Ive changed my own oil my whole life but yesterday I just didnt have the time. Guy named Lamar greeted me at the door and I told him I was pinched for time so I came to Strickland Brothers. He threw the garage door open an that shop came alive! I got to watch from their warm office window, an by God they had me driving away 6 minutes later worry free! Im sold, ill definitely be back

Lovely, kind people. Definitely coming back for my next oil change! Its hard for me to leave the house for simple tasks like this by myself and I work in a school so I get very busy and the school is starting up again and couldnt put this aside. They made this very calming for me. Even told me my serpentine belt has cracks in it and I should change it soon love that they told me instead of just leaving it and not telling me because some places dont tell people that kind of stuff so I love that thank you Strickland Brothers for the lovely experience.

My oil pan got damaged and they are the only ones who have done oil changes on this vehicle. They were empathetic of the situation and say they will make it right. I hope they fix my vehicle because I truly do love the service and quick oil changes and I’d hate to go anywhere else. They even helped me fix a part on one of my other cars during an oil change! Went to Strickland Brothers yesterday for an oil change and was very happy with the results. The technicians, Bucky and Kyle, had my oil changed in about 15 minutes and were very professional. They even helped me read my Check Engine light and gave me some ideas as to what it might be and then also gave me referrals to a few different people who could potentially fix it. There was no up-selling of any products which I LOVE as a customer. I even had my dog with me and they gave her a treat and water while we waited. Overall GREAT experience and will definitely be back. About 4 years ago I took my ford truck to get an oil change. The worker took my tuck to the back burning rubber. He was backing into to bay going to fast and hit there building. The guy thought it was funny that he did that. I took it to a shop and found out it was totaled. I went to get my check and was $500 short they we’re saying I had to pay for it I said I did not do it they did so I had to go back the next day to get the rest of the money.

I really like the convenience of this business for when I need an oil change. I love that I dont have to get out of my car or wait for very long. The technicians were very fast and courteous. They kept me informed of how my vehicle was running and most importantly they werent pushy with trying to offer upsell items. They also have a military discount which is really generous and appreciated. I will definitely be coming back again!

I own an older Mini Cooper. I pulled up and a younger guy came out and said sorry, we dont do Mini or Fiat. Got it. I knew that was coming as Minis have difficult to reach oil filters. However, I had a special request. I typically do oil changes myself, but I could not break loose the bolt on oil sump and wanted that taken out so I could put in a valve where I wouldnt need the bolt any longer. Id already taken my car to 2 other shops and was shot down. After checking with his boss (i think it was the owner), they waived me in and got to work. I felt the tiny car shake as they broke the bolt loose and a few minutes later they were all done and even added my oil additive to the mix per my request. BYM hums along now and next time i go to change the oil all I have to do is give a twist on the valve with my hand to do so. Very accommodating and DIY friendly! Highly recommend.

Strickland Brothers is fantastic! I have never been there before and decided to try them out due to my parent’s recommendation (they’ve been going here for years). I’m glad I did. I came at 8AM on a Saturday morning and was the first customer there. Kevin was personable and professional. I pulled into the garage and just sat in my car while they did the oil change. I was offered a bottle of water and was talked through every step about what they were doing. They checked my cabin filters and showed me the difference in what the old and new one looked like. Being a female, I don’t know too much about cars, but I learned a lot in the 15 minutes I was there! Kevin explained the different kind of oils to get and did not try to upsell me, which made the experience so much more memorable. They truly care about their customers as people and not just as profits. I received a $5 discount for listening to my parents recommendation and would definitely go back again! Better customer service than any auto place I have been to!

This is the first oil change shop I’ve revisited purposely since I’ve been driving. They provided great care for me as the customer and was very fast and efficient. You’re in and then out. Exactly what I want.

They weren’t kidding, I got my Valvoline full synthetic oil change in about 10 minutes. Price is similar to everybody else and the drive-through service I never had to get out of my car contactless.They also offer to inspect / replace your air and cabin filter if you choose but they don’t up sell other repair services like jiffy lube. Quick and efficient so I can get back on the move! Highly recommend!

I usually go a bit over the mileage I should before getting an oil change, mainly because of the work going into getting one, calling, sitting on hold, waiting 2 weeks for an appt then forgetting, or remembering and waiting an hour. It really took me 10 minutes in and out! I was so excited to just be done so easily and quickly. So glad I found this place!

Fast and professional. Didnt try to sell me on anything I didnt need. The fact that I can stay in the car is even better. I usually have my 4 kids or at least the youngest 2 with me and not having to unload and load is a huge plus for me. More expensive than your cheap long wait places. Worth the cost!

Strickland Bros has very kind and thorough customer service! I have been a handful of times and haven’t gone anywhere else to get my oil changed since i first went here. Would definitely recommend them to anyone on this side of town.

This was my 1st visit since the ownership/brand change. Great visit, efficient service, and staff was great. I recommend this shop b/c they do the basics well. No “upgrade” options to get flushes etc…just a solid lube shop doing it right.

The oil change is fast but the oil filter was put on loose so my truck was flowing oil to where my check engine and oil light came on. Dont think Ill be going back.

Had my oil changed at this location. I have a 1999 ford f150xlt 5.4 motor. After i brought my truck home there was a oil drip in the drive way i have never had a oil leak on my truck. I took my truck to my mechanic and the wrong oil filter was installed on my motor. It was much smaller than the right filter.

I have never in my life been treated so well for just an oil change. I was never once pressured for extra services, my fluids were topped off. I mentioned my broken tire sensor and they told me how best to fix it and filled my tires. 100% only using them again. Why cant wother places be this amazing?? If I could give a better star I would.

I got my oil changed at this location, went on a 1000mile road trip pulling a 12,000 pound 5th wheel, when I got home there was a puddle under my truck. The oil filter had came loose and I lost about 2 1/2 quarts of oil. I retightened the oil filter myself and was 2 turns loose. I’m not sure if there is any damage to the engine/turbo of my truck. I spoke to a “manager” there and offered 15% off my next oil change, sorry but there will not be a next time. I’m hoping they make it right.

I went to Strickland for an oil change in my 20-year-old car before heading back up into the mountains and over two passes to reach home. These guys were so thorough and careful and wonderful! I decided to always get my oil changed there when Im in Denver/Aurora visiting my daughter. They went above and beyond checking everything and even fixed my stuck windshield wiper. Highly recomnended!!

Highly recommend. They do whats asked. They do it fast. You can see what they do as you sit in the vehicle and they show you the dipstick. They dont upsell you on anything, like a boot cover or even an air filter. They wear masks. They are professional and a few hundred miles later, my engine is running fine and I dont have an oil leak as some other fast lube places have done by not buttoning up correctly. So yes, I will hit this place up occasionally between my 15k mile services at the all repair shop because ten minutes versus an all day affair at a shop for just an oil change is not really easy to do these days. Thanks guys!

I have benn here several times for an oil change. This time I asked what they charge for Hood Lift arms? He says we dont do that here. Ok. I asked will you please check the transmission fluid while you are changing the oil? He says no, we dont do that here. Ok. I wont be doing my oil changes here!!

I was sitting in my car watching the guys change my oil. That was fine but I didnt see then check my fluids. Tire check and other serviced they said was done maybe Im wrong but I watched carefully. Hate to give a bad report but I have an older car and really need all these things checked.

I came in because my car recently started making a rattling noise but would go away when driving at high speeds. Either way, it was annoying af, and as luck would have it, Im 2 weeks out of warranty. Chris and his team were quick to find the issue (which, thankfully for me, was incredibly small). Chris was honest with the diagnosis and fixed it right away. I was initially concerned going somewhere outside of warranty, since my experience has been that auto-shops price gouge just because its a german car. He DEFINITELY didnt price gouge me like some *other* places might (or would) do - in fact I feel like I almost stole his time with how much he charged me! Dropped it off this morning, and it was ready right around lunch time. And now my car doesnt rattle anymore! YAY!Anyway, all this to say.. Highly recommend! Talk to him before you go anywhere else to see if he can help you out with your car troubles, or even car maintenance!

I have had three cars serviced for many years at this location when it was Finish Line with a synthetic blend. I have a Jeep Cherokee that has had regular oil changes for 5 years. As the new Strickland Bros they charged an extra $10 for what they called a special oil filter and I received a downgraded conventional oil change for $12 more than what I paid Finish Line. I have never paid an extra fee for an oil filter in the 5 years I have owned the Jeep. I have taken my business to another competitor that does not have hidden up charges and costs significantly less than Strickland Bros.

I have been a long time customer of another oil change place in the area. They were busy so I pulled into Strickland Brothers. They did an amazing job. The staff was friendly. The quality of work was good. Hell you dont even have to get out of your car! My wife went as well and said its her new place. I will pull the hotrod out of the garage and let them change it. They do a good job on it and I wont go anywhere else!
