We were rear ended and we were sent to Service King by the other drivers insurance. We paid to have our drivers side window repaired on top of the rear damage. When we brought the vehicle home, the window stopped working after a day, as well as the rear camera that was supposed to get fixed. We took the car back to have those two issues fixed. They did not repair the rear camera and while they fixed the window mechanism, they did not out the door panel on correctly. Pieces of my door keep falling off. When we called to have it fixed a third time, the person at the front desk refused and said they werent touching it. The repair work and customer service is terrible. We will not recommend this place to anyone.

They did not repair my car correctly. I had to bring it back to them a couple of times and still was not right. I strongly recommend not to choose them for your repair.Those people in the front desk were disrespectful and talked to me so mean. They did not treat me as a customer and looked down on me.Terrible.

I had a great experience with service king there wasn’t any confusion and everything went smoothly and fast. Their employees are welcoming and that is very important to me. I got my car back clean and looking like I just bought it again. While I was waiting for my car they made sure I had a rental for the meantime. Thank you so much for a great experience and having my car ready in a timely manner. If I ever need to come back hoping I don’t but if I do I will definitely come back here. Ten star service. My car was repaired here in May 2020 due to an accident. A big shout out for superb customer service, excellent and thorough repair.All work was clearly explained, employees pleasant and professional. My first time at Auburn Way Service King and they made it quick and easy. Checked in rental car ready and I made it to work on time. It was scheduled to finish on Monday 2/17 and instead was finished 2/13 4 days earlier. Picking up my car was breeze, car looked good, smelled great. I have been driving it for a week now and no problems!

I orinally gave this Service King a 3 stars rating based on the issue, below. But Ive upgraded it to 4 stars, because of how Service King did a great deed to amend the problem. Chris Beinke, Service Advisor personally contacted me to fix the issue which it was to my satisfaction. If you ever need a service, Mr. Beinke would be a valuable professional to speak with.I was satisfied with the fact that my vehicle was fully repaired, it now looks as great as new. Customer service was great, friendly, and professional. However, upon receipt of my vehicle, it was indicated that the cap for the cap-reservoir tank (part #: 26452AG000) for the break fluid was missing. Also, upon further review the cover-indicator (part #: 35189FJ000) for the gear selector was also missing. These two OEM items were never missing prior to dropping my vehicle off for repair services. Although the total acquisition of these items was less than $40.00 (including tax), it is unacceptable and unsatisfactory to receive my vehicle back with these missing parts.

Like others who are unfortunate enough to have an accident I brought my vehicle to the north Auburn Service King. I was quickly greeted with a smile by a friendly woman named Jan and checked in quickly. They got me into a rental right away. The advisor James gave me an estimate of the time frame of my repairs, he also kept me updated on the repairs. I did not need to call and find out anything. When I picked up my car it was perfect, they even detailed the inside. The shorter man who brought my car up front did mentioned he was able to buff out a spot on the side that wasn’t involved in the accident! I could not be happier with the service and the quality of work. Thank you for taking such good care of my vehicle. I will use Service King if I am unfortunate enough to get hit again.

Couldn’t find my car when I came in to check in it, the tech made a nervous joke that someone may be potentially joy riding it. I laughed it off after we found my car. But after I picked it up I noticed they plugged in my radar detector and both my head rests were all the way up. 100% sure they were indeed joyriding it and that’s why it took so long to get back to me. Will never take my car here again even though this is my 2nd time through and they do good work. Not good enough to risk their damage from driving my car hard.

Service King provided exceptional service. My vehicle was brand new and involved in an accident. Chris, the service manager, assessed the damage and gave me a solid timeline for the repair. Chris provided text updates along the way so I was informed of my vehicle’s progress. In addition to friendly service, Chris ensured the work was completed on time and that exceeded my expectations. I recently brought my truck in for service on two pieces of vandalism. One was covered by my insurance, the other was done by a neighbor boy that I didnt choose to cover by insurance. Service King was able to buff the scratches from the neighbor boy and did not charge me any extra out of pocket costs! Thank you James!

I thought I had damaged my car because it recently started making creaking noises. Just before Christmas, very stressful to say the least. I went into Service King (North Auburn) to ask for an estimate. Andy took a look at it for me and found it was something very minor. Greatly appreciated the kind and courteous help as I was very worried. I had read the reviews before I went in to speak with them. There were a few bad ones and others that were very good (which i have found is often the case leaving me confused:) As I find reviews helpful when trying to find reputable businesses from time to time, I felt inclined to share my experience. I am very grateful there was nothing seriously wrong with my car, but the prompt response and just knowing would have been better than to continue wondering and worrying. Everyone was pleasant and it was a nice, clean environment.

Loudsy service. Had my car in after an accident as my insurance suggested. My car was totaled and i ended up buying it back. I called them 2 days ahead to let them know ill come to pick it up. They handed me my car with the bumper and tail lights completely removed ( they were intact and drivable before i brought them in). I expressed my concern that that was not how I brought it in and i didn’t feel safe driving without the tail lights. they hesitated to put them back but finally did and had me waited for 2 hours to get a waiver to drive the car. I had to missed school that day. All of this could have been avoided if they were well prepared and professional. They lost all the screws when they removed the parts so I had to pay to buy them again. Then i found out that my car was covered with tiny little black paint all over. When i brought my car in to question about the paint, they first said it wasn’t them, and then said it is the detailing business next door that caused it. They told me to go there and show that to them and have them fix it. The sad part was when I explained the situation to 3 of the workers of Service King that day, none of them expressed any apologies for what they did to my car. ( I also had to missed work to fix something that they caused). When i went to the next door to tell them what I was told, they said that Service King accused them because they don’t like them but they was willing to fix the painting as it was too much trouble to sort thing out. I felt bad so i just brought my car home and intended to fix it myself. Horrible experience. Will never come back

The worst place to go. I went in with my mother and they tried to walk all over us. The people working with us were extremely rude. They told us we could not get our bumper fixed because the car was still running and had no problems. I would not recommend this place. Worst costumer service Ive ever experienced.

I have been a customer in last March. I was a prepper and painter in a shop for many of years and I was discussed by the piss poor quality of the prep, and paint work they have completed for me. However my vehicle is a 96 old but, well taken care of. The damage repaired was fender, passenger door, cab and bed side. My dissatisfaction was the sand scratches, unfiled pin holes, fish eye and oily hand prints, and waviness in the blocking. The color was decent for the age.On top of that the tremendous amount of unplsent people to personally work with you threw the process this is my thrid time being in an accident and my first time having a sour taiste in my mouth with not only rude people and a failing product. The saying is true if you want it done right do it yourself.

Not satisfied! ... I took my truck into Service King because another driver backed into my passenger door. When it was ready for pick up after the repairs were made, my rear passenger door wont open from the outside or inside now. It just shows that they didnt inspect their work after they were finished, now I have to find time to bring the truck back and inconvenience my schedule. Oh and I tried calling multiple times after I left and no one answered!

Poor paint prep, painted over chips without prep and painted the new bumper with dust and or particals, lots of little bump spots. No paint blending done here. Lug nuts on the wheel were loose and lost one of them.

Had my car repaired after I was involved in a sideswipe accident. After several delays ranging from incorrect door being shipped to them, to employees taking personal leaves (was told family emergencies so I cant hold that against them), I finally received my car after about 2 weeks, one week longer what they said it would take. Upon receiving the car I noticed 2 things. 1, there was still painters tape on the bottom of the rockerbar totally noticeable to the naked eye and 2, they had used the window actuator/mechanism from the old door that was found in a junk yard (due to me paying out of pocket and not going thru an insurance company), that sounded like it was on its last leg. Not to mention the entire time my car was at the shop, I was the one that had to call them to get any information about the progress of my repairs. Had faulty door actuator repaired next day. Car was also missing the chrome Lxi emblem located on the rear door near door handle, and was told that they would call me when it arrived. Fast forward one month, and I have not heard a peep from them. Called multiple times trying to find out where it ended up, and was eventually told it was shipped to the wrong dealership in California. During this time frame, I also noticed that the almost entire interior piece of my door wasnt attached properly and was hanging on by only half of the required clips. One time it became so loose that I was unable to get into the car from that door, and had to finally wrench it open myself. Once chrome emblems arrived, I had them installed and noted to the main person, (who I am guessing was the shop lead), the situation with my door. He said he would order the clips that had broken, and also another part that wasnt replaced during the repair that I had failed to notice was broken.. Fast forward a month and a half, and in that time I have never had ONE call telling me what is going on with my parts. Went into the dealership to ask what was going on and why my parts hadnt arrived, and was told once again that I would receive a call. Finally received the call, and none of the parts I had ordered were delivered, and were instead at either a different dealership, or some warehouse. Was just told that I would receive ANOTHER call when they come in.. It is beyond me how parts get lost this often and it goes unnoticed. Not to mention the complete lack of any one employee telling me what the status of my repairs or orders were, without me first calling asking them what the heck was going on. Maybe my situation would have been different if I had been paying thru my insurance, but seeing as I payed nearly $2,000 to fix my car out of my own money, I should still be just as important to them as any average joe customer. Have not been satisfied with the overall experience, and would not suggest them to a friend seeking repairs or body damage fixes. After 3 months my car is still not 100% back to new condition. Make the decision for yourself.
