Came to this location for the first time and I had a great experience. From the check in process to the services I received. My wax specialist Ariana was great! I would recommend her. She made me feel very comfortable and she took her time which I appreciated. The service I had was a Brazilian wax and I was happy and very satisfied with the experience.

European Wax Center always makes me feel so comfortable when I get my Brazilian or any other service done for that matter. You would think it would feel very embarrassing but the ladies do such a good job at making you feel just regular and normal and they sympathize and emphasize. I have never seen any wax specialists act rude at all because I wasn’t as prepared as one could be for a Brazilian. I’ve heard stories of people who get them done and their waxer are all mad that they didn’t come in and do half their job for them first. But not at European I’ve been going there and getting their wax passes, which are totally worth it, and I’ve never regretted it in my entire life! Definitely recommend! I started going in California. And I have continued here in Colorado and EWC is consistently a great place to go for a quality wax where you feel completely comfortable!

I had been going to a friend who did in-home waxing the last few years and was forced to find another place when she moved out of state. Lucky for me, a friend referred me to European Wax Center. I first couple times I saw Misa and she was great. I ended up buying a package which was a really good value! Due to my schedule changing, I saw Jennifer the most recent time. I can speak of Misa and Jennifer and they are both wonderful. They make sure you are comfortable the whole time and are so friendly. As soon as you walk in the door youll meet Sid. She is friendly, helpful, personable and if shes ever had a bad day it would be hard to tell. Call in and youll see it there, too. Good customer service is hard to come by, and she is an absolute breathe of fresh air.Ive seen Sheyenne and Jennifer for regular services for the last 2 years. The 2 have similar waxing styles and are both super knowledgeable and gentle. I am chatty and they always seem up for a convo while they work. Getting waxed never the most fun thing, but it is so much better when youre paired with friendly, cheerful, and professional people. An enthusiastic thumbs up for cleanliness as well. Both the lobby and the treatment rooms are super clean. This branch is definitely the place to go for a good wax experience.

Briauna was amazing! This was the first time that I did not experience a lot of pain when being waxed. I had my entire face waxed and there was just a little bit of tingling. I’ve been going to European Wax Center for about 4-5yrs and I love it. Misty has always been my favorite! She’s very detailed and quick which makes it less painful. She always asks to make sure my brows look good before applying the finishing soothing cream. Even if she’s running behind, which almost never happens, I never had to wait more than 5min before getting taken back. I’m always in a rush so being on time for me is huge and Misty never disappoints. I’m truly grateful I found a waxer that knows exactly how I like my brows and makes the entire experience enjoyable!

Excellent customer service all around. When I called to schedule my first waxing service and asked questions I was embarrassed because Ive never had more than my eyebrows done and they answered everything without making me feel silly for asking. Then Angela made me feel comfortable during my service by talking me through everything and keeping a conversation going to keep me distracted. I was so anxious about waxing before, but now Ill be coming back every 4-6 weeks.

Angela is so professional, thorough, and efficient. It’s so convenient to buy multi-service packs and schedule through the app. EWC has also always been extremely clean and with COVID guidelines, they have adapted and implemented really safe and efficient policies. Highly recommend.

I’ve gone to other places occasionally to try and shape my eyebrows and have always been disappointed since I don’t have much eyebrow to work with, it didn’t seem like they could ever really help. Jennifer was wonderful. She listened to what I hope to achieve. Ive been going to Jennifer for almost two years. She has always provided thorough, accurate and efficient work, and is very personable. She has explained how important exfoliating is after your wax to stay free of those pesky ingrown hairs, she has whipped my eyebrows back in shape, and made my legs feel awesome. Having your legs waxed feels so much better than shaving. Shes also very conscientious of your time. If youre looking for someone awesome, definately see Jennifer.

Let me tell you it is so hard to find a good waxer. For the most part they are usually all pretty nice, but every single person has left hair behind I know they could have got. When I went to Angela for the first time I new I had to come back to her every time. The service I get is a Brazilian wax and let me just say Angela does her thing. On top of being super nice, friendly, and fast. She makes sure to get all the hair she can, and when the wax doesn’t pick it up she makes sure to go in with the tweezers and gets every single hair. I am honestly so grateful I am able to have her as my waxer and 10/10 highly recommend her.

Angela is so thorough!! She takes her time and does the best face waxing job I have ever experienced. This is the Forest Trace location. They are very CDC compliant...hand sanitizer everywhere-at front desk, hallways, etc. Disinfectant wipes and sprays in bathroom and outside of bathroom, etc. Everyone wears masks also. Such a stress-free experience. Great job!!!!

I’ve seen Briana a few times at this location and she’s fabulous! I originally came to her as a very body insecure pregnant woman, about to give birth to my first daughter and she put my concerns to ease; she is friendly, kind, super easy to talk to, and gave amazing service. She’s exceptional at what she does and now I drive 45 minutes across town just so I can make an appointment with her for my services.

My daughter, 17 yr old, went in for a free waxing - she doesnt recall ever having a waxing here. After her service, she was advised, she cant use the free waxing coupon and the cost of the eye brow waxing is $21.00! Are you kidding me - for an eyebrow waxing. I cant believe how they took advantage of a minor - BTW - I was in the car and never signed anything to have her eyebrows done. We wont be back at those prices. And, my daughter deserves a refund.
