Julie welcomed us the moment we walked in, brought us to the display which showed us our pressure points and our best sleep number when we laid on the sleep number bed. The process was quite interesting. From there, we’re tested all the different mattresses they offer as well as styles (ie split top, complete split, or no split). We bought the best bed for us and can’t wait till it’s delivered! They’re taking our old bed away when they deliver our sleep number bed at no charge, too.

Amazing staff, didnt feel any pressure while we were buying. Felt like he wanted us to get what we wanted and not what we didnt need. Very informative and friendly! Highly recommend this location! Cant wait to get our new bed!!!

It was a great experience. I didn’t feel rushed and I got what I wanted. The agent did everything right. He was very polite and patient. I do feel that the price is really high, because I also wanted to add the base in, but that appears to be the same price as the mattress itself.

Horrible customer service. The air chamber has now broken twice on our bed that’s three years old. They ship the replacement part and you then have to wait at least a week (going on two now) for them to install it. They had to reschedule due to “weather” (joke) and now we’re getting pushed out further. We called and said it’s unacceptable and they said “too bad” and if we try to fix it ourselves they’ll remove our warranty. Told them the timeframe on Saturday (next earliest date) we were available for them to come and deliver and they said “too bad” we can’t work around your schedule. What an atrocious way to run a business. Glad our next bed won’t be a SleepNumber that’s a guarantee. Unprofessional and terrible customer service

The customer service I received was and is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and absolutely simply marvelous! The staff from the manager to the sales staff were very helpful and patient! Special shout out to Dane…I havent received my bed yet but if the bed is any indication of the service I have received so far Im convinced I have made a GREAT CHOICE! Thanks guys… .. and Dane keep up the good work… job well done!

Dane at the Aurora store was excellent. My fiancé and I went in to try an i8 out. It was every bit as comfortable and versatile as we hoped for. He (and the other personnel) made the whole experience something to remember. We bought a mattress pad and two sets of sheets. We found a free delivery being offer for Black Friday shortly after our purchase and Dane got us hooked up with that. These people and this bed are simply amazing. It was a great experience.

We have owned a Sleep Number bed for about 12 years and decided it was time for a new one with a lift system. We love our current bed and would buy no other brand of bed. We worked with Kenny who was one of the most helpful and knowledgeable sales associates from any store that we have ever worked with. Internet price was lower than the price in store for the c4 bed. Make sure you look online before you buy in store. It took a lot of time, but the manager called another manager and was able to give me the internet price (300 lower).

Friendly and helpful staff stayed open late for us. The beds are out of this world expensive but having the adjustability on both sides (wide soft and me more firm) is unmatched. I think these and other adjustable air beds are the way to go.

The staff that was working when I went in was terrible. They skipped over me completely and was helping other people. When I pointed this out, the sales guy was rude and asked what I needed. I was looking for a king size bed, but I guess he didn’t want that commission. I left and went to the Park Meadows.

I have tried to leave this review on the Sleep Number website two times and they keep deleting it. We bought the i7 360 with the FlexFit 3 base a month ago. In the store we were told that we would get a free remote, that the bed had the massage feature, and wed be able to return everything within 100 days if we didnt like it (only have to pay shipping). The bed was delivered and there was No remote, the shippers left without hooking it up to our wireless because they couldnt get it to work (so we couldnt adjust the bed at all), and it does Not have the massage feature. Were so furious about being lied to after spending $9K and them not even installing it correctly that we called to return the bed and they say we cant return the $4,300 flexFit 3 base, only the mattress. Do NOT buy one of these. Find another option.

The company is full of liars and basically a bunch of frauds. For the price you pay for the beds you expect to get what you pay for. I was told by the sales rep that my bed came with legs and that my sheets would show up before the bed. Neither one of those things happened. My bed is sitting on the floor over 6in from the wall and my sheets showed up 4 days after my bed was delivered. I called customer service and all they did was try to make me buy the stuff I was already told I was going to get, and kept interupting me when I was trying to explain the situation. Their guarantee also isnt 100% satisfaction. It will cost you over $300 for the 100 day trial period. There is a factory direct company that claims to be better than sleep number and backs it up with their 30yr warranty and 120 day trial compared to sleep numbers 25yr warranty and 100 day trial at half the cost. At least take your time to compare to air pedic beds and dont get pressured by the retail sales person
