We took our car to get evaluated for an insursnce claim due to a car accident. Chris completed the evaluation the same day and sent the insurance the info ASAP. Then when the insurance asked for another evaluation, Chris did it in a timely fashion as well! Every time I called for an update, they were very kind and professional with my update. I definitely recommend this place.

I got side swiped one day, went to Auburn Collision for a quote, very helpful then once their insurance confirmed repairs A Collision called same day to set up the date to come in. Once in repairs they called every few days with updates on where my car was in repair and any issues that had popped up, like a prior accident causing the new paint on my bumper to crack and needing a whole new one, so when they advised it would be a day later to finish I had no issue waiting. Overall EXCELLENT KIND EFFICIENT working staff happy with my interaction!

Everyone was super helpful and they finished my car 6 days ahead of schedule. Came here hoping to find a better deal to fix my trunk & bumper after being rear ended by an uninsured driver, and the total was thousands of dollars cheaper than the first place I got an estimate from for the same work. Chris saved me so much money ordering used parts that with their great paint work, the back looks brand new! Considering coming back later to have them fix other paint imperfections. Eileen and the staff at Auburn Collision 1 were professional, courteous and friendly. They coordinated a rental car service and they kept me updated with the car repairs at each step of the process. They completed the repairs before the expected date.

My wife had her car repaired 30 years ago at this place,and she decided to try it again. Well see how they do this time.

They gave an estimate on my vehicle for some body damage but did not include the damage to the lift gate stating that I had said that was already there. In fact I was pointing at the scrapes on the bumper from people loading and unloading. I didnt even see the lift gate damage. So there was a misunderstanding. Fine. But when I called them back to address the other damage that was clearly from this accident, they refused to add it to the estimate and the insurance company stonewalled me on the other $800 in required repairs. I gave them a carfax, multiple dated photos before the damage and the opinion of another body shop. I understand that if you are cashing out with an insurance company, the repair shop stands to earn very little money from the time they invested. But refusing to do an accurate estimate? I didnt appreciate that.

Great Service, The estimator and office staff were helpful and friendly. Worked with the Lexus dealer to locate 2 hard to find LS460 stock chrome wheels. Coverage with State Farm required me to just pay my deductible, when I picked up the car. 1st time customer, but they have been at this Auburn location for years.

Darrell D. here. We had our car brought in and they said it would be two weeks but we got a call from them saying that the car was going to be finished like a week earlier. The work that they did was beautiful it cost over 11 k but there was alot of work involved. They even washed and polished it and detailed it. And to have it back so earlier was so great. No more buses for us and we can actually get some take out for Mothers day. Thank you collision 1 of Auburn you are all so great.

Great place- Had to use them twice when my cars were hit by people not paying attention. They did fantastic work, great communication and I got my cars back as quickly as they could. Hopefully wont ever need them again, but if I do, I know Ill be taken care of.

Took my vehicle in after being rear ended. Pemco insurance paid for it. Chris and Everyone there was very friendly, professional and courteous. They kept me informed Daily on the status, and today I picked it up. Looks better than when I bought it. They cleaned up the inside, washed and waxed it. I have used them before, and will again in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Having just bought my truck you understand that to damage it was somewhat traumatic. I went to the Bonney Lake Collision 1, got an estimate, but the earliest they could take care of it was about six weeks out. They recommended the Auburn branch. Went to see them, they took the truck there and then, less than a week later, I picked up my truck. Like new, and the smile came back to my face. Great service things were fast and easy..

I took my 2015 GMC 3500 Sierra HD here to have a small fender bender repaired. (Truck was hit in a parking lot by unknown person/vehicle)The estimate came back at a better price than another local shop and based on all the reviews I found, decided to give them a try.The communication was excellent and I knew what was happening at each step of the repair. Being they are a Statefarm preferred shop, they handled all the insurance side of things for me making it much easier.I took the truck in on a scheduled Monday and the initial repair was completed by Wednesday. I did find a few minor items that still needed to be addressed and they resolved it in 2 more days.The truck looks great and I am satisfied with the repair. You can be confident they will take care of your vehicle and repair it correctly.Would have given a full 5 stars had the repair been perfect first shot but that is a tall order. Don’t discount the 4 star review as that in my opinion is a top quality score and we’ll earned.

Update... the car looks absolutely amazing. No issues driving, paint looks really good. It looks brand new again. I talked to the manager and he was very apologetic about the lack of communication. The last couple days they kept me informed about my cars status. So overall I am happy with the outcome. I probably should have said something earlier about the lack of communication. The car took 1.5 weeks longer than originally estimated, but eith communication from the shop, it would have been easier to deal with. I would recommend based on the finished product if you can handle the lack of updates.Original review...They have had my car for 4 weeks and have not called once. I have had to call in every week for updates. I have been given several dates when the car might be ready, but when I call on the day it is supposed to be done....they still need to finish the same freaking work. Painting....alignment.....assembly. I am starting to doubt that they have done anything. I am now contacting my insurance to see if there is anything they can do on their end, because I am starting to have doubts that they will ever finish the work. day 28 and counting ..... I will update if I ever get my car back

Both girls up front being so nice and helpful, take some of the sting out of having to be there. Barrett the owner, was the one handling our repairs. Repairs done ontime. When we took our vehicle in it was not the cleanest. When returned to me and my wife it was very clean. Not a full all out detail, but you can tell they spent there time cleaning inside and out. Now we are talking a 2 day bumper repair. Not a 1 or 2 week heavy repair. Way to go Barrett and crew!

I gotta give them props. They were very courteous and helpful, they did the estimate right after I walked in. They took care of pretty much everything. Even had the Hertz guy waiting for me when I brought my car in. They called me to let me know when each step of the repair was complete, and exactly when my car would be ready. They did a better job of installing the invisi-bra (clear protective vinyl) than the dealer - NO SEAMS! My car is in better shape than before the accident! Also the estimate was spot on.

My truck got towed to this place, out of my control, after an accident. I dont live any where nearby. I asked them for help to ship me my few items they took out of the truck, which if they had left, it would have been managed by insurance. But they did so, and then said they wouldnt help me figure out how to get my things back. Even if I paid for a fedex label. I mean, talk about not going any extra mile. Not helping someone. As a person in Cust. Service, this is the type of things I pride my team on never doing. Always find a way to help. What takes two mins of your time could equal a great review, future business. Would never go here now to tell anyone too. What a shame.
