The salesman guy was great. We have been looking for a dryer all day online. All the prices was $400 and up, but we stop by American freight I found a dryer for $377 bucks can’t beat that.I love American freight!!!!!

My first visit was not what I expected, it was okay. The team was not as friendly. Perhaps, arriving 20 minutes before closing had something to do with it, LOL. My expectation was finding good deals.I did find a rug, I plan and returning to purchase it. Once I purchase the rug, driving there from South Austin will not be a constant. Hopefully, I will have a better experience when I return to purchase the rug. (Fingers Cross)

This company provided me with the WORST customer experience I have ever had. The gentleman I worked with in the store was rude, condescending, and aggressive. The website reflected they had the product I wanted in store. So I went to purchase it. I was told they did not have the product in store but it was possible it was on 1 of the 3 trucks yet to be unloaded. They wouldnt check the truck or even look at what they expected to unload. I ended up going with a real store and couldnt be happier with my decision. RUN, dont walk, AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They dont deserve your hard earned money.

Went to the store. Already knew what we wanted but also seen a chair that caught our eyes. The salesperson, Brandon, didnt pressure us into looking at any sales or deals. He was easy to talk to, assisted with any question we had and informative about the items in question. We were in the store, no more than 40 minutes. Everything was online and fast and easy.

Brandon was soooooooooooo AWESOME today!! It was very busy and he assisted everyone so well and remained friendly the entire time. He was very knowledgeable about the items and didn’t apply pressure for a sales so much so that it caused me to remain relaxed and enjoy the furniture buying experience (it was wonderful) and I bought an additional item from this store that I was intending to get from another store and the reason is because of him. Brandon definitely deserves a kudos for a job well done, exceptional customer service and experience ans professionalism also have a nice personality. Went in to buy a fridge and left with a fridge, patio furniture and tool box. Doug M was so helpful, honest and knowledgeable. He was not too pushy which I greatly appreciate. He helped us make the best choice on the fridge we chose and prices at Sears Outlet are so reasonable. The patio furniture and tool box were a better deal than I could find on Amazon! If you’re hesitant about shopping this outlet, you should be. Looking for good appliances that work or customer service? This is NOT THE PLACE. My 65 year old mother went in to get a fridge and the untrustworthy salesperson talked her into one and suggested she go with a interest free payment plan that she could pay off in a few months. Should’ve known, this wasn’t the case - several months after she has finished paying the TAG price she still somehow owes the whole total. The assistant manager at the time swindled elderly mom (not great with technology) and had her sign up for something bogus.DID I MENTION THE FRIDGE DIDNT WORK? Got it home, never turned cold. Then they asked ME to pay to have a new one delivered. A BROKEN MACHINE THEY SOLD ME.Now, trying to get the payments resolved for my mother, the manager (Brandon i believe) doesn’t return calls and they never answer the store phone.BEWARE, and honestly just save yourself this outlet headache.

There are a lot of discounts in the store. Most of the price are going half of the value of the stocks. You can find all kind of electric machines as washing machines, refrigerators, cookers and microwaves and cetera. Also their mattress for the beds and some small tools you need at home. The personal in the market is nice kind they are welcoming you at the door of the store and ask you if you need something and if they could help.I have been asked way not 5* Semple because the discount of up to 50% is made on unreal prices I think. If you check on some other markets you will see there similar prices but discount is about 20%.

After running all over town, looking for a replacement refrigerator because my 20yo GE died during a pandemic, I finally found something suitable in stock! Jackee was the best! Shes knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. She not only got my new refrigerator delivered the very next day, she made arrangements to haul two dead refrigerators away! Thank goodness for Jackee!!

RUN FROM TGIS PLACE! The furniture is cheap in craftsmanship. Was delivered faulty. I paid for insurance and store told me to call them. I called but they had no policy on file and they told me to call the store. The store sent it through again and a repairman came out and said it was bent and unfixable. Meanwhile sitting here with a busted extended recliner couch, when the the issue was made on 6/15/2021. Garbage customer service. Go to a reputable furniture store.
