Had such a lovely experience at this Mattress Firm. I was attended by Joey, who was very attentive even though he was also entertaining other customers. I was able to try several beds and was also suggested one that was in my price range. I wasn’t pressured to look at or pick a more expensive bed, but ended up going with one out of my price range simply because i liked it better. I was also assisted by a man named Sterling, who was also very kind. Had a very nice experience with genuinely kind and helpful people. No smarmy mattress salesmen here. Super experience!! Highly recommend!!! It can be daunting to find the right place to spend a 3rd of your life lolol. Jeremy took time to understand what we were looking for and what we were used to sleeping on. He also managed a few other customers / purchases during the process. The store is quiet, clean, and well organized by brand/price. Each bed has a label that tells you the size, price, financing options and firmness of the mattress. I applied for and was approved for a credit card the same day. When you go in, you are allowed to/ encouraged to try the beds out, which makes it easy to find something you like. Plus theres a long trial period, where you can return the mattress if you dont like it for any reason. Our representative today was Andrew and we were lucky to have him. He was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable about his field. He was able to tell us pros and cons, recommend comparable mattresses, and teach us about how to improve the longevity of our mattress. All in all, awesome experience and we left very happy. We would definitely recommend coming here if youre in need of new sleep gear, and we recommend asking for Andrew.

Was dreading mattress shopping but didnt want to just order online without trying. So we decided to go to a store expecting high pressure sales and gimmicks. When we got there Andy greeted us, was very low pressure and kind. We weren’t sure we were gonna buy that day but Andy made it easy. I had in mind what I wanted before I went, and Jeremy was great showing me just what I wanted to see - an inexpensive mattress with a new, lower profile support. He suggested the bunky which I think will work well (it will be delivered next week so I am only commenting on the experience of buying, not the quality of the purchase). No pressure to get something higher priced, in and out pretty quickly. Nice friendly guys. I hope I like the actual mattress! Hehe.

I had already found a mattress on line, went to location to actually see it and it was done. That easy. The sales person did try to upsell but my mind was set. I can upgrade in four months which is really awsome . I will take advantage of this offered deal. The sales person was nice but the other one was on the phone the whole time. But all in all, it was good.

The review rating is based 100% on the in store experience. Joey was our sales person and was down right amazing. We were shopping for my dad. He patiently helped us look at all different types of beds, bases, and price points. He was not pushy and we had a ton of questions, etc before finalizing our purchase. Even communicating several times to discuss follow up questions after leaving the store. He even shared his personal cell so that we could easily connect if there were any issues. Just unheard of! The delivery experience was not great but I did not want that to distort my rating. My understanding is the delivery people are outsourced. First off, they delivered the wrong base. The delivery people tried for 2.5 - 3 hours to connect the base to the headboard (with my help, googling stuff, etc). Joey was on the phone and ultimately we figured out we had the wrong base and had to refuse delivery. Due to the significant issues, Joey upgraded our base as a courtesy. That was very nice and my dad is enjoying the additional features. Then comes delivery #2. This was the right base - yeah, but the delivery personnel wanted to be in/out fast and did a sloppy job connecting the base to the headboard. After discussing with Joey, he arranged for himself and his manager to come to our house and fix the situation. Which they did about a week later during business hours. They came prepared to fix the problem and basically had to completely redo the work of the 2nd delivery crew. I mean how often do you get the salesperson and the store manager to come to your house to fix a problem??? This gives me 100% confidence that they will take care of you and thus I highly recommend this store and Joey / Jeremy for your business.

Be mindful of their deceptive pricing. As the manager pointed out, you need two pieces for the king size bed. They intentionally list the price of one so they can show as cheaper in the search results and have to go to their web page to find out you actually pay twice as much. Deceptive and, no, Ill not be contacting your store for anything.

Nice displays of mattress but was kind of leery of laying my head upon pillows that were obviously not sanitized between customers.Delivery was an absolute nightmare though. They had a heck of a time getting my new mattress down the stairs, didn’t want to install the new frame like they were paid to do, then they left my old mattress in the middle of my driveway in the melting snow, ruining it with wet &mud when this was a perfectly good mattress. They gave my DH a lame excuse of not having room in their truck for it. Uhhh you just took out a mattress, put this one in its spot !!!! Ended up having to pay my garbage company remove it because they lied every time they said that it would be removed that day.

We originally bought our purple original mattress while all of the covid-19 pandemic was just starting and had great service when we bought the mattress. 2 months after purchasing our mattress we decided that it was just a tad too soft for our liking. We called up Rick at the pioneer hills store and he told us with mattress firms sleep trial, we were able to upgrade to the purple hybrid 2 by coming in and paying the difference between the mattresses. The sleep trial mattress firm offers alone was a MAJOR plus! The delivery guys showed up right in our time frame, and were very friendly and courteous when replacing our mattress! If you are planning on buying a mattress, I would highly recommend this place! No pressure, great financing options, and great service! We would definitely buy from them again! On a side note the purple mattresses are EXTREMELY comfortable if anyone was wondering.Thank you mattress firm!

I came to this particular store because I had great dealings with the previous sales agent. So as I enquired about purchasing another identical item I bought a few months before and I mentioned I was a previous purchaser and the price was like double. I left the store disappointed then came back in and I asked to see how much I paid for it and he saw and still didn’t say anything. It was like I was doing the selling so I asked if he could match that. He said he could but it would but not exactly so I ended up paying $25.00 more than last time but still cheaper than the price quoted. I’m disappointed that the salesman didn’t even attempt to make a sale and was willing to have me leave. It’s like he didn’t care. I even mentioned I was in before so he he should have looked without me prodding him to. Heck like I said I made the sale so I should get the commission.
