I recently purchased a Toyota Sienna from Russell. He was easy to work with and made the buying experience easy. He handled all the registration paperwork and even brought the vehicle to my city to my mechanic so that he could inspect it before we bought it. He was honest and straightforward. We have been very happy with the vehicle. We did have a mechanic issue a couple months in that was not Russells responsibility anymore, but he took it upon himself to line up a mechanic and fix it - free of charge. Most people are not that caring stand-up these days. I would definitely do business with him again.

This guy russ said we had a deal. He was supposed to deliver it that day. I told him Id get back to him in a few minutes to do the paperwork because I was at work. He said no worries. Called him back less than an hour later and he told me he had sold the car. He didnt call me to tell me there was another offer or anything. We had been communicating for days about the car. Had I known, I wouldve took off work to go get the car but he made it seem like no big deal. Bad business. Stay away from these guys at all cost.

I bought a used WRX from Russ from across the country and had a great experience. Found him responsive, helpful, and really willing to do the things I asked to feel comfortable with the purchase. He took the car to a mechanic of my choice, negotiated fairly, and helped me with title/plates/etc. He even grabbed me from the airport when I landed to pick up the car. Id absolutely work with Russ again and am grateful for how smoothly everything has been. Thank you again!
