I paid over $1200 for movers to move us out of a rental storage that’s less than 5 miles from our house. I have a $3500 table set with a very heavy glass top that they moved out of the storage using a moving blanket. When they moved it again out of the truck and into my house, they lost their grip and caught it. One mover balanced my tabletop (that weighs about 100 lbs) on his foot while the other one went to grab a blanket out of the truck. Unsurprisingly, the one holding the table top lost his balance and crunched my $900 tabletop on the floor of my garage. I know this because I was standing right there watching when it happened. All My Sons is (laughably) offering $125. So, their guy acted unprofessionally, broke a very expensive item and instead of doing the right thing and paying to replace it, they wanna give me .60 per pound for the tabletop their guy broke. That same guy, is the guy who told me to choose the option I chose in the paperwork that made it this way, I believe mistaking it for the other option. He explained while I was signing the paperwork that I wanted the option that paid for full replacement. So that’s what I chose based on his recommendation. (Or so I thought.) I don’t recommend this service if you can avoid it. They’re shady. And if you DO decide to go with them, take your time signing the paperwork regardless of what the presenting employee is telling you.

PLEASE UPVOTE THIS REVIEW.**AVOID. WE WERE ROBBED! ** We were initially quoted ≈ $500 - $600 to move a 2-bedroom apartment. Therefore, I was surprised to have I received a bill for $1,300! Better yet, the movers refused to unload our belongings off the truck until they received payment (holding our valuables hostage).The icing on the cake, they left our belongings disassembled in the middle of our new Livingroom. Our bed dismantled and scattered; we were forced to sleep mattress to floor.Any attempt to speak with their General Manager, Tony, proved unproductive, as the CRIMINAL continued to falsely assert, we were given a minimum cost and not an estimate and hung up on us! He even went as far to lie, by falsely claiming hed reduce the charge... which he never did.We’ve used different movers in the past with no issues. Try literately anyone else.

Allen and his team were amazing, respectful and very friendly. They worked efficiently and extremely fast in moving our furniture. The team worked well together and helped each other with positively. thank you guys very much for all your help and kindness! it was a great and productive day thanks to you all!

The crew was very green and even boasted about it being their first day moving home furniture. They were very nice and energetic but also very careless and forgetful. I had items that were missing that were packed onto the truck, but didnt seem to make it in the house. I actively watched them drop furniture causing bends in lega. Glass items were thrown in plastic bags and shattered. Completely destroyed my all wood dining table. Damaged the hardwood floors at the new place and ripped holes in my couch trying to force it down a narrow hallway.On top of all of that they were very slow and it was a very expensive move! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

All My Sons managed to do over $20,000 damage (and counting) to my furniture and personal items. 75 inch TV smashed, custom handmade furniture scratched, Italian walnut dining table, outdoor furniture gouged and cushions missing! I will upload more pictures and videos soon, this is all that is available on my phone. Pllease have a look at how the truck looked when we saw the rear door go up. Everything was everywhere, damage was immediately obvious to all of us. Clearly, nothing was wrapped properly or tied down. Best part... Even after we provided receipts for repair/replace and spending many hours working with them and their insurance agency, we were offered $130.00...We are still picking up the pieces. DO NOT BELIEVE FOR A SECOND THEY HAVE INSURANCE OR YOUR PROPERTY IS SAFE. Regardless of what it is, they treat it like they do not care. They blocked the elevators and hallways so badly with furniture that the building called to let me know I would be receiving a fine because other residents could not reach their homes. The level of communication was on point from beginning to end. I entered my name, phone # and answered about 4 questions on their site and immediately got a text asking if it was ok to call me and immediately had Stephanie I believe her name was calling me. Within about 5-10 minutes I was set up with a moving date. I had a follow up call 2 days before moving date to confirm everything was still the same from Tony. The guys that assisted Sam, Rocky & Spencer showed up on time and worked hard wrapping all the furniture pieces and where very nice and polite. Received a call from Donnie checking on the progress and making sure everything was going ok with the guys. Upon unloading we unfortunately found a few items where damaged glass was scratched, knobs broken, shelf clips broken and some deep starch marks where made on the brand new flooring in the master room. Our furniture is sold wood and very heavy they did the best they could. I would recommend they use the furniture straps in the furniture, it would minimize the damage caused to customers flooring.

We had the best moving experience thanks to Allen, James, Derron! They moved our dad from GA to NC and were so wonderful. All three were professional, careful and thorough and had THE BEST attitude. Moving is typically a stressful experience but their personalities and work ethic made is such a positive experience. They were also a great team and worked well together. Demetrius and Quincy and their team did an outstanding job of moving us in a house-to-house move. They were very careful with all of our furniture and did not leave marks at our new house. This moving company is the worst moving company, I have ever worked with. They will over charge you after the 2 hours they guarantee. They will take their time and go over 8 hours, then they will charge you overtime for their employees. I had a local move and the give me a bill for $2,893.00. Their employees just throw my stuff in my storage and some of my furniture is scratched up. Their employees are very unprofessional and they were playing around. The storage facility had carts with wheels on them to help you take your stuff to your storage from your vehicle. One of their employee were riding in the cart up and down the hallway in the storage facility.At the end of the move their employees had the nerve to ask for a tip for the poor job they did.

The movers of All My Sons were AMAZING! Professional, courteous, and efficient. Our family is sincerely grateful for their help into our first ever new home. Thanks for everything, fellas!!

We recently moved my mother in law to KY from GA . All My Sons did an excellent job with our moved. They were friendly from the start and Abbie my estimator was so helpful and immediately answered any questions I had. The guys who packed and delivered for us were respectful and wore their masks and were very careful moving her things. They were efficient when they delivered to us! I hate writing reviews, especially negative ones, but this has been bugging me since the move and I want others to be aware.The sales person I worked with was amazing, responsive and professional. The movers themselves were very friendly, respectful, and appeared to take care of our things as they wrapped individual pieces etc. Aside from the fact that some of them were totally stoned when they got here and proceeded to sneak a puff behind the truck from time to time... (Had to explain what that smell was to my kids...awesome...)But heres where they lost stars for me and it turned into the worst out of our 7 last moves. 1. The leader made it clear that he expected tips for doing things that a $6K move should include. 2. We were constantly made to feel guilty for not providing lunch...They sent 6 people to do my move and Ive usually only had 2 or 3. How do you tip and feed 6 people, especially on a move that cost me double what my move 2 years ago did...? (I did tip them, but mainly to shut them up and get them to leave) 3. They took things we told them not to, and left things we told them to take multiple times, and would come back and blame us for having told them the opposite. Multiple family members witnessed this happening... Then when they had to return a refrigerator to my old house that we told them 3 times not to take, they made it seem like they were making an exception and doing us a favor that we should be charged for. They even swindled the people at my old house for a tip when they took it back. 4. Ive never had more things broken or damaged in a move, or pieces lost, or pieces left behind. I even had to go back a few days later and get boxes that were missed, which I take partial blame for since I did a walk through with them after. I really wanted them gone, so must have overlooked. 5. They reassembled my kids beds so poorly that my sons mattress fell through and he almost got hurt. I had to reassemble them all. It was not just a loose screw. It was done poorly and incorrectly.Again, they were nice people but I wish I had just done a Uhaul and hired hourly movers like Ive done every time before. I would have saved thousands.

I was worried using All my Sons at first because the quote was higher then others. But the Manager called to follow up and was very nice. My lead mover Tyrone was top notch professional and all the guys were fast but careful. During the move in, they even saved my dogs life when he got out of the gate. All that and they came in way under budget. I couldnt have be happier with them. Thank you!!!

David, Mason and Shreddick from All My Sons were literally the most skilled movers we’ve ever hired, and my wife and I have moved more than a few times. These guys are geniuses with it, literally nothing was broken or out of place, and they cruised through the move at a constant pace. More than half of our belongings are rare art, fragile instruments, and delicate antiques, and these guys handled it all with care, properly wrapping and protecting everything. It goes without saying that they were polite and friendly, so if you’re looking for movers in the Atlanta area I would not recommend anyone else over these three, call All My Sons and ask specifically for them. Quincy Arnold and his two men were awesome. They were prompt and attentive to the details of the move and took good care of our furniture. They helped me with taking items to our two storage units and also helped me to reorganize the units to fit the most in each. All around great guys and great service. No complaints. Exactly what I hoped for: two strapping young Titos and an Emanuel called to let me know their eta, showed up on time, and moved my heavy stuff way, way better than I could. I literally just told them what to take and where it was going when they got there, if they had any questions they asked and didnt just put stuff wherever. I hope I dont have to move again but if I do Ill call the same company for sure. Couple scuffs on things and a couple pieces of chipped veneer on some wood pieces but I totally just accept that thats going to happen. A+.

We contracted with All My Sons to move from an apartment in Sandy Springs to another in Woodstock in July. They require $100 deposit. It was explained that the apartment was on the third floor with 1 1/2 flights of stairs separated by landings and that they needed to arrive early in the morning. They didnt show until after 12. After showing them the apartment, the driver went outside and began taking pictures of the stairs. My son received a call from the dispatcher saying they could not do the job. My son tried talking to the driver who said she was allergic to cats, of which there was one. They left and we were scrambling to find another at a moments notice. Very unprofessional. Since the driver was immediately taking pictures of the steps, we summoned that the steps were the issue. My son clearly explained that they needed to be there early as it takes extra time to maneuver the stairs. He also did not get his deposit back. MOVERS BEWARE!

David and Derrick were early and knocked everything out quickly and throughly. Definitely would recommend these two guys for anyone who is trying to move and wants reliable service.

The experience was horrible all because of one individual who works for all my sons and thats DONNY RIGGS!This individual does not know how to properly communicate with the consumer. He was extremely rude as well as his tone via phone was very unwelcoming. When someone is spending their hard earned money they should be treated with the upmost RESPECT! I will never do business with this organization again and they can thank DONNY RIGGS for that!

Hard working gentlemen and never complained once and it was H-O-T today! From the packing up stage to the breaking down stage, everything just flowed! Money well spent on this (hopefully final) move I made, but I will definitely refer All My Sons moving to anyone I know that is changing locations! Allen, James, and Derron moved my dad from Atlanta, GA to Durham, NC. Everything arrived unbroken, including antique furniture with glass panes. When they unloaded, the trio moved the heaviest items where my dad wanted them. My sister and I anticipated this move would be very stressful and difficult, but Allen, James, and Derron were so wonderful and thoughtful, it was almost fun.

Tito’s team was phenomenal! Fredrick and the guys were super fun, super fast, and nothing came broken. The whole crew finished in half the quoted time, even in the rain! 10/10 will use All My Sons anytime we need to move again.

I paid for heavy/oversized furniture to be moved. EVERYTHING WAS DAMAGED. From The basketball goal (hole in base, weight gel leaked out after move),/ to the three month old washing machine being scratched up. Hole in the dining room table. Electrical cord missing from China Cabinet. Customer service said, Oh well.$390 for damage, $100 for holes in the wall. No mention of the oversived mailbox the driver knocked down on the way out. $1,700 not well spent. You would do better to hire friends and family!
