I was so impressed with the professionalism and organization of this company. I was sent their way to repair my car after being rear ended. When I arrived they were ready and waiting for me. They had a rental car waiting for me. They were clear about their process and communicated with me throughout the entire repair. I would use them again and will be recommending them to friends and family. Overall very positive experience.

After being side swiped by a driver with no insurance, Collision Pros took my vehicle in, and completely knocked the repairs out of the park. The body work and paint color matching was top notch, and they kept me involved with the repairs along the way. Theres been a looming clicking noise since the accident that neither myself, nor them could diagnose, so they even took it upon themselves to schedule an appointment after the fact with the dealership to make sure the issue gets resolved 100%. I hope I dont have to, but I would absolutely use this shop again for any collision related repairs.

Fixed our Prius fast after being rear-ended. Car was done a week early. Staff were all professional and very helpful.

Collision pros replaced the tailgate and inner and outer quarter panels on my all aluminum pick up truck. They did an excellent job which required a high degree of skills And also finished it within two weeks which was the time I needed it by. Hillary did a great job facilitating it through the different phases I would highly recommend them they exceeded my expectations.

This was my second experience with Collision Pros. A couple of years ago I mangled the front of my Prius when I hit a racoon on Hwy 49. They treated me and my little car so well that I requested we take my agency van in for repairs when a car with a bike rack backed into it.Again, I was treated like family and the van is like new again.They not only performed the work quickly and efficiently, they kept me informed of every step along the way.I highly recommend Collison Pros.

The quality of the repairs I had were great. My only complaints are that there was never anyone at the front desk to help people when they come in and that the inside of my car was not cleaned - only lightly wiped down. Repairs from other shops Ive used do a full clean on the inside as well as the outside.

Took the vehicle in here because I hit a deer I talk to were very polite and were very eager to help. Answered all of my questions and gave me complete confidence that the job would be done correctly. Once I receive vehicle several things were out of order first of all there was still blood and guts in the fender and along the side of the truck the gal that gave me my truck said yep bugs are hard to clean off at that point I didnt decide to mention about all the deer hair still in the wheel well. When I got in the truck I noticed that flyers for hanging down from above where the window is right in drivers view. Then my upper panel on the roof was not working. I showed her these few things and she said she would take notes and put them in the file. When I pop the hood I noticed that my power steering fluid was low which was affected when I hit the deer spewing power steering fluid everywhere. When I asked them to top it off a guy came out and told me that it must have been leaking previously because they check the hoses and topped it off the Friday before. My emergency brake now go straight to the floor and fog lights dont work anymore the guy in the beginning told me it was just a loose connection when I asked him to check on that before I even picked up the truck. And thats just what Ive noticed so far 20 minutes Im leaving the place. Just my experience good luck with yours.UPDATE!!!!!!! Jason with collision pros called me immediately and apologized for what happened. Jason asked me to bring back the vehicle so he can oversee the repairs personally which I declined. I had already taken the vehicle to a different shop, and wasnt trusting of collision pros. Jason went to that shop and looked at the vehicle and agreed to pay them to do the work to fix the damages. Jason called me every step of the way assured me it would be taken care of also giving me back my deposit. Without Jason calling me and talking with me I never would have thought to give collision pros another chance. After speaking with him I believe things will be better for the next person.To collision pros, I would not have even considered changing this review if it wasnt for Jason. You guys are very lucky to have him as an employee. Jason thank you for your excellent dedication to customer service. You won back a customer today. Thank you.

Brought my fleet vehicle here for two dings in doors on the right. They arranged for PDR repair for under $190 and was done within a couple of hours. Barely noticeable after. Great service all around and were able to fit me in very quickly too! They also arrange with enterprise in the most convenient possible way. Was able to just pick the rental up here and drop it off here, too... Theres no better way these two businesses could collaborate.Thanks Collision Pros for the all around perfect service!!!The one thing that could be improved in my opinion is the visibility driving on 49 northbound as it is mediocre and theyre very easy to miss in the 55mph zone maybe have an arrow a little bit up the road, or a sign on your roof that goes higher up.

I chose Collision Pros for my car repair based on an earlier experience with them. My son hit a deer which damaged the passenger door preventing it from opening. The car was old so I didnt care about the resale value, just wanted the door to work. I took the car to Collision Pros for their advice and the technician did some pushing/pulling and got the door working, no charge.This recent experience was also very positive. I received regular updates on the status of the repairs and they ended up getting it completed 3 days earlier than anticipated! This repair was on a newer car and it looks like new now! I would definately recommend Collision Pros.

My truck was dropped off at Collision Pros following an accident over 2 weeks ago and I could not have been more disappointed....Granted my truck is an 04, so not new but it atleast looked even and presentable. Well now it looks like I took it to some parking lot body shop guy.... the paint doesnt match very well, the lights no longer match... They didnt even bother to rinse it down after it sitting 2 weeks in their lot getting covered in paint dust, body work dust, smoke etc.... $2400 in repairs and my truck looks worse than it did before they worked on it.....This is THE WORST experience Ive ever had dealing with any automotive business....

All the pieces dont match, or line up properly and my truck was filthy. They didnt do a repair job worth $2400.. Will not be recommending Collision Pros.

If you’re within a reasonable driving distance and own a Tesla that unfortunately got into an accident, Collision Pros Inc in Auburn CA is your answer.Exceptional staff and most importantly jaw dropping quality of repairs and they are pretty fast when it comes to getting the work done and having your car back on the road.Unfortunately there is almost always a bit of waiting for parts when it comes to Tesla and also because more parts may be needed once they open up your car. But throughout the six or so weeks that my car was at their shop, I got regular updates and the results are more than satisfactory.Thank you to all the staff and engineers. Hope I never see you again in a professional capacity but you’ve made me happy again after seeing my repaired car. :)

Amazing. Without a doubt would I recommend to anyone! I was properly greeted coming through the door each and every time. They replaced quite a bit of parts on my car and had it all done in under a week, and they even cleaned my car! The customer service was great and if anything ever did happen again I wouldn’t think twice about coming back.

It was the rudest, worst experience I have ever had. They were dismissive and arrogant! I will never take a vehicle there.....EVER! And I will make sure to tell EVERYONE I know to NEVER do business with them. I also filed a complaint with GEICO. Go anywhere else for your auto repair needs. I had a concern about my car battery after it had been serviced there, and without hesitation the owner went above and beyond to take responsibility and make it right, including covering the cost to replace my battery. I can’t remember the last time I experienced such a high level of responsiveness to a customer concern. In addition, their work on my car was excellent and efficient. Collision Pros made my claim with State Farm a very easy process. They kept me updated and finished the repairs ahead of schedule. The color match and parts fitment were very good. I was happy with their work and would use them again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called to ask for an estimate and before I even explained what was wrong I was told they cant work on it. The guy didnt even offer for me to bring it in!! My car has a scratch on the door which totaled the car because its older and we just wanted the scratch fixed! Guess it wasnt a big enough job for them. The guy was seriously rude. Horrible customer service.
