At first, I was truly amazed at how nice and accommodating these people were. They had me thinking that they really cared about me and my car purchase. When I found the car I wanted, I asked for the car fax report and was told that I could print my own(even though they advertise that a report comes with each car). I had some issues that I needed to attend to so decided I would print the report when I got home. Well, imagine my dismay when I found out I would have to pay $39.99. Went back to Boardwalk the next day to sign paperwork and asked again for the car fax report. They said no problem but still failed to print it for me. I went ahead with the purchase of the car (dumb me) and as I was walking out to drive my car away, was handed the report. Didn’t look at it until the next day as I was so excited to have my “new car”. What I learned is that my car had been pretty extensively damaged in a collision (front end damage). Unfortunately, I purchased the vehicle as is and had I been aware of the front end collision damage, I never would have purchased the car. Buyer beware, these guys will do ANYTHING to move a car off their lot. Very misleading in their sales approach. I’m A retired senior citizen on a fixed income and they took full advantage of that and screwed me royally.

I recently tried to purchase a brandy wine convertible corvette from them and I’m out of state and they wouldn’t let my guy come get it. They said it had to be a transit company. Car was listed as flawless and when my guy got there it has tons of damage and was nothing like they said. I think it’s sad they are representing Washington in this poor way.

The only reason Im giving them a two is because the sales guy and the girl doing the paperwork did a great job.The manager is a lying snake. If you find your perfect car here make sure you take it to another mechanic to have it inspected. Dont take his word on anything. They flush all the fluids, reset engine codes and clean the vehicles up just enough to get them off the lot.

Scam artists. Invested time and money into researching a vehicle they have/had listed for sale. Coming from out of state 1000+ miles away took a lot of time and money to plan as well. This company falsely advertised this vehicle as a premium model, even though it clearly states the “model” on the vehicle as well as on a vin check. After bringing this discrepancy to their attention they did nothing to rectify the situation, or change the listing to property advertise the vehicle(for future buyers), and or correct the pricing (thousands of dollars below the value they have listed) I would never trust Boardwalk Motors. And could never consciously send business their way. STAY AWAY FROM BOARDWALK MOTORS! Their mission is to scam people.

Went there today with my sister to look at vehicles because I know vehicles and she doesnt. Told her not to buy the one she wanted because of visible drive train issues unless they were fixed or they lowered the price to offset needed repairs. The sales guy tried to get her to buy it when I walked away encouraging her to lie to me about the price she paid. I would not recommend this place to anyone due to the staffs lack of morals.

We went to boardwalk motors and paid all cash. Todd was our salesman. Todd was the worst!!! He said if anything was wrong within 3 days of our purchase, just give him a call no problem. We called Todd and let him know, the next day that the brake lights were burnt out and something was wrong with the wipers. Do you think he called us? NO. We finally got a hold of him. Realized immediately when he said Ill call you right back. That he was never going to call us again. Todd is untrustworthy, shady and absolutely a true used car salesman!!

This dealership is the worst dealership I’ve ever been too and this service is horrible. I went to go look for a car there knowing what one it was and I test drove it and everything all checked out! Then on the way home from buying it the transmission went out on me and was out the car and all the money I just spent and they wouldn’t do anything about it or Jay the General manager said he doesn’t have to address anything and said he wouldn’t help So I was out the money and the car! So I paid it off and sold it but will never go to this place ever again and will tell anybody and everybody not to shop here not worth buying a broken car. Thx BroadWalk Motor’s!!!!

This place is amazing! I went to plenty of other car dealerships looking for something that would fit my needs. They all tried to push something on me that I didnt want, but here they listened to what I wanted and were able to help me through every step of the way. It being my first car purchase I was very nervous but working with A.J and Breanna they made everything super simple and easy to understand. They work incredibly hard to make sure everything was done correctly and to alleviate any stress I was under. This place is amazing!

After 2 days of back and forth w Ryan Driver about a vehicle, I asked 3 times.... how is the interior of this vehicle??? 3 times I asked and he responded repeatedly that it was super clean. The last time I asked (before making the hour drive one way)... are you certain therr are now Rips, tears, stains or smells??? And his response in capital letters was ZERO. We got privately approved through our own institution and I took the time to drive out the next day.Well go figure in true used care salesman fashion I showed up and there is indeed 2 big stains in the back seat. Several dark and completely noticeable stains in the front seat and the steering wheel control bar is absolutely shattered. With traffic I ended up driving 3 hours. 3 hours of my day wasted due to unethical sales tactics... say whatever you want to hear to get you through the door. When I talked w Ryan his response was at 1st, put seat covers on it. Then he said... Maybe you should buy new.Really???? How about you learn the definition of ZERO. and next time just be upfront about a cars condition. If they would so blantonly lie about the interior of the car makes you wonder what else they would knowingly lie about to sell a car.BTW... I have all messages screenshitt3d and saved to back this review.

We had a great experience buying a used car at Boardwalk Motors! We called a few days ahead inquiring about a specific car and made an appointment with Dan. After we made the drive up from out of town, Dan worked with us through the whole experience. He was kind and didnt pressure us. Their cars are all well taken care of and staff was super friendly! We would definitely buy from Boardwalk again!

While the sales guy was nice, everything I test drove here had issues-transmission slips, exhaust leaks, electrical malfunctions, oil leaks, dead left turn signals, dead batteries, un-kept interiors... I wasnt too impressed with the lack of pride they take in the vehicles theyre selling.

Bought a 2011 rav4 here for $20k altogether. Wonderful car, although I was disappointed i didnt test the horn before i purchased it.

Boardwalk motors is part of a Pyramid scheme with dap insurance and alfa warranty. I bought a car from ( Formerly Evergreen Motors) Boardwalk Motors for $10.000. I got a loan from tapco for $16.000$10.000 to Car.$4000 Alfa warranty$2000 Gap.Gap is supposed to pay the money thats left after insurance pays lender. But for months Gap refused to py the $680.00 difference. After I kicked cried and screamed, did Gap finally agree. So heres the scheme. Instead of Gap sending Tapco the money.1. Gap sent Alpha $680.00cthey took 100 Cancellation fee then sent it to Boardwalk Motors. Board walk Motors took there $100.00 Cancellation fee.Then sent Tapco $438.60 so I still owe Tapco$196.24Explain how if boardwalk motors received a check for $10000 for my car they were paid in full. How do you get a cancellation fee? Its a Pyramid scheme at its finest

Don’t even bother to shop for a car here. Ended up buying a car here and found out it needs $20,000+ in work. Told me the car ran perfectly fine and was checked out by their mechanics. Just take your money somewhere else.

Car salesman AJ made me feel very comfortable from the first phone call all the way down to closing the sale. He really knew his information about the car and really assured me that i was purchasing a quality vehicle... I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

Do not trust these guys! At minimum, insist on a pre-purchase inspection by a 3rd party mechanic. These guys hid a major mechanical flaw. When I discovered it 10 hours after purchase they would not take the vehicle back or fix the problem. Im now facing a 5k repair bill.

It was honestly the best first experience I had buying my first car!Such great and friendly service! AJ made us feel comfortable and we didnt feel pressured at all.They gave me a great deal on my car when I traded it in, and I couldnt believe it! I was so happy about that!They even helped me find a better financial loan!Great deal on a great car!The only issue I had was that the listing of the car I bought said it had a EMV Navigation system.We unfortunately didnt test it when we test drove the car, but after buying it and trying to figure out how to work it for the way home, we realized it didnt have Any navigation system.

The salesman Aman was amazing, A+ guy, easy to talk to. The price of the cars (at least the ones I was looking at) was higher than the actual worth. I asked for it to be knocked down due to the vehicle entirely missing a muffler with a slight engine hop. It was declined by management citing the price is set and cannot be knocked because of the muffler. To that, I was confused, so I looked at the other car, I guess I just didn’t want to fight it and bought the other car anyways even if it was expensive for the vehicle. Whatever. I had a nice time with Aman and his help and effort so I guess it was ok.

Bought my car from Boardwalk in January. Car was labeled as pristine condition, exceptionally clean and has lived in Western Washington.Fast forward a few months and I get a check engine light. Take the Acura I bought into Acura of Bellevue, and to my surprise it turns out there is a junkyard engine put in the car, with missing bolts and exhaust leaks. They said I could probably drive it, but be very careful accelerating as the engine is running incredibly poorly.I have been on the phone trying to get a hold of the GM at Boardwalk for over a week now. They dont return my calls or texts unless I poke and prod and are making this an incredibly painful process.Do not buy a car from here. They failed to also mention rear windows dont roll down, and if their Safety Inspection failed to identify a junkyard engine with multiple exhaust leaks, missing bolts, it seems likely their safety inspection will miss many other things.CarFax for this car were completely clean, so ensure you do additional research before ever trusting CarFax.

I bought my first truck here, I highly recommend this dealership! Aj was awesome! He helped me along the whole process and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Absolutely no complaints, it was a smooth process from beginning to end.

I went to Boardwalk Motors after being denied at other dealerships because of my really bad credit (540) and wife being unemployed. AJ was working with me and the feeling I got from him was that he was real genuine person. I was looking at a 2014 Silverado because it was in my price range and that’s what I wanted, as I was looking it over I also saw a ‘14 Tundra which I would rather have but was $9000 more. I test drove both trucks and realized of course that I liked and wanted the Tundra but knew it was way out of my price range and would not get approved. Jay gave me some numbers for the Tundra and asked if these terms would work. 16.5% interest???? My last 4 car loans were 25-29% interest!!!! I said yes if he can do it! Well, Jay came through and got me approved!! Thank You AJ, Jay and John you guys are awesome!!!

If there was negative stars, this place has definitly earned them!!!! I purchased a 2013 Subaru STI from them and Jamie was my sales person. I noticed the A/C compressor was going out, no biggie, my husband stated he was a mechanic and had no problem taking care of it. So then we wanted to finance the extended warranty and again, couldnt do that and for most of the stuff in the distant future that would come up, we would more than likely be able to take care of it. He took it back to clean it up and took out my floor mats, to which he never gave them back and in a text message I have, he stated he would get them for me. Nope, still dont have them. Within 4 days I was putting in a quart, A QUART of power steering fluid everytime I got into the car to drive it. I spent $900 to rebuild/replace the steering rack, that I had told Jamie was bad the following day, along with the turbo, the head gaskets that were leaking and then found out that the vehicle had a tuner on it due to the aftermarket parts that was taken out and set back to stock and if I were to drive it anymore, it would blow the motor. The GM REFUSES to work with me in ANY WAY, even though when I was talking with Jamie, he kept throwing back in my face that my husband was a mechanic! WHO CARES WHAT HE DOES FOR A LIVING!!!!! He is not a mechanic to fix a car I JUST BOUGHT that you just told me had all of this stuff just checked over and signed off on!!!! REALLY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVEN MY WORST ENEMY EVER!!!! BEWARE! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A TRUE AND HONEST DEAL!!!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU THE HELL OFF! But I have everything in writing and it is now going to my lawyer! I gave them a chance and they didnt take it!!

My wife and I went back the following week to talk to Aj again to get an idea of what we could afford and ended up trading our car in on a nicer one. Have been shopping online for a new car the past few weeks. Im ready to buy. Was looking on CarGurus and noticed they have an option with certain cars to fill out a form and get pre approval. I filled out the form for a car that is on their lot and was pre approved through Westlake Financial. I called Westlake to verify that I was in fact pre approved for an auto loan. They confirmed it, also confirmed my rates and told me I simply needed to go to the dealership and buy my car! Seems simple right? Wrong lol. I called the dealership and one of the sales guys tried to convince me that I should fill out their credit app and go through their lenders. I said that makes no sense, Im ALREADY APPROVED, WHY TAKE MORE HITS TO MY CREDIT? He explained that the dealership has to pay to use Westlake. In my mind Im thinking, OF COURSE YOU HAVE TO PAY, THEY ARE BRINGING YOU LEADS AND HELPING YOU SELL CARS!!! Anyway, I felt like it was shady, and didnt put me, the customer first.

This is a legit car lot. I know sounds crazy but... its TRUE.Our son bought a car from there a week ago, so me and my husband went to see what we can do to trade in our car for something nicer. We worked with AJ and he is truely a great guy. They even take your picture in front of your car before you leave. BEWARE! 6 months ago I was in the market for a used Ford Flex. I passed by this lot and saw a couple good looking cars. After what seemed to be a nice test drive. We got to talking about the deal. I was ready to sign but thanks to Washington Lemon Law some documents I was about to sign were declaring that I had inspected the vehicle by a certified mechanic. I stopped signing and I was allowed to take the car to a Ford dealership by putting down a small deposit ($100). The saleman was advising me that this really wasnt necessary that they had certified mechanics do this for a living and that they make sure that any car they put on the lot is good to go. Im glad I didnt listen to the salesman. After the Ford inspection which cost $200 (well spent) I found out that the car had nearly $5,000 worth of power train issues. I called the salesman up to let him know the bad news. He initially seemed surprised but then later stated that Im still getting a smoking deal (my response in my head was yeah literally). I took the car back and had to call the credit card company to get my ($100) deposit back. I later went to CARMAX and to this day I love my purchase! CARMAX even had it delivered from thier Spokan lot to Renton free withswith no obligations!

Great service. Bought my truck on sunday. Had a problem with the A/C on monday. They took care of it at no cost to me. The best car buying experience I ever had.

This place is VERY unprofessional. I took my car in to be serviced and they gave it back super dirty on the inside, like black marks from oil/grease or something. I needed help locating my warranty and the manager said he didn’t have the info and didn’t want to help me. I had to get a hold of the ONLY USEFUL person in that place (AJ) and he looked up the info in 1 minute. We purchased a car that was (supposed to be) fully serviced before purchasing and ended up having to pay $1400 for a part not even 3 months later. They said they had a shuttle to take me home and it was some random guy in his junky car. This place is raggedy and I’d give -8 stars if I could. I love my car, but I won’t be dealing with them again. AJ is very apologetic every time I call because he knows the place is raggedy. Yuck.Update as of 1/11/2021....still paying for maintenance and repairs for my car that I bought less than a year ago. Stay away from this place please.

After giving these guys a 2nd chance I can not in good faith fake a good review. They have a few good workers josh is good, aj is good. However the way the business is ran is a complete joke. Said I needed to put 4 k down on a car worth 10 k with a 12 % apr. and needed a co-signer. Which this car Barely would start After doing business with a legitimate dealership where I just bought a 2020 car with 10 miles a 1.9 apr and a 2 grand down payment, and no co-signer. I recommend not doing business with these guys. Had to block all their numbers because they would Harass me and ask me to take the review I left before down. Very unprofessional. Stay away from them.

I don’t know how they do business but they set up a big speaker that goes off pretty much every night and couple times a night and it wakes up everybody around the complex. They don’t care about the Neighbors cause something like this they wouldn’t set up at their house.

- Please stay away from this business/establishment. I don’t usually write reviews and never had written a negative one before but please be careful before working with this dealership. I almost died and I was promised to have a car with no issues. At least in driving condition. I have screenshots and conversations to prove how they ghost me and promised to have a decent car. I bought this Bmw knowing that they already serviced it and it was in a good condition. As I drove it off the lot, 5 minutes into driving, car started to smoke and bad burnt oil smell started to come from all over the car. I called back and they didn’t do anything about it. Only ignored my calls, if that counts. I am fully aware that I bought the car as is but this is not a good business. Just because I bought it as is, it doesn’t mean that car needs to be in this poor condition. Second day driving it on the road, in traffic, water pump pulley and belt broke down. Almost had an accident going 40-50 miles per hour and almost hit other cars and died. It’s been 2 weeks I’ve been trying to get a hold of them but they are ghosting me. Not only the car burns oil but pulleys/belt broke down. On top of that transmission is failing and steering is not working properly. You know when you have a joy of driving your new car of the lot, they killed it for me. Car was $12500 and repairs are going to cost more than $12000 and I’m left with a lemon title car. Can’t drive and can’t park anywhere. I’m gonna have to junk it. There are other dealerships that are reputable and you can trust. Please do your research. Don’t do the same mistake. I cannot stress enough how much I hate the car and doing business with this establishment. Check better business bureau and you will see other reviews. Other victims. I have pics and screenshots to prove that almost everything on the car is broken. I got the car 2 weeks ago. I mean even the roof is not stable. While I was driving, the roof lining dropped on my head. I had to glue it up. Trunk doesn’t work, parking sensors and navigation doesn’t work.... etc only thing is working properly is the seat belt (passenger side only because drivers side doesn’t roll up). I lost the joy of driving a new car off the lot. I will never be able to trust any other dealerships again. I don’t want to give out any names of who was working with me because they are only doing their job. He was very kind and responsive before I bought the car so thank you for that. I understand that any car can have problems but please stand behind your business and help out your customers that are in need. There are way too many dealerships.. just saying. Although, one thing I’m thankful for is that I learned a big and pricey lesson from them and will never trust any dealership again. Will always drive the car min 50 miles to let computer reset before buying it. Im left with a junk unit and $12500 worth of a life lesson. Glad that I have 2 other cars that I can drive at the moment. Basically, they buy cars from auctions, lemon cars, reset the computer and sell it to the customers. I understand it was “as is” deal no need to mention it again but come on now, it doesn’t even run. Please be ethical and fair. Not to mention it puts my life under danger. Bad business. It’s my 17th vehicle that owned in my life and never ever had this problem with any other dealership. At least answer my phone and compensate $1000 so I can start fixing the car for $12k or put a down payment on a different car (not from you). This is %100 pure honesty. I don’t own a rivalry dealership or trying to lie about what happened. Thank you for reading it. Please don’t call cause I won’t answer and please don’t threaten me any other way. This is my 2 cents. It was a costly learning curve. Build a better business and choose better cars from action. Thank you.

Scam warranties and shady people. Bought a car and was told that I had to buy the warranty to qualify for financing. 10 months later, the engine blows up, the warranty is no good and this stealership wont do anything to fix the issue except have me tow the car over 100 miles without paying the shop that the car is in. So Im supposed to pay twice to have my car repaired for some reason. The he hung up on me saying I was being unreasonable for not accepting this. Save your money and buy from literally anyone else.
