I would give this location 0 stars if I could! Ordered through the app to pick up in store for the first time. Said it was processing forever, so I called to ensure it was ready. Instead I got a rude employee on the phone telling me they don’t do those here and idk what you got to do to get your money back! And the app doesn’t let you cancel orders either. I’m beyond upset about this experience and definitely will be calling corporate as they were so quick to take my money but apparently doesn’t do online orders when the app and google both say otherwise.

Compared to my last visit to this Dollar General I had a more pleasant experience, maybe it was because it was during the daytime hours and not dark and snowing outside but a couple of the customer service reps actually helped me figure out my dilemma concerning the angel ornaments for my 3 daughters. I get each girl two different ornaments for Christmas, one that is individualized per that girls interests that year and the second one is more of a family type ornament. I wanted each of the angels to be different than the other two & one customer service rep pointed out 2 actual differences per Angel one I didnt even see until she pointed it out! Thank you!!

Most all the people who work here are very nice and pleasant, all the time I have been in there, they say hello when you come through the door, the isles are always clean, no boxes to trip over, and all the food items are fresh. I wish we had a Dollar General over by me instead of a Family Dollar, its always filthly, the people are inexperienced and crabby. So I usually use the online shopping for my my heavy items and go into the store when I need a ride.

This store is NEVER open on time I come daily to check for new hotwheels and never not once have they been open on time.... The store is dirty and unorganized...its almost 8:15 right now as I wait outside the store....

Great. They have a dollar section located in one of the isles. And I just love it. I get my bleach, paper plates, dish soap and more for just a dollar. They even have paper towels and six roll packages of toilet paper for a buck too. And theyre all regular sized. It really does help if your on a budget.

I asked if they had any carts and a worker said no, i asked how ppl are supposed to shop...as i walked away she mumbled something so i said excuse me so she repeated herself saying you can always go shop somewhere else. Very rude. Most likely will not be back and will shop somewhere else.

Every time I go theres a sign or the door is locked, even though they are open.🤨 Ive seen them lose a lot of business due to that. When the are open or when the door isnt locked the store is good. Friendly employees, clean store.

Limit stock on common, easily sourced items. However they had selection of some items that other stores dont like paper products, etc. Friendly staff mostly. Some Food items are higher than King Soopers.

Convenient location with lots of parking... They have everything you would need for your house but the prices are a little higher than Walmart which is 1 block away... But if you want to just get in and out and avoid the crowds, I recommend going here

The workers were nice, but the security would not stop harassing me...Basically, I was the ONLY customer in the store, and the securoty kept saying over the intercom something along the lines that I was on camera and that thieves would not be tolerated. Now i know they have to do things like that once in a while, but in a TWO MINUTE PERIOD, they said it a total of 4 DIFFERENT TIMES. And AGAIN, I was the only customer in the building at the time. It was INSULTING considering the fact I have LITERALLY been going to the store since the first day it opened! Again, the actual WORKERS in store were nice and polite, but the security watching the store was downright insulting, basically calling me a thief.

The prices are very good?

Would have been five but was double charged for a $6 item. It was so disappointing after having a near perfect shopping experience.

These stores, to me, are hidden gems that should be more obvious. Paying two to three times more at other stores makes no sense. They had Jolt cola! Somebody was happy and awake for his pop up night shift!

I went to Dollar General to get one of those store cards but apparently it work strictly off your phone number which is fine I got some good deals but it reminds me that I need to cut out paper coupons as well this may be a place to save me money.

Horrible customer service, refused service for being disruptive and disrespectful, the white guy suppoisibly a manager confronted us of coming up behind him and disrespecting him. Accusing us of something we weren’t doing without proof is a reason why we went off on him and cussed him out. Horrible customer service the first time I’ve ever been in my neighborhood dollar general and I had horrible experience. That gentleman needs better training. I’d give him a zero if I could.

This is actually the first time I am changing a review for a store-In the last year, and especially since the Covid outbreak, this store has gone down drastically. The limited stock is refreshed at a snails pace compared to most other local shops, the dairy is especially bad at being cycled to the front even days past expiration, and the management that was on duty yesterday is abysmal. While most stores take sanitation and your safety seriously (with many going beyond the city and state ordered policies) during Covid, this location kicks out SHOPPERS without a mask on their face (others, not myself as I am a decent human being who cares if others get sick and/or die), while the manager does not distance, does not wear a mask, then tells shoppers who asked him about it sounds like you need to call the police after telling them he has no idea what his name or store number is. Every employee I saw in this store was touching their faces and speaking with their masks off. The manager knew this was wrong (clearly by refusing to provide any store info to the couple that asked him) and then told them to not come back to the store if they had an issue with his spreading this dangerous virus DURING A MANDATORY MASK WEARING ORDER. I will never return to this or any other DG after his reasoning the store already told us they dont believe that so we dont have to. If DG really believes this, they WILL kill people.

Not a good company to work for the location and the people that come into the store are not the average type of person you see going into a grocery store to shop for groceries everyday. The employees are very rude and judgmental I suggest nobody goes there to get a job at this location they will find any and everything they can to try to fire you if they dont like you.

I have tried to come here several times during the evening when they should be open and there is a note on the door hand written stating theyre closed and sorry for the inconvenience. I posted pics as proof. This is ridiculous. Not even 7p when I came. Ill not waste anymore time trying to spend my money here.

This could have been my go to store but their hours of operations are whenever the hand written sign says. Some days at 2 pm they close. Others is 3 pm. When it should be 9 pm.

If you are going to buy with digital or manufacturer coupons this is not the place for you. I have had really bad experiences with one cashier that honestly looked mad when I started using manufacturer coupons. I use coupons because allow me to save money but I always get mad after my purchase. Staff look at you as -here she is again-. So I am not buying here anymore!
