My truck was brought in for a repeat repair (rear leaf spring shackle inserts failed again in 2 months so entire leaf springs replaced this time) and the advisor told me they were on back order with no ETA l, however, I found that he had lied to me and they were readily available and after getting the manager involved my truck was done next next day and I received a loaner. My 3 star is for the initial experience with the advisor. I should not have had to get the manager involved and would have been ok with waiting if the advisor had just been honest with me in the first place.

Pleasant car buying experience all around. Did not encounter any high-pressure sales tactics. I went in as a relatively informed car purchaser and the sales team there treated me with respect and consideration. I was in Maine for my fathers funeral & my 2020 GMC 1500 Sierra Denali 6.2L started making a noise in the engine. I was supposed to leave Sunday morning to head back to Maryland. With the noise coming from the engine I wasnt feeling good about making the journey home.So I showed up to Lee GMC Auburn at 7:30 Monday morning to have them evaluate the issue. As I spoke to the service advisor, he said the we were going to have an interesting day but to hang tight & hed have a technician check it out. The service advisor came back to me about an hour later & told me that they would have to round up the parts from different locations but theyd have me up & running by 1pm the same day. Wow!! was I ever pleased because I figured Id have to find a alternate way to get home to Maryland & then figuire out how I was going to get back to Maine to get my truck back to Maryland. I went back to my parents home & figuired Id wait until 1pm to call to see how they where making out. When I called into service at 1pm the service advisor said they were just buttoning up the truck & to make my way back to the dealership to pick the truck up.The service was over the top from all involved at Lee GMC Auburn & I want to sincerely thank everyone of you !! I was able to get on the road after packing up the truck & made it home by 11pm Monday night.Again many thanks for the over the top service !!

The service department has always been as accommodating as possible and I needed my work to be done before noon. The service attendant warned me that was not likely. I was called early to let me know I needed brakes as well, and thought there was no way they’d have it done before noon. I was called at 11:30 that the truck was ready. Always professional, friendly and courteous.

I had set an appointment for a couple of recalls on my truck and came in to have them checked out. I was informed that my rear window was going to be covered for a replacement under the GM recall but they would have to schedule appointment at a later time, and I got a call promptly the next day scheduling an appointment for the following week. The day before my appointment I got a phone call that they would have to cancel dont know why but they would have to get back in touch with me. after a couple days Im not hearing back I called in found out why the appointment had been canceled which due to Portland Glass, I did have a concern that with a broken rear window and heavy rain coming I wanted to get the window fixed sooner rather than later. I believe Randy was the service advisor I was working on the second go-round and he did a great job finding someone to get the job done the next day and even stayed late since the glass company arrived late and he had to be there after closing for them to finish the job. I really appreciate all that he did to get the job done in a timely manner and his staying late.

I wanted the 2021 Acadia AT4. I stopped at the dealership just 5 minutes from my work after working all day (cna). Not one person could say hello to me, I stood there waiting for 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. But nothing. So I left!The next morning I called Lee Auto Mall in Auburn to verify the Acadia AT4 I wanted was still available. It was, so I drove an hour to this dealership to make the purchase. I was greeted within seconds by multiple people. I was also greeted by my salesman, Mike Clements. He offered me refreshments while he brought the Acadia to the front of the building. Mike began showing me all the cool features of this vehicle. Mike answered every question I threw at him without hesitation. He knows these vehicles and it shows! I then test drove this vehicle and it was the one I wanted. It had everything I was looking for. Mike put my needs first when getting all the paper work in order. He made sure I was taken care of with the finance manager and not left waiting. I spent most of my saturday at this dealership (11am to about 4:30pm). The atmosphere and comradery of this dealership was amazing! Ive never had that much fun sitting at a dealership before. Once the paperwork was finalized for my purchase, Mike made sure to get my cell phone connected and got all my settings in the vehicle correct before I drove an hour to home. I cannot find one negative thing to say about Lee Auto Mall in Auburn. Mike is a great salesman and a truly great human being! I am great full that the first dealership i went to was a bad experience so I was able to have this great experience with Mike and the team at Lee Auto Mall! I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle!

The immediate response I received when inquiring about the truck was the 1st step in making me feel comfortable to set up a time to take a closer look at the truck I was interested in. The first time walking into the dealer I was greeted and made to feel very comfortable. When returning we sat down with Michael Gagne and we ran down all the numbers he was clear concise and not once did i feel pushed to hurry up and make a decision. After giving it the weekend to give it some thought we were able to come to a very fair deal with no haggle buying experience. With most of the details being worked out over the phone and email when actually picking up the truck was smooth quick and nothing short of outstanding.

Is Zero stars and option? This has been an agonizing three week saga with Lee GMC who are basically practicing bait and switch practices. Brought my truck in for an engine light on and running rough. $2,200, three weeks and four trips to the shop because I was told it was fixed later finally get my truck back after being lied to by the service rep and been given a complete run around. The expected me to pay another $1,000 but wouldnt give an invoice for the final work that was done. The service rep also sits without a mask next to their sign saying masks are mandatory. They use to be a trustworthy business but not anymore.

I dropped my vehicle off for a sticker and asked if they could check into a couple other things while it was in there. I called the next day at lunch to make sure the sticker was all set, was told it was good and ready to pick up. I showed up at 4:30, was charged $200 for an AC issue (that was not fixed, and was covered under my warrantee last month when I brought it on for the same issue- they couldn’t explain why it was covered the first time but not this time, so I had to pay). Then I drive off and notice that my old sticker is still on. I went back in at 4:50, was told that somebody obviously “dropped the ball”, there was no one there to throw the sticker on, and I’d have make another appointment. So now I’m left without a sticker and need to be inconvenienced again to figure out a time I can drop it off for another appointment. So disappointed....

He listened to us, understood that we simply wanted to test drive a few models, and literally handed us the keys to take a couple pretty sweet cars for a spin, asking for no more than copies of our licenses. Wasn’t pushy in trying to show us too many similar vehicles on the lot, but definitely made us aware of other options that fit our ideal parameters. This is our second experience with Lee GMC service center. The guys in the Service Center were relaxed and friendly. They ended up having to order parts and had to give me a loaner. A brand new Acadia! Very smart! I had to bring my Dad home from the hospital in the loaner after major surgery. We all know too well what the potholes are like on Maine roads! He was able to take the hour long ride home quite well due to how smooth this 2019 Acadia road. NOW my parents are looking into trading their Honda CRV in for a GMC SUV! Finally they were able to understand why I love my GMC so much. Thank you for the great service!

I was able to negotiate a deal for a particular demo Sierra 1500 over the phone, including a trade in, because I live 4.5 hours from the dealership and needed to have the details worked out before committing to driving that distance. We made the drive and arrived just before closing time that day and were able to cover everything necessary to complete the purchase and take delivery. The three staff members I worked with were professional, knowledgeable and accommodating in every way and everything went as promised. I didnt want to break the bank but I wanted some bang for the buck.Through active listening, Chuck set me up with a choice of two trucks which suited my needs. First time buyer from Lee GMC. My local dealer did not have what I wanted and could not or would not get what I wanted. I traveled from Ellsworth with no expectations of buying a vehicle from a dealer I had no history with. Mike Gagne, who is sales of the year from 2018 treated me respectfully and was most accodating. We made a deal in less than 10 minutes after a hour long test drive and going over the equipment on the truck. Was given a loaner while they swapped plowing equipment from old truck. While the vehicle itself is amazing and the staff with whom I worked directly were courteous and helpful, the deal and process was filled with mistakes. These mistakes included the following:-Being told the vehicle was on-site and scheduling a time to look at the truck when it was actually in transit.-After speaking with the dealership, the truck was scheduled for delivery on 11/10/18, but was not prepared by a third-party supplier in time. Delivery was actually taken on 11/12/18.-The Purchase and Sale Agreement was incorrect 3 times.-I was informed that the dealers partner banks could match the rate that I could receive from my own bank. After running my credit, they told me that the floor for rate matching was 0.69% higher than the rate I could get elsewhere.-Detailing of the vehicle was poorly done. Plastic was still on the inside handles, seat belt guards in the back seat were removed and not replace, the door panels were scuffed, and blue paint was smeared between the outside door handle and door panel.Once again, the salesman was helpful throughout the process and helped us correct these mistakes as they occurred, but the process errors were frustrating nonetheless.

I was not happy with their service AT All. I went in for a recall on my Saab and the appointment was suppose to be a half an hour to an hour and they went longer to about two hours, which not a big deal right. However, when I finally get my car back the airbag light is on saying there is a malfunction due to the recall they did on my car. I proceed to tell them about the dash light and malfunction and they say oh give it a few days it might go off airbag lights do not perform that way. I call them again two other times that week and they say they will give me a call back they are not sure what to do about it. A week and a half later after calling multiple times and being blown off I am told to go to a Volvo garage and see if they can fix it at my expense for something THEY DID. Finally I go down to the Lee GMC center and they decide that they will keep my car for a week or two and give me a rental (even though they didnt want to and were rather stingy about it) and no less than an hour later they give a call saying they manually hard reset the airbag and the light is out. If it were that easy why give such a fuss and refuse to fix it.... NOT IMPRESSED! I would give 0 stars if that were possible.
