Although I requested a return receipt for a drop-off pre-printed label, I was told at this store that I didn’t need one; that I could just use the tracking number. I’ve never been told this at any UPS store when a return receipt was requested. I always request them in case I have to prove drop-off. I’m sure I’m not the only person to do so. This was very surprising and lacking in customer service. I will not be returning to this UPS location.

Staff is great! mairyn and melanie are the best! btw I see a bunch of karens in the reviews and I wasnt surprised. Buckhead is full of entitled karens that want everything their way. If you dont like their prices just go somewhere else no one is forcing you to pay and stop b***ing about it!

The workers today were extremely friendly and helpful. It is great that they can assist customers in English and Spanish!

The worst UPS store in Atlanta (i have been to quite a few!) To start, the staff is rude and unhelpful. They get irritated when you bring Amazon returns and keep speaking in Spanish. On top of that, they charge to use a little piece of tape. Terrible experience over and over. There are almost always 3-4 people behind the counter, but only 1 is working while the rest are chit chatting.

Extremely poor customer service. Training and better communication needed. Customers suffer without it.

System went down and had to wait a long time. Made repeated quality errors in entering my name correctly and misspelled Roswell Rd which is the address of the store. And made me wait behind a customer who came in after me. Poor experience.

Be Warned: this store is notorious for Price Gouging. They nickel and dime you for everything at this store. It’s a racket. $10 for one piece of tape. Go to others - Brookhaven or Collier Road stores far nicer

As several others have mentioned they charge an outrageous fee for notarizing documents. $14Most other UPS stores are reasonable at $5 or less.

“Lost a package” That we paid them to ship for us, turns out it never left the building and now when you call them they leave you on hold for 30+ minutes or until you hang up. No I have to go through the process of filing a claim to get our money back for the package they lost. Horrible service!

I have been a customer at this marvelous neighborhood UPS Store #248 at Chastain Square on Roswell Rd for years! Rosemary, Brian, Travis and the other terrific staff members are always friendly, professional, patient and unwaveringly helpful. As an attorney and published writer, I often have the need for diversified services ranging from photo copies, mailing, laminating, scanning, wrapping and complicated editorial projects. The staff always figures it out! Of course you will pay more than you would for standard mailing at the post office, but that is a small price to pay for convenience and personalized service. This UPS Store is the best!

I love this UPS store, especially now that amazon has the option to return not in the original box or your own packaging. The people are always super friendly. I will say that I think it’s one of the most expensive, but it is in Buckhead. The only thing is the parking is tough at this location but everyone makes it work by parking illegally. Again, staff is always super friendly and thats what makes the customer experience!

Nice people, but the most overpriced UPS store I’ve ever been to. Stores usually charge 2 dollars per notarized documents. They charge 16 for the first one and 4 for the next. It’s insane. Total price gouging. Will never be back.

Been coming here for a long time but no more. I was in a pinch and needed a notary and guy said it would be $14. When I pressed them on here, he came down to $10. They are trying to make money on Notarys? I would really like to hear an explanation as the UPS Store in Sandy Springs Charges $4.

The new staff are inept. Cant follow a simple instruction. Emailed the guys to explain and they couldnt even be bothered to respond. Dont care - about your printing, postage or service.

Called this store to confirm that I could receive usps packages here using ups mychoice. They told me I could. Then they start rejecting my packages and the usps doesnt even know where my packages are. When you press them hard ups will admit that only certain packages from usps partners will be accepted, such as Amazon. And they cant tell me why they rejected my packages at the ups store, or even notified me that they rejected them. No record with ups at all, only usps tracking says rejected by recipient. Thanks!!! Now I have $200 worth of goods in usps purgatory. Should be called mymistake.

Ripped off. $10 for notary, and $4 for second signature. No time to run to bank that does it for free, so I let you rip me off. It took about 2 minutes.

This is the address of Workplace Compliance Services, a questionable entity that tries to scam people out of various governmental filing fees. Google them. Presumably the UPS store rents a mail box to them.
