On Jan.30 i got into a small accident and my insurance took it here. horrible experience the front desk lady Yolanda has bad guest service, ignores calls when “annoyed” and has no idea of what’s going on. The work they do is just as bad, took way too long and now they avoid my calls to fix what they “forgot” or could not get around to. It took 5/6 months to finally get my car back and every-time i would call they were doing “inspections” so i thought the car was going to get back to me in good condition. boy was i wrong because i found broken stuff that wasn’t done by the accident, such as the broken mirror (how does that happen), broken cup holder (again, how does that even happen?) and broken latch for the hood. on top of all that, huge safety concerns were left untreated as well, such as the broken seatbelts and they left my car outside to rust so i had to replace brakes and the paint on my car . i’m telling you, this place is a waste of space. please reconsider bringing your car here if able to and refuse their service . if i could i would give this place 0 stars ..

Wouldn’t recommend horrible service. Only reason i was there was because of my insurance. The car was there 3 months for a simple bumper replacement. They called me saying it was ready, the car didn’t even make it to my house had to tow it back for another 2 weeks to replace 1 hose.
I give this place zero stars. Horrible work. They left parts of the unfinished job in my trunk. After several calls to my insurance company Fineline Collision returned my call. Three times they told me my car was ready but by end of day the job still went unfinished. Ive never dealt with a business this unprofessional! Dont take your car here. A simple bumper job took over 5 months. They didnt replace the bumper lights. Where the light should be is an empty space.
This place is so low quality I’m upset I have to even give one star. They gave the lowest quality work with even worse customer service. It seems a child could’ve done better with the work seeing as these people couldn’t even place a bumper properly. Coming here was such a waste of time and money. I will have to go somewhere else to repair what these people so called “fixed” please save your money and go elsewhere. Not only do these people do a horrible job it also seems they have NO PEOPLE SKILLS.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. I was informed of the repair plan and went over the process of repairs with the owner. I was informed daily of the repair process of my vehicle. I know these types of business are busy and there are more customers to service than myself so I did not expect a daily call but they did an amazing job at informing me throughout the process. I have no issues Or complaints my vehicle looks great my body work and paint work looks amazing. I will highly recommend them to friends and family they have multiple locations to better service the Greater Chicago market.
Unfortunately I had to use this company because of my insurance. They have had my car for almost two months now. I had two damages that needed to be fixed which was the passenger control arm on left side and my rim. The lady is no help she tells me my car will be ready every week. I finally called again just to find out they had to do something for the breaks. The lady never called me to even tell me. I even told her I was going to come pick my car up. She said it wasn’t there and I asked can I get the location where it’s at she told me they don’t give out that kind of info it’s total bs I will be up there to see what’s really going on a whole Scam when my car only had two owners they do that to make more money so awful

The New counter girl is a lot better then the previous one always keeps me updated on my car and anything additional the shop might need from me. Great work from a close and friendly staff. Definitely doing something better then before.

No stars if possible. Car has been in their shop for going on 3 months now. A month ago I was informed that my car would be ready in 5 business days, 2 weeks after I was told, it still has some minor work to be done to it . A week and a half later, it had came back from getting the air bags reset & was told it jus needed a wash and it was good to go.. Picked my car up & it had no fluids & began to over heat. For a week I was told they were trying to find the reason as to why it had overheated & was informed last Friday they had to replace the motor .. & that they needed to inform my insurance company of the repairs needed . Spoke with them today and still no report has been filled . I have left messages, never got back to . I had to personally come up there to get a status report on my car. Poor communication, poor service. Wouldn’t recommend!!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE FOR REPAIRS! They received my car on February 16th and the process was delayed for about 3 weeks because of my insurance company. Its now April 30th and I still dont have my car. Each week they say itll be ready the next week and then when that week comes its delayed another week! I can never get straight answers. The lady that answers the phone always says that shell get answers in regards to my car and then never call back! I was told last week that my car would be complete this Wednesday after another delay of a week and today I called and its still not complete. Its apparently in the airbag shop and now its another 3-5 days delay AGAIN!! I ask to speak with a manager and was told that he can call me on tomorrow. Well well see if he calls. I have come out of my pocket sooooo much money for a rental and I dont have anything left. I continually tell them this, but they dont care. If your insurance company recommends them, DO NOT GO! SEEK OTHER OPTIONS!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM LESS THAN ONE STAR, I WOULD!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Brought my car here to get repairs from an accident. Not even a year later and the paint is doing some weird chipping/ scaling thing. So, cheap paint and not enough clear protective coating.

Brought my car in for some damage repairs (dents/car dings) and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Got my car back in a timely manner. The staff kept me updated throughout the process. I definitely will be going back and referring others to go there as well!

My car was sent here by my insurance company after an accident last year in June and wasn’t given back to me until this February. If it was my choice I would not have sent it here but my insurance stated they wouldn’t cover any warranty’s after the fix if I were to go my own mechanic. They had it almost year and it was given back to me non driveable. They have failed to call me back. Just overall worst experience with already a stressful situation. I fully reccomend to NOT come here. I never got updates unless I called. What really upsets me is that I was given a car back that wasn’t fully fixed and they failed to contact me back. Don’t waste your time here.
I could not get ahold of a manager for literal MONTHS. My car was held for over four months for minor repairs, meanwhile I was never allowed to hear updates or ask for second opinions. Every call lead to being told I would hear back, I never did. Extremely unprofessional, what is the reason we cannot reach anyone??
Took my 07 Lexus GS 350 there to install and paint a new rear bumper. First off when I picked it up there was no paint match and the color difference was very noticeable. 3 months down the road the paint is already chipping and peeling off. I was replacing my parking sensors and as I take off the plastic tabs I notice screws were missing beneath a few of them. I’m very disappointed with this place as they made it clear to me they would do everything perfect and correct and now I can see what perfect is to them. If you want a paint job that’ll last 3 months and half the bolts missing on your car and for them to blame your insurance company for half the mistakes made this is the place to go. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!
Took 2 months 2get my car fixed here. After another accident my car was towed here by insurance had to get it retowed out. Now fighting with them as my car is missing parts.
They had my car for about 3 weeks, i had to return my car because they put on the wrong bumper and my headlights were not installed right.. horrible company with poor communication with customers on updates with their car.
I got rare ended and the guys insurance (American alliance) sent my car there for thr repairs. My car had been there since August and they still dont return my car. They have stopped answering my phone calls and Ive left voicemails and nothing. Its now 6 months since its been there Im at the point to contact the best business bureau to handle this matter
