Not happy and that I didnt really pay attention either but this item was bent and I cant even get the pepper shaker out of the stand. but Ill just have to take it back when I have more time they always take things back as long as you have your receipt and its always easy to use coupons there.

They have lots of Keurig options. They have my favorite Cinnamon sugar cookie k cups too.

B B & B is an awesome store. Unfortunately not every store can carry everything on the market. Ive been on a mission to find a special item. Ive gone to a number of stores and ALL but the last didnt have what I was looking for.

Clean store excellent selection of items to choose from. Staff pretty friendly in helping you if you cant find what youre looking for.

Even if one doesnt wish to buy, just a visit here is worth it. One of the most interesting stores I have visited. The staff is also extremely helpful and the customer service, here, as in the entire USA, cannot be beat.

Didnt find what I needed in store today. But the associate helped me order my product online and and will ship it to my home. Very helpful.

We want in to use some discount cards that we had. We enjoyed walking through the store and had a few of the employees assist us with questions that we had. We love coming and looking at the store and know that we are getting great items at a good price

There was a great assortment of household Items and very clean and the floor people had a great attitude and were very helpful. But the checkout person was being racist she gave me an attitude and did not try and help me with a question I had and kept rolling her eyes even when I said hi and asked her how she was, but was very nice to the Caucasian lady who went after myself. And I forgot to get her name will edited in if and when I go back.

Went in to get a quick last minute stocking stuffer gift. I called prior to have it placed on hold and I spoke with a great customer service lady who found what I was looking for, gave me several different options and placed them up front at the register. Great customer service. Only issue is the item I purchased was 17.00 here and I could of went up the street a little further and pay 7.99.

We went on for an unusual size of coffee filters. We were greeted and helped by Joe. He was incredibly personable and friendly. He knew right where what we needed was and was just genuinely nice. The cashier was really helpful, too. Ill definitely be going to this location from now on.

This is why retail stores are going extinct, Ive spent a lot of money in this store, the last time I went there I spent $287 the lady that checked me out was not there she first dropped some items then I gave her $300 and counted $200 I told her no I gave you $300 then when i got home she didnt put one item in my bag I called and they said oh yes its right here in the front give me your name and you can pick it up it was a $2.99 item. When I went in I forgot the receipt the lady in the front ( long gray hair) treated me as if I was trying to steal something, telling me Im not just going to release an item to you without a receipt and proceeded to interview me. When did you buy it why did you leave that item here. Sad!

Almost always Bed Bath & Beyond is a great place to shop. last time I was there they were a little short-staffed and I could not find the item I wanted. As I was about to walk out the door the checkout clerk asked me if she could help me find my item. We were able to find it. Brick and mortar stores beat Amazon hands down for customer service and the ability to put hands on an item.

Order a mattress topper twice and then received notice after ordering no longer avail. Very frustrating. My youngest still thinks he can go to the back and get that special remote like in the Adam Sandlers movie.

Big selection. Lots of nice things for the home. I got some new chef knives that are amazing. Great curtain selection.

I was disappointed in the behavior in the staff at this store. I’m having a tough time trying to find blinds so I’m returning black out blinds for white ones and this store flags me for returning blinds and buying other ones, I’ve spent hundreds at bed bath and beyond and treated like a thief. If bed bath and beyond doesn’t treat there customers better there be out if business.

Good source for all kinds of bed sheets, pillows, bath towels. Dont forget to check the clearance areas for even more great deals. You can usually find a 20% coupon. People are also very helpful here.

Found a comforter among several others just like it in an area that had this pricing. When I got to the register it rang up way more. I walked back with the store employee to show them that there were several of the same items there. She proceeded to tell me she couldn’t honor the price as she moved them all off the table, yet she could not show me any other place labeled where they should be. Horrible customer service.

Stores at great well laid-out have a huge selection of merchandise. Just about anything you would want for your home they have in stock. They dont have it in stock the other order it for you and you get it delivered to your home or pick it up in the store. We didnt find it we were looking for but it was still enjoyable to go in the store and look around.

I absolutely like this store... my number one go to for my kitchen supplies for sure. Their exchange policy is insanely cool. Also like thier sister store, Buy Buy Baby. I would rather price match with them because their exchange and warranties are better.

Went to pick up an online over and discovered so many beautiful things in store.

The staff at the Southlands Bed Bath and Beyond went WAY above and beyond to help me with a hard to find item today. (Colorado Flag corn toss) They even loaded them into my car! The customer service was top notch - I will go out of my way to use this BBB in the future. Thanks!!!!
