking at superstore they probably have a larger selection) . Delivery was great, same day delivery and on time.

Seemed like a decent place based on reviews. My fridge is dying and was window shopping to see what they offered. No real pressure as I checked out their models. Apparently they have not heard of Austins smoking laws and was affronted with a strong smell of cigar and pipe smoke. This place seems to have bikers as employees. I cordially thanked the man upon leaving and went to drive away. I was soon followed by some skinny biker who removed his shirt and wanted to fight me for reasons unkown to me. I guess if you dont buy, you will be beaten up as you leave the store. Luckily I was already in my vehicle and quickly drove away.I thought they were a bit overpriced for being used.Well, yalls, not exactly the way to attract repeat business. I dont think I will be returning and risk physical violence.

Went to Austin Appliances Rebuilders after our dryer died not knowing what to expect but was able to find a pretty good deal on a nice Kenmore dryer and was in and out within about 15 mins. Zain delivered the dryer the next day and was amazing! Noticed that the cable wouldnt work with the plug in our house and took a few mins to switch it out right then and there. Installed the dryer and also replaced some older pieces for the vent pipe hose that werent up to snuff. Then also moved and hooked up the washing machine, that I had unhooked and moved out of the way, and made sure everything was working without any issues before he left. All and all, this was a great experience and I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a good deal on some great appliances.

Good choice of washing machines at good prices. The hoses that came with our machine leaked when I first installed it, but were happily replaced when I took them back in. No problems since then.

Im reading the reviews of this place and there seems to be a lot of judging people based upon appearance going on here. This place is 5 stars due to ZAIN! My heating element went out on my dryer, out of warranty. I called Zain and he brought me a replacement dryer within 2 hours. Get this, my new dryer is even better than my original! Thank you Zain and company.

These folks are alright. If you have a rental property or a flip and you need some appliances this is the place to go. Saved me 50% off retail on a replacement dishwasher for a property we intend to sell.

Very rude. I called to see if i could sell my washer and fridge to them and the guy that i spoke with on the phone yelled at me because i asked him to repeat a question that i couldnt understand because his accent was muffled through the phone.

This is the wrost place to by electodomestics... Dont even think about buying there... The owner named Dan is the most informal and wrost ever known... I bought a washer and I brought it back because it didnt work....they never explained me that90 days warranty. he said give my money back, if I can go the following day, and I did. Came all the wayfeom Georgetown again and he wasnt there. I called him again and he said the same thing... So he was palying with me laughing At me and hang up the phone...I tried calling again, he didnt answer. This the way he treats customers... Stilling your money saling sh...t....I dont want you on my situation... Giving our money away to this kind of people.
