Clean, well stocked, organized, and mostly very pleasant employees. Two employees were continuously navigating around us throughout the store (4? times) without once announcing they needed to get through or acknowledging us as we noticed them and tried to make way for them down an aisle when there were empty aisles. At one point we politely asked a question - the closest one didn’t look at or acknowledge us as she reached past us to restock something- so the second one stepped in to respond. A bit off putting for customer service roles.

Three stars only because of great staff.. the selection of decorations and wall art is truly limited.

Very crowded. You have to know what you are looking at because a lot of their inventory is available at Wal-Mart or Big Lots for a better price.

Always a good selection at this location, gets pretty busy! Go here a decent amount and have become familiar with some staff recognizing me when I go in (even with masks) Grant thats here always says hello and asks how I am and how projects are going even if its just passing by when checking out. Staff are always being very helpful, just lots of energy and enthusiasm overall. Work retail myself and truly appreciate the service here!

Home Goods always has coffee flavoring syrups at half-or-more off what I can get them for elsewhere, and those entertain me greatly. Ive also found dog toys there at a far more reasonable price (standard poodles destroy everything within minutes but theyre great). Theres also almost always some fun inexpensive treats that I wouldnt try at higher prices, like dill-dusted peanuts and spicy ginger candy. Great fun!

I love HomeGoods, of course, but I especially love this specific location! The staff is just so wonderful, and I feel awful because back in the beginning of the year, I was helped and given SUCH great customer service one late, snowy night, and though I promised Glen (the store manager present) and Susan (the clerk helping me/checking me out) I would do a survey for them, my chronic illness took a turn for the worst and every single task got forgotten for a while. Its too late to do the survey now, so let me say here just how appreciative I was to the both of them that night, when I bought half the store and they were so patient with me at near-closing time! That was one of the only big shopping trips my health has allowed me to make in almost an entire year, and them, their patience, and their kindness meant more than words can express. Thanks again, Glen and Susan!

This store is nice. However, if you are on a mission for a specific item I wouldnt recommend it. The store is basically the items that didnt sell at other places. Sometimes when I stop here, I find great items, however, usually I am just disappointed. I will say, the people that work there are very nice and the store is usually organized for the type of store this is.

Love, love this place! Considering the great abundance of goods, the shelves are kept quite neatly. Of course its up to us customers to help keep it that way when browsing. Staff is very helpful, and checkout lines move at a steady pace. Many quality items for the home!

Beautiful items everywhere I turned!!! Super difficult to walk-in, get inly what I came for, then get out. Sigh... always something yummy too! Delicious treats of many flavors from licorice to chocolate covered sweet ginger bites. The best part is the great customer service!

Manager is very rude. I tried to return the item without tag on it but with receipt and he stated that he doesnt care about the consumers and will not take the item back. Management is not respecting the costumers.

I loved my shopping experience at home goods. I have been to the Aurora store multiple times recently and in each occasion the Staff was amazing. They handled all needs whether I was looking for an item, purchasing,returning or exchanging.Some of the people who helped me were Davina, Julie, Hindi and Deena.They were great!!

Great stuff to decorate with! Some things (like the furniture) are pretty pricey, but most things are discount priced like Ross or TJ Maxx. I like the kitchenware, so many choices!!

I wish I could give them 5 NEGATIVE stars for being extremely racist. My sister and I walked in into this location tonight and a women at the register immediately radioed for loss prevention. Then a MUCH OLDER women suddenly started following us around the store. No matter where we turned and she was THERE. We decided to leave after feeling very uncomfortable. The store Manager and loss prevention officer Kathy stood in front of the door asking to see our bags...we both carry clear purses. Then told us that theyre offering customer service, although no one offered any assistance while we were in the store. So, as long as your not black I think youll be safe to shop there. Unfortunately for me, this is another case of shopping while black 💔

I feel bad for the 3 young employees that were working tonight. My family and I waited in line and as we approached the only cashier on the line, she turned off the light and was outraged that someone moved all of her items from the bottom shelf behind the counter. She was paging employees and infuriated that “her stuff” was moved. We watched as she gathered the three young and quiet employees as she scolded them. One turned around and said “sorry I’ll get someone to help you”. We paid for our things and she was still getting after the employees. It was a very uncomfortable atmosphere. If it helps, the lady scolding was the only employee wearing plain clothes. I’m guessing she set her things aside to buy before the store closed. Either way, that’s no way to treat your employees.
