Dependable resource during a time where both my fridge and dishwasher went out. I found new, affordable appliances in a good sized store, not too large as I would get too overwhelmed with choices. Everything is already online, so you can preview photos ahead of time and the measurements of your appliances are incredibly helpful. I found new appliances quickly, they have a delivery service which includes taking away the old appliances. And even though I had 2 appliances, the service charge for shipping and installing was the price of 1. I really appreciated the speed, careful thoughtful delivery, and ease of replacing broken appliances especially when they’re so essential to everyday life. No trouble at all with installation and made my family very grateful to have new working fridge and dishwasher. I’m also glad for the 1 year warranty and their availability for repairs, if necessary. Professional customer service, delivery people were friendly and personable for this small business, quaint true-to-Austin, shop. Highly recommended.

Fast and friendly service. They realized the problem with our washer wasn’t as bad as expected and didn’t require the part we originally discussed. He very honestly told me this and charged the minimum far below the estimated price. Also, this was done in under an hour! All this after showing up on time!

Hoping to shop local, I found Neu Appliances on Google and was not disappointed. New inventory just happened to be coming into the store as I was, and I lucked up on an AMAZING deal on a new (tiny tiny blemish on front of washer, no blemishes at all I could find on the dryer) Maytag Smart washer & Dryer set that was easily over $2,000 in retail. The representative was never pushy and allowed me to browse in peace but was also readily available to answer my questions. I appreciated the professionalism of everyone I met: the store representative and the delivery representative, who were both very knowledgeable and ensured that I was happy with the purchase and installation. Ive been using my new set for about 2 weeks now and they work like a dream!

I haven’t shopped here yet but I did call for a repair. I was impressed with the phone service set up & the overall phone service I received. I selected repairs & spoke to a wonderful gentleman named Antonio. He explained the service & diagnostic charges to me & the way pricing is based upon each repair. I was extra impressed & taken back by Antonio’s honesty & professionalism. My washer is not broken but spewing horrible smelly water making everything I wash stink. He did not want to set a appointment because it was more of a maintenance issue like changing a filter rather than a actual repair. I didn’t know that. I thought the washer was broken & needed to be repaired or replaced. He gave me all of my options & a back up plan as well as even explained how I could check. I’m very grateful he didn’t try to swindle me, up sell me or take advantage of my not knowing. I am highly impressed! I spoke to the owner Scott to give Antonio kudos & he was very nice & professional as well. When I do need a repair or get ready to purchase again. This will be my first & only stop! Walked in the other day looking for a new stove. Had no idea what exactly I wanted or what was even available feature wise. I was blown away by the knowledge and how helpful Zach was. He explained all the new features and had great suggestions for me. Didn’t have what I was wanting at the time but he told me that the website is updated all the time and since I was in no hurry I just keep checking!

What a crock. You find exactly what you have been looking for but there is no one at the warehouse to show it to you. They want you to prepay for something that you cant even go see for a week and that they dont have a full description or detailed pictures all the way around the item... SO if you get there and there is way more damage than you are comfortable with, they want to charge you a restocking fee... his explanation five minutes ago was because of the amount of work it takes for them to remove it from their website and then to have to put it back in their website !!! A $525 stove that is only discounted 18% will need $52.50 worth of labor to update their website. What a crock of SH*+

This was the easiest and most cost effective appliance shopping experience. These folks have a high degree of skill and knowledge. Its easy in and easy out. We saved money and had a washer and dryer within two days.

TL;DR bought washer and dryer, both immediately broke down and Neu Appliances wouldn’t help meWe bought a Whirlpool Dryer and a Maytag washer here around 07/04/2021 for maybe a 10% cost savings over buying new.The salesman told me that they would replace either one if something went wrong in the first 48 hours.The dryer broke within 48 hours, Neu Appliances told me it was now my problem and I would have to get it fixed on warranty, thankfully the manufacturer warranty service was quick.Then, the washing machine broke within two weeks, again I had to get it fixed with the manufacturer. It is now 09/02/2021 and the manufacturer service technician has informed me that it will likely be another month until they can finish servicing my machine.Neu Appliances claims to certify that the machines are in good condition, what a joke and waste of my money. I say buy new or from a scratch/dent retailer that takes quality control seriously.Saving 10% is not worth being without a functional washer and dryer for over two months, not to mention the headache of dealing with the manufacturer warranty service.

If there was a way to give negative stars I would. First, it took them several trips to diagnose an issue with my existing dishwasher--which took over a month and required purchasing the a new dishwasher from them. That dishwasher, which I purchased b/c they refurbished it and verified that it was in working condition died just 13 months later. At that point, the dishwasher was out of warranty and they charged me for the courtesy of telling me that I needed to buy yet ANOTHER dishwasher.Save your money. Go with a different repair shop.

I bought a fridge from Neu last month. I must say overall, the experience was good. They delivered the next day, which is fantastic. The delivery pair was friendly and explained what to do i.e. plug in after a couple hours of sitting. My only complaint is that they scuffed the black stainless from where the straps were taking it off the truck and I get they are re-sale but u saw where they had the straps taking it off the truck and that where the marks are.Other than that, when they pushed in the fridge in they crushed the power cord and broke off prongs. However, they sent someone the next morning to fix it. Josh was super friendly and quick. He said he wasnt the official service guy, but he was working his way to it and I think he did a great job.Again, overall great cost for value and service.

Highly recommend Neu Appliances for a basic, reasonably priced, refurbished washing machine. Customer service and care is excellent. Delivery and installation by Declan and Jerry was professional. When we needed help for a possible repair, Josh easily diagnosed the issue and made an adjustment to the spin cycle--all under warranty. I will never go back to a big box store for appliances.

After dealing with all the big box stores and having no luck, I called Neu Appliances and I highly recommend them. It was a very easy process to get a washer/dryer set and they were able to come out and deliver/install the next day. Very fair prices and the folks there are helpful and professional. My installation tech was Declan and he was quick, efficient and knowledgeable on the products. He also gave me a great recommendation for a dryer vent cleaning company. All around it was a stress free process so if you need any appliances this is the place to go!

Neu installed my W&D with such little care that there are several gas leaks. Texas Gas came and looked at it today and asked me who installed it because it was such an awful job. Everything was loose and spewing out gas. The tech issued a notice that it was unsafe and Neu needed to repair their install. I called Neu to let them know and they didn’t seemed concerned and didn’t apologize

Easiest & fastest washing machine purchase that I have made in my six decades!!! I was drawn to the fact that many of the machines could be there due to the fact that it was the wrong color or simply had a scratch or dent on it. All we need is a water that WORKS!Paul was helpful & friendly over the phone in explaining how the process works. He answered all my questions patiently.Purchased it over the phone with (I believe his name was Scott). Since he was so efficient, that process with him was quick and easy. Delivery was scheduled for less than 48 hours.Declan arrived on time & had a great attitude. Even though his arms were sore from rock climbing the day before, we was strong & did not complain when he had to juggle the machine to fit it into a plastic leak tray that I had waiting. We went in on a Tuesday after work and Scott helped us understand the differences between all the options and hooked us up with a great set. Very friendly and patient even with all of our questions. :)They were able to squeeze in delivery only two days later, which was amazing. Moses did the install. He was great! Called ahead of time to see when I’d be around and showed up right when he said he would. Really friendly and communicative. He tested everything before leaving which made us feel great. I bought a washer and dryer set from Neu Appliances back in November. I ran into some problems in March of 2021. I worked with Josh, the technician, to troubleshoot the issue. We were unable to identify the cause of the problem nor a quick fix. They instead gave me a replacement. Would totally recommend their customer obsessed service team (thanks to Josh & Antonio) & warranty option.

Bought a washer/dryer combo for ~$1000 here (delivered) and it broke within 3 months. Cost nearly $300 to repair. If you’re going to buy anything from here get the long warranty because you’ll be SOL otherwise and they couldn’t care less. Better off somewhere else.

Buying a washer and dryer set was quick and easy. Installation was fast and the company was clear and straightforward.When I made a service appointment, things were also handled very professionally. I was helped by Ash, a service technician, and he was always on time and made sure to communicate everything well.The only downside is that we had to make two service calls on the washer and one on the dryer in the first year. This seems high, but I suppose we could have just gotten unlucky as it doesnt seem many others have this experience. It would have been costly if we hadnt purchased the warranty.

Sometimes I feel like theyre a little pricey but their stuff works and looks well. The last thing I ordered from them didnt work right after one attempted repair and they swapped it out without any complaints and pretty quick.

When we first went in everyone that worked there was incredibly friendly and very helpful. We found the washer and dryer we wanted and the process was easy, and service was great! We got the washer and dryer delivered a few days later. We realized the night we received the units the dryer was having trouble getting warm. I left their services center a voicemail that night and first thing the next morning I had a voicemail from them, setting up service to get it fixed that day. I have a 30 year old Maytag dryer which may well outlive me. The motor was making loud noises and the technician (Justin) was out here within 24 hours and replaced the motor a few days later. Pretty good prices and selection. Ash is one of their technicians and does top not work and explanations if any issues pop up after purchase. Give that man a raise!

High prices for used merch. The 30-day warranty might give you a little piece of mind, but you could buy two similar units for what theyre charging for one if you shop on Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace... The washer I purchased here died after 2 years. Very clever business model and not a bad store.

After suffering through trying to buy an appliance from Lowes I told them to forget about it. What was a week long ordeal for Lowes took less than 24 hours for Neu Appliances to accomplish. It was easy to browse inventory and order a washer and dryer over the phone. They were delivered the next day, and while the dryer had an issue, we were given a loaner while the dryer was repaired. Ash was very helpful and informative, and was even willing to help with an issue with our homes outlet when he brought it back.

We had an issue with our stove/oven a couple months after purchase. They came out same day and resolved the issue at no cost. The Tech, Ash, was knowledgeable and friendly. They even put an extra 30 warranty on the appliance. I’m super impressed, used appliance stores almost never have this level of after care and service. Well done, highly recommend!

These guys are so awesome. A machine I purchased was outside of the warranty, but they worked with me on the price for the repairs. Mr. Tanner was so kind and helpful in setting up the time for when they would come to collect the broken machine, and even included a loaner machine while my own was being repaired.The guys (Justin and Ash) that delivered the loaner and took my own unit away were great. They called to give me an ETA, and worked quickly once they arrived. They talked me through what they were doing when I had questions, and set out clear expectations for me on when the shop would be working on my machine, and when I could expect it back.

Reached out for a quote and availability for an issue with my dryer and had a response and diagnosis online within 20 minutes from Tanner. He didn’t have the parts in stock for my model but went ahead and ordered and promptly scheduled a service call with Justin to be sure that was the issue as well as a follow up appointment when parts came in. Justin arrived on time and was professional, thorough and courteous. Justin verified the issue, cleaned the unit and double checked they didn’t have the part. Thus far I have been delighted by the promptness, thoroughness and professionalism of this provider.

We bought a washer a couple of months ago that developed an issue. After contacting Neu Appliances, Ash came by a day later to pickup the washer and offer a loaner in the meantime. When we got the news that the washer could not be replaced, Neu Appliances gave us a better washer and were very quick to bring it to our home and install it (less than a week after calling in our issue). Sam and Ash came by to install the replacement washer and were done very quickly. We definitely plan on buying other appliances from them in the future!

Had some ventilation issues with my Dryer. My Fiance had called Warranty support and Ash showed up to help us. Ash came out to fix my dryer as I noticed it was taking a few cycles to get stuff dry. He showed up and even waited for me to get there. He was quick, very respectful, and figured out the issue which had nothing to do with the dryer, instead it was the air duct at the house. I bought this during all the craziness with Covid-19...I found a great set online on their website, and was able to pay over the phone, and set up a delivery within days of my purchase. These folks were amazingly helpful, and Justin resurrected our machine incredibly quickly, even scheduling two visits in a day to install one part, identify a second broken one, pick it up, and return to put everything together. Well definitely be calling on them again if anything else comes up!

Great customer service. One of their employees, Ash, stopped by recently and fixed up my washing machine. He explained what he did in a way that I could understand and was pleasant to be around. Very happy with my experience so far with Neu Appliances and will recommend their business to others.

The washing machine we recently bought at Neu wasn’t fully draining. We scheduled an appointment and Ash came to check it out. He was so kind and professional, explaining what steps he was taking in a way I could understand. He brought in a new washer to hold me over until the other one was fixed. This is our second set to buy from Neu and we will return because of their excellent customer service!

This review is long over due. I had a washer & dryer delivered in early September last year. It was a great experience from the start. The owner was very patient with all my questions & sent lots of pictures of what he had available. The delivery guys kept me up to date on exactly when theyd be there, very respectful of my time. They did a great job installing, the w&d were beautiful & work great! I highly recommend Neu Appliances.

Havent actually purchased because Im waiting on a pay check, but the man who helped me was very nice and not obtrusive at all. He also looked like he could pick up a refrigerator in each hand so that will help. Pricing seems fair, Im sure Ill go back in the next few weeks.

I purchased a new washing machine from Neu after seeing their great reviews online and was more than pleased with the easy process and great customer service. Declin and Jerry took my old washing machine away and delivered the new one the next morning. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everything was hooked up and working correctly.
