Worst customer service of all time. Patrick is completely arrogant and rude and no wonder his stores performance suffers. Use other UPS stores!
I really enjoy the people here. They have new added members to the staff and everyone’s helpful great and efficient. I’m glad their so close, definitely helps me get a lot of stuff done!
This is one of the worst places that Ive ever been to. They are liars and the rudest UPS Store that I have ever come across Located at 2221 Peachtree road, 30309. I advise you not to go there ever for anything. I went in and wanted to make a copy on the printer. Patrick the manager told me that my USB may not work on the $0.15 copier, which was not true because I used it before. The BW copies are $0.15. Patrick said he would print them off for me, instead. BW -Black and white COPIES total should have been $0.60 CENTS for 4 sheets. But instead he charged me $2. Which makes me wonder if theyre illegally overcharging for other things . Which was a double charge. Please do not come to the store you may be illegally and unethically overcharged or mistreated if you are not their preference.. I will try to never go back there again especially being somewhat threatened to be careful out there.
Only UPS store in the U.S. that doesn’t provide notary service. If you don’t care about that they are fine.
Always had great service at this location, half a block from my home. I’ve been going there for 10 years. Unfortunately, when I went in last week I was assisted by a new employee that I’ve never seen before. He was non-communicative (after I started things off with “hey, how are you doing?“, He just stared blankly at me and said do you want to mail something?), and basically seemed annoyed that I pulled him away from chatting with his coworkers (they are pretty talkative group there, but usually when someone walks in they turn their attention to the customer). Finally, the recipient of the package said that the box looks pretty damaged upon arrival, I just hope this was from delivery process, and not something that happened at the store after I commented that he was being rude. I understand this employee could’ve had an “off” day, but he definitely stepped on my good mood as it was my first day out of the house in a couple of weeks. No major problems. There’s another UPS store a couple of blocks down from my job downtown. I will start going there instead. Not trying to cause the store or the new employee any major problems -considering this is not an over-the-top situation. Just wanted to leave feedback in case the management is paying any kind of attention to this stuff, maybe some re-training.
Efficient and lower printing cost. Willing to help, but clearly was bothered by an end of the night customer who called ahead & raced to get there before close. I ended up leaving with a package unsent due to this.
The worst experience in US! I am from Europe and I haven’t ever meet such a bad costumer service ever. Patrick showed unprofessional behavior and instead of helping he was arguing with me.After 3 minutes of me asking him for help with refund his answers was “that’s all, we finished!”I am not sure that “professionals” like him should represent the company. I hope manager will see this and react somehow.
UPS Store endangering customers during Covid 19. This afternoon I was a customer at the 2221 Peachtree Rd UPS Store in Atlanta, GA. I use this store regularly as it is within 1/2 mile of my residence. I was shocked that the UPS manager and UPS employees working at the front desk were not wearing masks. Neither were they cleaning surfaces between customers: desktops, shared pens, shared credit card devices et cetera. The UPS manager on duty at 4PM 4/21/20 indicated that he was not wearing a mask because hed already had COVID. Testing is limited in GA, therefore the manager almost certainly doesnt know whether he has, or has not had the disease. In any case, his behavior was unethical he obviously only cares about his convenience, and is unconcerned about spreading this potentially lethal virus to others. The UPS manager was self-centered, condescending and exhibited no concern for his customers, young or old. This is exactly the sort of behavior that will make it impossible to re-open the economy safely and humanely. I will never trade at this UPS store again, and I will urge all of my neighbors and business contacts to follow my example.
I came in with a small envelope and wanted a shipping label made. The man behind the counter then asked what I was shipping, to which I gave an answer he didn’t like. In turn he threatened to rip open my packaging, throwing out my right to confidentiality. Needless to say I walked out. Don’t go there unless you wish for your mail to be searched.
Whoa. Called store to ask if they have single mail pick up for $5. Rep confirmed yes and confirmed address. Called back on day of delivery to tell rep reminding my name. Done this with other UPS stores without issue. Went to pick up today (legal mail) as I travelled through Atlanta, showing my tracking number. Young manager looks at a list with 5 names and says package not here, that I must not have put Hold for Pickup or D700 suite. Rep never advised me of this on phone, only address with Suite D and C/O UPS Store. Manager told me to hit the door when I asked him to look for my mail claiming I was being rude for being shocked he was not going to bother looking in large mail room. I offered him $10 to look for it. He gave a quick glance for it. I asked him to take my name and number in case he finds it and he said he preferred not because of my attitude. I left name and number anyway. Manager should be very careful with his quick dismissals of customers. UPS Store could find itself in civil legal trouble easily.
Best UPS experience Ive had. Brian went above and beyond to help reduce the cost of shipping a package. Thanks!
I usually go to the UPS on Collier which is fantastic! Expected the same quality of customer service but I was really shocked at how awful the employees were here. So rude. Won’t recommend and won’t be coming back.
Horrible experience here today was charged 20 for boxing a medium sized package and could not receive a refund, on top of a 36$ shipping fee on a briefcase sized item. Rude service to top it off.
Very friendly staff.Convenient reserved parking for drop off.
Always great and friendly service
Staff is loud and social like a cafe. Had to speak loudly to project over them. And you have to use your Id just to ship a package. They don’t even do that at usps.
My fav UPS store
