WORST WALGREENS IN THE WORLD DONT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING …….If I could they would get no stars …THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS PHARMACY DOWN … I sent my meds in three days ago and here I am still waiting they closed the inside but moving really slow on the outside please don’t come here for meds YOU WILL DIE … insulin is not important . still sitting here it’s only been what 45 mins
Shayla Stevenson the “manager” of the store told us after we waited 45 minutes in the drive thru line that their same day covid test system was down and they wouldn’t accept us. There was no notice on the website their system was down, no email notification stating the error, or a phone call to notify us they can’t accept us. Rather than apologizing, she antagonized us to move or the cops will be called. Absolutely unbelievable behavior and professionalism on her part. She should be relieved of her duties.
The labor shortage is hitting Walgreens hard. The staff has always been polite and responsive, but pharmacy wait times are astronomical. Ive waited in line for over an hour each time I need to pick up a script. Ive had to bail out of the line a few times because I needed to get to work (and I usually see several others do the same while Im waiting). Im moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy because I have no other choice.
I had a COVID test scheduled for travel outside of the US. They waited until 30 minutes before my appointment time to call (4:30pm appointment time). Completely unacceptable. One star, would not recommend
This is for Walgreens Pharmacy. Going in about a month I havent been able to get my prescriptions without constantly arguing with the pharmasist because they are short handed. Figure something out because people need their medication on-time not a week after it was prescribed. I cant even call the pharmacy. Ive been calling the pharmacy extension and I get put on hold for hours and hours. They never answer. Something needs to change.
I highly recommend not purchasing any cosmetic items here, as you aren’t allowed to test the shades there and then you won’t be able to return if the shade doesn’t match you even though the cashier tells you that you will be able to.I recently purchased a L’Oréal powder and a cover girl concealer. I was told by the cashier (Cathy) that I had 30 days to return if the shade did not match; after I went home and the shade did not match I went back to the store and was told they aren’t able to return the item even though it had only been 2 days since my initial purchase. I am not sure what to do with the shades that do not match me. Not to mention the receipt also states that I can return but apparently these items are not returnable-but that won’t be mentioned to you at all. Save your time, money and gas and go somewhere they honor their receipts and words.
Absolutley terrible pharmacy. My appt was 10:15, i arrived 9:50, didnt get to the window until 11:15, it’s 11:40 and no end in sight. This is unconscionable. Walgreens FAIL
The worst customer service ever!I TRIED to order curbside pick up and after a half an hour I went to the store. I sat in the parking lot for a half an hour and Walgreens always breaks about how their service is in a half an hour what a joke. After sitting there for a half an hour so I total of an hour they never informed me that my order was ready. The parking lot was empty so what the heck are they doing inside the store? Definitely not working. When I called the store to cancel my order the snotty girl said Perfect you’re canceling - they don’t want the business and she didn’t want to pull my order. AFTER AN HOUR!
I know theyre severely understaffed but at this point wouldnt it be worth offering higher pay to just get some staff in there? Its not cool that I have to set aside a whole hour to wait in line for my prescription. And its extra uncool when I rush to pickup my prescription after work only to find the pharmacy closed early from low staffing. There has got to be a way to get more staff guys. Youre losing money and loyal customers.
This Walgreens needs some work. If you have time to waste then this is your place to go. You will get your prescription in about 2 hours. I’ve never experienced this. King Soooers and Wal-Mart do a way better job, I know I should I gone there instead.

The pharmacy/pharmacist manager is the rudest and most unpleasant person to speak with. In the 3 times I have come to pick up a prescription, 2 times others have been ahead of me and each time the employees comment on how they can’t believe how much each person is paying for their prescriptions in a shameful tone, including with me. Today, the pharmacy manager gave me an attitude over my prescription after I told them their automated service called to let me know it was ready and there were no issues but there apparently was. However the interaction with the pharmacy manager was just ridiculous after I tried to understand the situation and ask questions which he refused to even explain the situation and repeated the same thing over and over. I let him know I didn’t like his attitude and the way he spoke to me between the eye rolls I received when trying to understand the situation as my medication is heavily regulated and I’m new to taking it. He proceeded to yell for everyone around to hear and called me ‘aggressive’ when that wasn’t even the case, I could’ve cared less about picking it up as it was an early refill for when I go out of state for a wedding in a week when my refill is actually due so there was no urgency of me needing to pick it up. I’m glad they have cameras to dispute his assertion that I was ‘aggressive’ for everyone to hear after I called him out on his sour attitude since this was the 3rd time in a row that I had to experience it. I’m not sure how standing there issuing a normal speaking tone is aggressive? It was extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable being called out like that when my actions didn’t even reflect it. This location obviously has issues with their pharmacy given the reviews on multiple platforms and it’s the type of behavior the pharmacy manager fosters among his staff. If you have a problem, call and file a complaint against them. I did and the lady who filed my complaint was beyond helpful and pleasant to speak with. If you are looking to fill a prescription and it’s for your mental health, I urge you to seek out a different location. They obviously have issues with filling these kinds of prescriptions and will degrade you when you come in for them.
Waiting on the phone to talk to the pharmacy for 2.5 hours and then being hung up on by the automated system is unacceptable. whe i do actually pick up prescriptions it takes 1 hour in line to get to the counter
This pharmacy has, by far, the worst service I have ever experienced. I have been coming here for a long time now, and I dont know what happened in the last 6 months, but they really have hit rock bottom.I genuinely hate leaving reviews, but I couldnt not say anything after seeing how poorly they treat their customers. I sincerely hope they improve so I can remove this bad review.
Not quite sure what’s going on here but expect to wait 1HR plus for prescriptions/Photos/Etc.Definitely never coming back here again regardless of change. A lot of time wasted here.
The pharmacy is terrible. Scheduled a covid test for work and made an appointment for 3:45pm. I was not sure about the drive thru or if I was supposed to go in for the test. The employee at the front assured me I would need to go to the back of the pharmacy. After standing at the pharmacy counter for 7 minutes and being ignored by multiple techs and pharmacists, I was finally acknowledged only to be told they would not give me a covid test because they closed in 5 minutes. Even though the appointment was accepted and I was there in time. Then told me I could go to another Walgreens to have my test taken only to be told the info I was given at the previous Walgreens was not correct. They were just trying to get out of there which is highly unprofessional. And seeing as we are still facing a pandemic, it is highly unacceptable.
Pharmacy has horrendous customer service.I called was put on hold for 10 minutes they answered the call then hung up on me.I called back and They kept ans1wering the phone and putting me back on hold for over 30 minutes they kept laughing and talking then finally hung up on me por customer service again. Very unprofessional

It is a shame that no stars is not an option. Ive popped in this store on and off for years if I needed something and was driving by. I had to come here today because this was the only Walgreens that had my prescription, after standing in line for 22 minutes I finally made it to the front to turn my prescription in. There were some problems and this nasty little blond woman helped me, but she doesnt like to let people talk. She constantly cut me off. I went back to pick up my prescription, and decided to do the drive-thru route since there were only three cars in front of me so far its been over 34 minutes and Im almost near the window. I will never, ever, ever, ever come to this Walgreens again! I tried calling them earlier today and after 45 minutes and three times of being hung up on, I phoned to the store manager and that was the only way that the pharmacy actually picked up the phone because he told me he was going to tell them to go pick up the phone. I am blown away at how ridiculously long it takes to drop off a prescription, pick up a prescription and it doesnt matter if youre inside or outside it will take forever!
I had tried to do a DoorDash order and the shift lead Lisa was rude and flagged me off when I didn’t know I had to pick the items out. I then needed help with finding somethings me she didn’t help me, she pointed me that way and walked off. But right before she had went out of her way to help another elder white woman find something and went so far as to get a grabber for her. And she didn’t do anything for me and I assume it’s because I’m brown. Why did I get treated different when I asked for help finding things.
The older lady with the super long hair is very rude and refuses to do her job. I went for passport photos which Ive gotten at Walgreens before and have never had a problem getting. The first she said was cant do it! With no explanation. Then just said 30 minutes. So I asked what she meant, like 30 minutes to print them or what.... She said 30 minutes until she could get around to doing it because she was the only other person in the store. There were absolutely no customers and there was already someone working the front register. When a paying customer comes in and asks for something the store offers, its your job to provide that. I wouldve understood if there was a huge line of customers and she needed to help with the register or literally anything other than an empty store. As soon as I told her Im not waiting 30 minutes for nothing, she walked straight to the back to probably sit on her butt and do nothing. She didnt even go do something useful. Even the other employee looked at her like she was dumb.
Malachi is so sweet and helpful and knows his products. Is able to sense a customers needs and is a tall glass water on hot day. Love this Walgreens

Worst Pharmacy Ive EVER been to. Ive been coming here a year. If I could give 0 stars I would! Its a fight to get my prescription every.time. They ALWAYS have new people every time I go there, 95% dont know what they are doing and they are rude or freaking out all the time. They are unorganized, my dr office sends prescriptions and they never put it in there system. Its a joke! I really wish corporate would do something about this place.
I Jumped Through Hoops To Get A Job Here Then When I Was Hired I Worked Only Two Weeks Before Being Terminated And Then They Tell Me Theres A Mishap With The Company Not To Mention I Applied Three Seperate Times And The Manager Tells Me Shes Gunna Fix It And I Waited For Over A Month To Finally Get A Call Saying Tht Shes Called Me Several Times When I Have No VoiceMails No Missed Calls No Emails Also Throughout The Month Of Me Waiting I Visted The Store Several Times To See What Was Going On I Even Talked To Another Manager That Said They Just Got My Stuff Figured Out So I Was Lied Too Twice And All I Wanted Was Too Be Able To Work And Make A Living .
I do not recommend this Walgreen for pick up prescription it is too busy people who work at the pharmacy they don’t know anything they are asking one question couple times if you have a prescription you have to tell them to us your address you have to wait for pick up eight hour or the next day most of the time when you’re calling the hospital they already sent the prescription and they are saying they never got it they are short on employee I want from the management they should figure out because I can see most review they will last thing very soon there a store please don’t not waste your time on this location

Great experience! Got my Flu shot today and it was easy as just walking in. Fast and convenient and it didnt even hurt. Friendly people!
I went to print out one photo and they were out of paper. It would have been nice to have an email saying that it would take a a whole week to print ONE photo rather than passively aggressively saying the promise date is a week from now. Such a cop out answer. Ive always hated walgreens and this one just reminded me exactly why. Better of going to Walmart or FedEx. I used to work at FedEx office so this is why this situation infuriated me so much.

I rarely actually go to this location. But I have been here a few times only in passing. They do keep the place fairly clean. And the staff is generally helpful. However, as with most walgreens. They tend to have very few people working at a time.
Raechelle was extremely kind and genuine. Judging by her dedication to customer service and her level of professionalism...I would say she is most likely a manager there. If she isnt she sure as h**l should be!

Ive been going to this walgreens for years. Unfortunately, recently Ive occurred problems that requires med to have my meds for blood pressure and more painfully gout! This is my third time going to pick up my meds in the last month and a half, and they are not ready, or not filled, or not knowing I have a automatic refill for my BP meds! First I thought it was my doctor, everyone makes mistakes, ok, second time I had an appointment with her, and she tells me she put it in for automatic refill. I had an appointment today and she tells me my automatic refill is in and I have bp meds ready for me, I ran out yesterday! So I give some time before I go there and come to find out none of my meds are ready even for the automatic refill????????????? So now I have to wait for them to get in contact with my doctor to get verification to receive, not just my gout meds but my BP meds???? This is unacceptable and I will be changing pharmacies as soon as get these last ones filled!!! So I go back for my meds for bp and gout and there still have not got verification for my gout meds, which I should not have to since I had he appointment today, and she filled them!

I called today to see if you had drug tests in stock. Amy answered the phone and assured me that you did. I got there and you had none in stock. Youve wasted my time and money. I will never be coming here again and I urge anyone reading this to stay clear.

Jen is literally the worst most unprofessional pharmacist I have ever encountered. Not only was she rude and would not honor a discount code but refused to give even her first name so I could file a complaint. I will be contacting the pharmaceutical board in regards to this incident as well as walgreens and will be taking my business to somewhere the pharmacists show respect to the customers.
I bought toys for my niece as part of her birthday present at the Walgreens near my home. When she opened her gift she already had some of what I purchased her so I went to the this location (near her home) to return the item. The items were purchased 1 day ago, in new condition and with receipt and this location refused to return it. They advised I needed to return it where I bought it. (100 miles away) The posted policy on the wall and on the receipts states that returns can be made at Walgreens Nation wide. After calling the 800 number located on my receipt the customer care agent said that all stores are able to return merchandise whether they carry it or not. It is at the discretion of the store manager. This manager on duty would not return it. She did not even ask to look at the product or the receipt. The total return would have been about $10, but she still chose to ignore customer service. I lodged a formal complaint as the Store Manager David Adams was not here. We will see if there is any response. I would advise not coming to this store. Customer Service is not a priority. **increased the score because the store manager did call me me back, however I was unable to talk to him because I was in the classroom.
Ive been coming to this Walgreens for almost five years. I have never, ever use a bad experience, nor have I ever seen anyone be mistreated or anything. Im pretty shocked at some of these reviews. This is a great Walgreens.

Came here to try to print some pictures. I needed help and an associate just handed me a cable to connect my phone and walked off. Couldnt be bothered to help or answer any questions.
They couldnt fill 2 days worth of pain killers for tooth I just had extracted any sooner than hour and half, per corporate policy. Meanwhile Im standing there, with bleeding tooth, gauze packed in mouth, and was told by Dr. to stay ahead of pain, by taking meds early before shots given for extracting tooth wore off. Thanks a lot Walgreens! Had to turn left across 4 lanes of traffic, drive 3 miles down road to my regular pharmacist, Safeway, who got it for me in 15 minutes. Every time I try Walgreens, Im reminded why I dont use them for my regular monthly meds. Not to mention they charge way more for eye drops, which Hazel, makeup, you name it. I think they are a greedy company, who dont really care about their customers, just the bottom line, and liability.
Inside of the store is always clean. I cant say the same about the outside though. Like most Walgreens, the store is neatly organized. The staff is friendly and eager to help. I generally get my prescription via drive-through.
This store doesn’t understand their own policy on returns. There wasn’t a legitimate reason to not return my items without a store receipt, yet I my items were unopened and bought within 30 days.The manager told me you have to use your Walgreen’s card to make a return which it doesn’t say that on the actual receipt. Sounds like laziness to me and a disservice to the customer.I’ve attached pics of the items I tried returning, which are unopened and their own receipt policy.Maria, their store clerk, was not only cursing at me but agreeing with the manager that you must use your Walgreen’s card to make a return. She has made my entire experience with Walgreen’s the most disgusting and terrifying thing because she doesn’t know how to be professional or kind.
I have never been treated so rudely at an establishment. The manager with yhe baby feet tattoo on her right arm, was so rude to both her employees and customers and had everybody in the store feeling very uncomfortable. Sunday 11/10
The pharmacist was informative and saved me from a horrible drug interaction, that could have stopped me from breathing at night. The only person to notice or say anything after my surgery. Very thankful!
I love this Walgreens!! I feel like the staff is family... I stop there at least 5 days a week.. Its MY Walgreens, so to speak!
Petya (I believe is the spelling, Igor, and the pharmacy team were nothing short of delightful. I feel very fortunate that I had them to help me with my sons prescription. I would recommend this place any day.
I just had the most horrible experience with Pat the manager and the pharmacy manager. They were very rude and made no effort to help me. I have never had a problem filling my prescription but today not only was I not able to fill my script but my character was assassinated! I feel so embarrassed! Do not go there I should have reviewed these reviews prior to going I wouldnt be so upset! I loved Walgreens up until today! Never again!

Went to get a V8, couldnt find reach it, once lady on front cashier asked me if I found everything ok, I said not big deal, but couldnt reach the juices.She asked if I wanted the V8, since no one was in the line I said sure went to the back and came back with NO V8, and saying:Dont know what you are saying this, they are right there in the coolerWith NO juice. awesome experience...

The pharmacy doesnt always call to let you know that your medication is refilled or if you need to renew your prescription. When you do go get your meds you can expect wait lines up to 40 min. Im writing this while Im in my car, I got here at 630pm it is now 710 pm🤦♀️ wouldnt be a big deal however,its not the first time. Do not get your prescription from here
Place is fast easy to go in and out . and the staff is always friendly never had a problem when i was in there.
If i can give 0 i will do, i went there to take a passport photo for both my daughter and me and at the photo booth there is this lady name sharry an old white lady with a long hair and a she kind have pink color on the front of her hair any way she was so roode i ask her if she can take a picture off us but she was unhappy when i asked her and she said that she cant deal with kids hight and she doesnt know how to take a picture of kids and she just walk away to the register she didnt even say am sorry or she will send us someone else then she send the lady that was on the register to take the picture. I think this lady she is been racist because am black but what she doesnt know that am a USA citizen like her and she shouldnt judge people by their color. DONT JUDGE THE BOOK BY ITS COVER.

Walgreens is obsolete. Went there looking for a foot scraper, they did not have. Went to Walgreens looking for a cleanse - guess what, WG doesnt carry those. King Soopers is a better drug store/pharmacy.Last time I went there had to wait in line while the clerk signed an elderly man up for their discount card. He had to call home to ask the wife for his email id. How ridiculous.

It all depends on who is working. Ill give them this the girls in the makeup department are amazing and I really like them. I go in there atleast once a day if not more. It all depends on the day. So if you see me all the time and I buy cigarettes from you everyday using my id, then I come in dont have my id but have an actual copy for u and you see me everyday but wont sell them to me 1st off thats ridculous second off if you seriously cant remember your customers that come in daily well to say the least its sad. Im actually thinking of changing to another walgreens. If I didnt like the girls in the makeup there would be no question.
The older woman who works at the register in the mornings is the most unpleasant person I have ever met!!! She doesnt acknowledge anyone at the door, and when you get to the counter you have obviously inconvenienced her. She tells you to move if she doesnt feel like going around you, I mean she cant even bother to give you your bag.
Just called to see if they had Mexican Seasoning Tajin and the lady on the phone was just real nasty with me on the phone. She just said, What!? No we dont have that! Mmmmhmmm, and hung up the phone.... Ok so someone in customer service department needs training in customer service.... Mmmmmhmmmm!
Very upsetting when I walk in to the pharmacy and someone demands my ID for prescription that I have filled there before with no ID. Then proceeds to write down my ID number without telling me where the number is going OR even what he is doing with it. I am pretty sure there was a few violations of the HIPAA act there. Also the I was told that the ID number was being given to a law enforcement agency without informing me first. After that he got real defensive about the whole question and I finally asked if someone in the store can help me and i was told no. He processed the prescription and then up on my return I asked the acting manager if anyone other then the first tech could help me. After telling the manager what happen she agreed and setup the transaction to be handled by another person. So when cam my turn in line the first tech started to help me and asked yet again if someone else could help me the tech said sure I could wait for someone. I sat in the waiting area for less the two minutes when the tech came over demanding that I finish the transaction then with them right then. Out of frustration with the tech I walked up finished the transaction and was not even offered the Pharmacist consult. After that I will drive to another Pharmacy just to avoid the harassing attitude of this store.
Pharmacists are hit-or-miss when it comes to their knowledge of prescriptions.

My husband has been trying since Oct 29 to get diabetic meds filled. They keep saying it processing …… but is Never done!!! This med he needs to live……. And they can’t get it together enough to fill it!
