I have had to use Bob and his staff a few times for some minor repairs on my vehicle and they have been great each time I have been in.

I had my front bumper repainted after some damage. Looked great when I got it back, but within a couple months it has started chipping and peeling badly. I took it back in and they claim I hit something to cause the chipping and peeling, and that I would need to just repay all over again to get it fixed. For one, I did. It hit anything. But for two, if I had, it should’ve scratched the paint, it chipped it over a third of the bumper. I would not use them again due to their poor quality work and unwillingness to fix their issues.

I would say that outwardly, this place doesnt look reassuring. But I guess dont judge a book by its cover has merit. Inside is a treasure trove of memorabilia and various accolades awarded. If I understand correctly its a local family owned business so the material is personally owned as well, and why not put up what you want?While I only went in for an estimate, Chris was courteous and informative, not to mention apologetic to his busy nature. To his credit, it was quiet when the exchange started even if it didnt end that way. I was given a detailed written estimate and quick overview by Chris explaining it all before he wishes me a good day before addressing the next person to come in more directly than he had by delegating her to preliminary paperwork while finishing my estimate. I compliment his ability to cooly, calmly multi-task.When feeling like the worst for having to be there, he made me feel just a little more comfortable.

Family owned which is a huge plus. Beautiful work. Absolutely no complaints. Any body work I need done will be at this shop. The owner obviously cares about the customer and the product. Thank you guys.

I do not have words for what a great place this is. They are very simple, yet straight to the point! No games or back and forth nonsense. I loved how personal they are. Bob is great! Front office Lena is great their dogs are great. And wow did their mechanics deliver, they did an amazing job and they got me my truck looking beautiful again after being rear ended right on time before my wedding day! Super quick. Lena always stayed in communication with me giving me updates and answers all of my questions. My husband and I are very happy we chose Auburn Valley!

Auburn Valley Collision was the second shop I went to to get an estimate on damage from being rear-ended. The first shop missed some damage in their estimate and the insurance company started doing what they do. I needed another estimate. Chris looked at my car after I had let him know I may just be cashing out with the insurance company. He was very professional, didnt miss any damage like the first shop and from talking to him about my vehicle you could tell he was experienced and knowledgeable. Whether or not I get my car professionally repaired this time around, I dont know. But when I do need an professional autobody shop in the future, definitely going to use these guys. The entire staff working in the office seem like good people. And their German Shepherd will play tug of war with his Frisbee while you wait. 👍 Honest folks. No BS.

I really like this place. My company does a lot of business here and the staff makes me feel like family. Even the pups are always happy to see me. (My favorite is Thor) 🙂

My truck had to have a new frame installed. This shop did a great job. Updates during the repair time where great. This shop does great jobs on alignments too. Would definitely do business here again.

Not COVID compliant.Yes They have masks out front, The receptioniat at the time wore a mask and correctly, Chris wore a mask correctly (who were both dressed professionally non jeans - very respectable) however the remainder of the staff I encountered wore them as chin diapers. One was the owner.They Had a current COVID outbreak and were communicating about it.My time at their business to obtain an estimate was with Chris. I may have considered using them because of the service I did receive from Chris, however I overheared the owner speaking to another staff member and I was shocked, to say the least. It was displeasing. Customers should never experience what I witnessed nor should anyone staff or other wise. This individual is a human being.

Located original parts for my 1998 Isuzu Rodeo. Customer Service was excellent. They kept me informed of progress and final fit and finish was great.

Recently had to bring my 2014 Subaru here after being rear ended. They did a very good job repairing it, it looks great, haven’t had any issues and we have had it back in our possession for about a month now. Every one I was in contact with was very kind and helpful. These folks are honest and easy to work with.

Had my car widow bashed out. The replacemt looked better then the orginal plus they tinted the window to match my others. I was even able to get a ride home after dropping my car off. Plus price was significantly less then everywhere else I called. Will definitely be using these guys again.

Ricardo said he took the belts off and that my motor was seized on my Trans Am. (When it ran before I handed it to the shop) When I received the car, the cob webs were still intact on the belt and my car started and ran just fine after putting a new battery in myself. Very disappointing when a mechanic says he doesnt understand older cars.

Chris & Bob are professional and honest. They have always been helpful and there when one of my vehicles is in need of repair. I highly recommend them!

Had my truck at Auburn Valley Collision twice for 2 different repairs. First time Bob and his staff went above and beyond to get my truck repaired correctly after another shop failed. Second time they were able to get parts for truck somehow when others had failed. Excellent service, awesome attitude, friendly staff!!!

They did not do a good job on my vehicle I got my vehicle back yesterday 9/17/18 the headlight was not fixed now my other one is full of condensation there is still scratch marks on my bumper and dent as well. My vehicle did not have any condensation in the headlight when I dropped it off have pics for proof my rate for them is a ZERO

I have to start off by apologizing to Auburn Valley Collision on behalf of my Aunt, Nicolae.. She gave them a horrible review last year; but the reality is she never even took her vehicle to this shop. She had taken her vehicle to another shop with a similar name. I personally have had Auburn Valley Collision repair my vehicle on a couple of occasions and I just cannot say enough good things about them. They have always been extremely professional and courteous.. They would always keep in constant contact with me via email or text and my vehicle was always returned to me in the time frame promised; looking better than ever. Kudos to the Auburn Valley Collision Team!!! I would never take my vehicle anywhere else for collision damage or mechanical work.

Bob and all the staff here really excel at their jobs and work with you through the entire process. I brought my BMW here after a mishap at Costco when a cart dented the 3/4 panel taking some paint with it. I had an estimate done at Service King and wanted a comparison since this was a self pay fix. Bob looked over the estimate, was able to tell my in an informed way what he could do to save money without compromising looks and overall finish. He explained the downsides and upsides to the savings he suggested and walked through what he planned to do. The car came out looking great and just like new. He also was able to shave about $250 off the overall costs. Highly recommend and I have taken my other BMW back to him because of his honest work!

They way over priced their labor hours. Went to another auto body they charged me 1/3 of the price. Do your research before going here.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!There are no words to describe my extraordinary bad experience with this shop. We brought on June 30th, 2014 a damaged Chevy Silverado into their shop and were greeted with smiles. And then they showed their true face: first, the shop could not find a part anywhere in this country (keep in mind this is an American car). On August 7th, we had to rent a car and on September 12th the insurance stopped paying the rental. Enough is enough! Bob, the shop owner, finally finds the part that he needs to repair the car on September 2nd. As of today, September 15th, we are paying for rental car out of pocket and the car is still in his shop with an undetermined due date; they havent even started on it; their excuse is that couple of their technicians left ... no surprises there.STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! Insurance sent them the check on July 7th and as of September 15th, the car is still not fixed!!!! Now they are rude on the phone and they keep hanging up when I call for updates.
