We purchased a car here today. The process was easy and the staff seemed honest during the process. We test drove two vehicles before making a purchase. Price was a little high which is customary with buy here pay here places. Overall a good experience and a decent reliable vehicle for my family.

Best is pretty good and in my opinion the best place to go if you dont have good credit but you need a car. Of course the better your down payment the better options you have for monthly payments. This is my second vehicle from them and all things considered Im satisfied with good vehicles that ik will get the job done and payments that wont break me. Of course with used cars youll have blemishes but no major issues that left us on the side of the road, they may not be the best for everybody but youll definitely get the best for what you can afford 😊 Best gets my vote!

Less than 3 months of my family buying 2 cars from this place one of the cars had zero brake pads my daughter called me crying she called them first they was rude and told her she have to drive it to them I got off work drove it from the side of the rode to my house yes she made the right choice zero brakes and the other car needs whole front end worked on just be careful this place likes a quick sale not worried about safety just as long as you can drive it off the lot. All I can say is Im fixing it I pulled the fire off no spring and no brake pads I dont understand what happened but all I can say is just be careful cause our second car goes in the shop Tuesday to have the whole front end worked on, 3 months and having issues they can say what they want to say and respond how they want I dont trust this place. And thats my opinion

This place is named the Best Auto Sales but it should be changed. I will never attempt to buy from here again, and no one else should either. I live in Montgomery, and drove here to find a car for a relative. We were told by Jimmy that he would update us on a particular car that we were interested in that was supposed to be coming in (which he also recommended to us). After driving around and wasting more than enough time here, we were told to come back another time, under the impression that the car we were promised we arrive and that he would let us know about. We needed this car ASAP, so of course we did. Days went by, and come to find out Jimmy had lied to us and told us that the car never arrived. However, it did and he wanted to either save the car for himself or for someone else. I will NEVER spend a dime here and I will continue to leave bad reviews. We ended up buying from a GREAT dealership in Montgomery (Jack Ingram Used Cars) and I recommend you all buy from the salesman Craig.Also, dont quote this trying to call and work it out. Dont ever contact me again.
