Mckinley (I believe that’s how you spell his name,) the manager was amazing. I came in 30 or so minutes before close, but he showed no aggravation like most of us of do when customers come in before we get to go home. I appreciate that bc I was definitely apologetic for coming in so late. He handled me with the swiftness. Very kind gentlemen. Thank you!
McKinley at this location personifies the phrase Exceeding expectations. I was in a mad rush to get some documents printed off for an interview I had today here in Atlanta. Coincidentally, it is the same day as the citys victory parade for the World Series 2021 champions Atlanta Braves (go Braves). Anyway, things were hectic as you can imagine. Despite showing up frantic and suprisingly unprepared, McKinley was patient and did everything he could and then some to ensure that I had exactly what I needed for my interview. His empathy, professionalism, and sincere kindness made the experience far less hectic and frantic. This man is an asset to your organization. Because of him, I will be using FedEx Kinkos for all of my copy/printing needs from this day forward. He deserves this commendation. And if you are reading this McKinley, thank you again sir. The experience you gave me at your store helped make my day that much brighter.

Awful customer service with condescending “help,” even when it’s not the customer’s fault! I’ve been patronizing this location for years, so I’ve occasionally seen them mishandle and mistreat other situations and guests, but today was my first time being the recipient. The printers were out of my specific size of paper, so I had to let them know that one was printing blanks, while the other was printing half sheets on smaller paper. I also very specifically requested a specific size and price of flyer, only to be charged 4x the amount with ATTITUDE and AGGRESSION from Charles, who told me to call his manager if I had a problem. I left missing 5 items and having paid 4x what I should have. Charles was rude, dismissive, and condescending, and he caused the worst experience I’ve ever had at a business that I’ve patronized for years.
Terrible customer service. Quinton and McKinley were working when I went in there and both of them had an attitude while helping us AND were not accommodating when we told them our issues with the information that we were being given. Neither of them seemed like they wanted to help us, so we promptly left (then came back in after we figured out what was going on) and heard them talking about us in the back... Never going to this location again--and never using FedEx again. UPS will forevermore have my dollar.
Dont go to this location. The staff is rather unwelcoming and not trying to help customers. Once when I went in this lady just told the guy behind the counter that he would handle this. As if I was going to be a difficult customer which I wasnt, I am all about good vibes. Same lady on the phone who had a bad disposition, I am thinking. Not sure why African-American women with bad vibes keep getting hired. They dont want to do a good job and in fact are trying to alienate customers. No longer using Fedex, period.
Staff could not ship my letter to the IRS. I gave them the address on the IRS website, he said he can’t ship it but he will try... not confidence inspiring. Then at the final stage I noticed he put in the wrong address because he said he just tapped on the auto fill when it popped up. I asked him to correct it so another employee came and did it from scratch, but he quoted me twice the first one $20 vs. $11. Took the same business to UPS. Staff had no trouble shipping to IRS, and it was $12 instead of $20. I confronted them that they had quoted me $11 and they came up with some random excuses. Bottom line is, they wanted to rip me off which by itself would have been fine but, I lost all confidence when they were confused as to how to ship to the IRS. The combination of the two made me take my business elsewhere and I will definitely not return due to their incompetence and blatant rip-off tactics.

Don’t recommend using the location. Staff is a bit rude, and they don’t check the self drop-box in the location for multiple days. They claimed to have checked it and lied about scanning in the package until they agreed to open it. Save your self the hassle and ship with UPS or another FedEx location.
Worst store ever. Single employee for the whole store on a Saturday. He was literally on his cellphone texting as 4-5 people were waiting. He was clearly angry at the world. I don’t blame him, but you can’t treat customers as such. Poor customer service Fed Ex. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with your company and I’m from Memphis and very loyal.
Avoid going to this store. Horrible customer service. Photo machine frequently does not work or does not have paper. Was charged for an 8 x 10 photo print that I did not get due to no paper and only found out after receiving credit card statement. When I called the store they said to come in and they would credit me. That did not happen- nothing but excuses about why they could not credit me. They said the person I spoke to on the phone was not authorized to say that, then the staff member said if he had seen me try to print the photo three weeks earlier he would have credited me but since he did not see me when I attempted to print it he could not. He said he called his manager, who had guided him to say this and tell me to just deal with my credit card company or come back next week when he was around. They want the bank to pay for their mistake and have the customer jump through more hoops instead of doing the simple, right thing. Complete incompetence! Please avoid this store if you can.
No easy to access, not adapted to ship package... No free parking. Go to another fedex to ship boxes.

I couldnt find the Fedex review site so ill leave this here... I have a lot of printing projects that are super time sensitive and I need quick turnarounds and Lashuntay has been the BIGGEST HELP. She is so nice and saves my life! I appreciate her so much. I hope she sees this!
I was helped by Quentin yesterday and he was AWESOME! I tend to get overwhelmed with shipping several things at once, but Quentin helped me figure everything out completely painlessly. He was also very fun to talk to! The whole store had a great atmosphere. The team that works here is very nice!
Very friendly and super helpful. I have not used a fax machine in years so thankfully there is fedex. It is located next to Anytime Fitness and across from a big church next to the High Museum. There are many stations to print it scan. If youre a college student and new to grab a few items for a project they have the basics. Its definitely upgraded since the last time I went awhile back.
Local FedEx, please update your hours. Online it says you are open on Sundays. When I arrived to the local site with a few other people that thought the location was open, we arrived to a closed store.
Was there 6/22/2021 at 7:45pm. Poor service! Employee behaved like he didnt care, and didnt want to be there.
I go in to drop off a package with a printed label and the guy working there told me we only ship if its in a box he wouldnt accept my item and didnt offer to help me put it in a different box or envelope or appropriate fed ex bag. My package was in a taped paper bag with appropriate label. USPS accepts my package and never havery an issue with my choice of package as long as its completely secured with tape and at least they offer assistance packaging
Charles was extremely attentive and helpful at the end of the night towards myself and the other customers at the store. Exemplary customer service

Online system didn’t work. Rang them up and had to restate the whole order. Asked to pay by phone and they never rung back. I had to call them back again and they still couldn’t process my payment over the phone. When I got there they printed single sided even though I requested double. Also on very think paper, which didn’t make it travel friendly. Once there the staff was nice, but the experience overall was poor. Be sure to confirm your order several times.
The service here is exceptional! The man that helped me was polite and had so much patience. I was in and out of the store in 5-10 minutes and that was WITH printing things. I will be back again!!
I ship from this location occasionally for work and never have had a good experience at this location. Employees are lazy, VERY slow and not trained well. Plan on at least 20 mins to ship something even if you are the only one there (free parking for first 20 mins). Once they lost a 20k shipment that was scanned in but never made it to the sorting facility and they will refuse shipments if the box doesn’t look new. Choose another location if you must use FedEx.
I placed a large print order of 70 full color copies to print/bind. LaShuntay was very thorough with communication and made sure my order was complete and arrived on time to its destination. Email and phone presence was very professional. Thanks!

Terrible!!! Stood in the store for 20 minutes trying to get someone to help me. 3 employees working, and they refused to DO THEIR JOB and assist me, a pay customer. If i could give zero stars i would.
Customer service is awesome. Helpful and accommodating. The prices for the use of a workstation and a print job have to be made by the mafia! Sheeeeesh! I miss the early 2000s!

Nice shop and staff. Watch out for hidden parking fees; they escalate quickly after the free twenty minutes. For real projects, one is better off using Kinkos on Ponce.
V good service. I was moving out of state and had to catch a flight. Left boxes at store and left. The staff was very helpful and assured they would take care of shipping.

Amazing experience, I was getting a project binded. As Im doing this I walk outside to add money to my timer. The FedEx employee sprints out before I can put some coins in to give me my project completed. Nice work!
I left this FedEx midtown location in pure shock from the way I was treated. Needed to overnight important legal documents and surprisingly they did not arrive on time.The first thing the employee (Charles) said was Do you have an ID with your current address - this threw me off but I said No. Charles rolled his eyes and groaned in annoyance. He was the rudest retail rep I have ever dealt with.After this, he immediately started asking me for address information. After I provided this information, I let him know I had a FedEx account number to charge the order to. He responded by saying I am going to have to start your order all over again then. At that point I did not want to spend another 5 minutes speaking the address info, so I told him I had a credit card he could charge it to instead. He responded by letting me know he already deleted all the information and I had to re-speak all of the information once again.During the entire transaction, Charles was rolling his eyes, had a terrible attitude, and was really rude. I could not believe it.I did also notice an altercation with him and the customer in front of me in line. The customer indicated she didnt get a receipt for both boxes shipped. His response was Well I dont have it and he rolled his eyes. Once he finally looked, the receipt was still attached to his printer. He didnt even apologize to the customer.I come here 2-3 times a month and after this experience, you can be sure that I will NEVER return.
Sheanka did a great job again! Love that this location is 10 min from my home office and open late for those late nights before a big deadline.
